ABOUT TOTTENHAM HOTSPUR FOUNDATION
Tottenham Hotspur Foundation is the charitable arm of Tottenham Hotspur Football Club. Using the power of sport, we work with local communities to improve physical health, mental wellbeing, education, and employment outcomes.

Through our Health & Wellbeing programmes, including Making Sport a Daily Habit (MSADH), we support adults who may be inactive, face health inequalities, or live with long-term health conditions to move more, feel better, and connect with others. We are proud to welcome volunteers from all backgrounds, experiences, and communities.

You will support the delivery, set-up and administration of inclusive and enjoyable physical activity sessions that help adults build confidence, routine, and enjoyment in being active. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys encouraging others and creating welcoming spaces, particularly for people who may feel nervous or unsure about physical activity. You do not need to be an expert athlete — enthusiasm, empathy, and a supportive attitude are what matter most.

We will make sure you will have access to a proper induction to volunteering with SJA and the training you need for the role you take on. Must be able to complete 80 hours per year on events and attend at least 2 training sessions per month on a Monday evening

SheRebuilds

We provide free psychological care, coaching, and career support enabling domestic violence survivors' independence.

Volunteer Psychologist

SheRebuilds is an international nonprofit project that supports women who have experienced domestic violence and are rebuilding their lives through education and career growth. We provide free online psychological support, coaching, and career guidance, helping women take their first confident steps toward independence.
We are seeking a compassionate and qualified Spanish-speaking volunteer psychologist to join our team. As a volunteer, you will play a key role in supporting women as they transition to a new phase in their lives. Your work will provide them with the stability and confidence they need to take the first steps toward recovery and independence.

We’re looking for a psychologist who:
• speaks Spanish (required)
• speaks English (required)
• has experience or interest in working with women after crisis
• is empathetic, calm, and open

You will be working with women who are already in a more stable phase, but still need support to move forward.

Minimum Hours per Week:

0-1 hours per week

Duration:

6+ months

What you will contribute

Provide medical consultations and treatment for our Crew, including regular check-ups, routine health screenings, and emergency care when needed

Support the health education to our Crew and host country partners by presenting on applicable health related topics

Ensure the health and safety of the Crew on an ongoing basis, in collaboration with the Captain

Work with and supervise the Hospital Physician(s) to oversee the general health of Ward patients and pre-operative patients

Review patients in Screening, Outpatients, and Rehabilitation as the opportunity arises

Actively maintain and improve the standards of care for our patients

Provide medical direction and advice for the Palliative Care Team

For This Role, You Will Need

M.D. or D.O. with current unrestricted license or recognized medical qualification in your country of origin

Two year’s post-graduate clinical experience required, with a specialization in and actively practicing the past year in General Practice, Family Medicine, or Internal Medicine

Fluent in verbal and written communication skills in English

Practices the highest standards of fiscal control

Computer skills, especially in Word and Excel

If the Crew Physician sails with the ship: Successful completion of Basic Training in accordance with STCW A-VI/1-1 to 1-4, as required per Maritime Law

In 2022 the NSPCC's Speak out. Stay safe volunteers returned to primary schools. As a Speak out. Stay safe. volunteer, you will visit primary schools to deliver Speak out. Stay safe. workshops that teach children about the different types of abuse and how they can speak out and stay safe. Our Speak out. Stay safe. workshops are age-appropriate and memorable and need an energetic and enthusiastic person to deliver them. You'll work alongside other Speak out. Stay safe. volunteers to make sure at the end of each session the children feel empowered and know who they can speak out to if they are worried.
