FOUNDING GRAPHIC DESIGNER (VOLUNTEER)
Help Shape the Visual Identity of a Movement That Will Change Lives
Loneliness is one of the greatest challenges facing our communities today. Every day, people across London feel invisible, disconnected and alone — not because they have nobody around them, but because they don’t feel seen, valued or like they truly belong.
SUNSHINE was created to change that.
Born from a deeply personal promise that nobody should have to face loneliness alone, SUNSHINE is building a movement where connection becomes a lifeline and belonging becomes a right.

Booklets and brochures that tell our story.
Banners and posters that welcome people into community.

Collaborate with a passionate, kind leadership team.
Use your creativity to make a genuine difference.
Most importantly… You’ll help ensure fewer people have to experience the pain of loneliness.
A Personal Message from the Founder
“I didn’t start SUNSHINE because I wanted to run a charity. I started it because I watched someone I love experience a loneliness that no one should ever have to endure.
SUNSHINE is my promise that we’ll keep creating places where people feel seen, valued and connected — but I can’t build that future alone.
If our vision speaks to you, I’d be honoured to welcome you as one of SUNSHINE’s Founding Creatives.
Together, we can build a future where nobody has to face loneliness alone.”
— Scott, Founder of SUNSHINE

GRAPHIC DESIGNER WANTED
SHAPE THE LOOK. BUILD THE BRAND. EMPOWER THE MOVEMENT.
URBAN YOUTH is a startup pop‑up youth work charity bringing raw energy, street culture (like a streetwear drop), and high‑impact experiences directly to young people. We’re building a movement that feels more like a streetwear brand than a traditional charity — bold, vibrant, youthful, and unapologetically positive.
Now we’re searching for a Graphic Designer who can help us craft the visual identity that ties it all together.
This Is Your Chance to Build a Brand From the Ground Up
Urban Youth is small, scrappy, and full of ambition. We don’t have big budgets or fancy studios — we have passion, creativity, and a mission to empower young people through culture.
We need someone who can take that energy and turn it into visuals that hit hard.
You’ll help us create a brand that feels alive:
Streetwear‑inspired
Youthful and vibrant
Positive, empowering, and full of movement
Instantly recognisable in the community
This is your canvas. Your playground. Your chance to build a visual identity that becomes part of the culture.
What You’ll Create
You’ll help us design:
Logos, colour palettes, and brand identity
Social media visuals that pop
Posters, flyers, and promo graphics for our pop‑ups
Streetwear‑style merch concepts
Visual storytelling that captures the heartbeat of Urban Youth
Your work will be the face of our movement — the thing young people see, feel, and connect with.
Who You Are
If you’ve ever thought, “I want to design something that actually matters,” this is your moment.
Why Urban Youth?
Ready to design the future of Urban Youth?
Urban Youth needs you.
Step up. Join the squad. Let’s create something unforgettable.
To empower London’s youth through agile, short-term opportunities that build skills, social capital, and confidence via a radical, volunteer led model
The client requests no contact from agencies or media sales.
