Are you passionate about supporting communities and helping people get online? Europia is looking for Digital and Community Inclusion Volunteers to support our drop-in sessions, digital literacy workshops, and community engagement activities.
Key Responsibilities

Support service users during drop-in sessions, including help with ID applications, form-filling, and accessing essential services.

Assist in digital literacy workshops by guiding participants through tasks such as using email, booking GP appointments, and navigating benefits portals.

Provide translation and interpretation support, particularly for Romanian and Romani-speaking participants.

Help distribute and set up digital devices (e.g. tablets, laptops) and show participants how to use them safely and effectively.

Carry out brief feedback interviews to support monitoring and evaluation.

Create a welcoming, culturally sensitive environment that builds trust with vulnerable communities.

Signpost participants to other Europia services or local partner organisations.
Time Commitment

Flexible, with a commitment of ideally 1–2 sessions per month

Occasional availability on Fridays for helpline support
Skills & Experience
-
Multilingual skills (especially Romanian or Romani) are highly valued

Experience in community support or digital assistance is helpful, but full training will be provided
