Help Create a Home for Volunteer Wellbeing

About the Project

The Volunteer Wellbeing Hub aims to create a welcoming community space dedicated to supporting volunteers and the organisations they serve. The Hub will offer wellbeing activities, workspace, meeting facilities, resources, training opportunities and community connections.

The Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Project Lead to help turn this ambitious vision into reality.

You will support the planning, development and growth of the Hub, helping to create a sustainable and welcoming space that benefits volunteers, communities and voluntary organisations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and implementation of the Hub project.
• Engage volunteers, community groups and partner organisations.
• Research opportunities for collaboration, funding and sustainability.
• Help plan services, activities and facilities within the Hub.
• Coordinate project activities and monitor progress.
• Assist with promotional and engagement activities.
• Contribute ideas that help maximise community impact.

We're Looking For Someone Who:

• Has a passion for community development and wellbeing.
• Is organised and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Has strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Enjoys bringing people together around a shared vision.
• Has experience in project delivery, community development or facility management (desirable).
