Location:** Remote / South London

 🎯 YOUR ROLE: LEAD, INSPIRE, AND TRANSFORM

As the **Head of Social Media**, you’ll be at the heart of our club’s off-pitch magic — working closely with the board, management, and media team to craft a powerful, authentic voice:

- Build Our Digital Identity:** Define and execute a bold social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, X, Facebook, and more.


- Create Captivating Content:** Lead the charge on match-day coverage, player stories, behind-the-scenes moments, and community highlights.


- Inspire & Mentor:** Lead a team of junior content creators and volunteers — help them grow and shine.


- Drive Growth & Engagement:** Analyze data, adapt strategies, and expand our reach to new fans and communities.


- Protect Our Brand:** Be the guardian of the Black Panthers’ values: equality, empowerment, and community.


- Collaborate for Impact:** Partner with sponsors and event teams to create innovative digital campaigns.
