We our looking to immediately hire a Charity Guidebook Illustrator to join our team in the mission of raising awareness about neurodiversity and be a part of making an impact in the growing movement of neuroacceptance through their contributions. 

 

The Charity Guidebook Illustrator will be well supported by the lead of projects and mentoring and co-founder of the charity and there will be recognition of your illustrations in the guidebook of your work and contributions.

 

The Charity Guidebook is aimed to be self-published by the charity in September 2026 with 100% of royalties to be used by the charity to scale up the Neurodiversity Youth Advocate Programmes and CPD Projects.

 

**PERFECT  SHORT-TERM GRAPHIC DESIGN/ILLUSTRATION-BASED CHARITY VOLUNTEER JOB THAT CAN BE DONE REMOTELY FROM YOUR COMPUTER IN A FLEXIBLE MANNER WHICH CAN WORK WITH OTHER EXISTING CAREER ROLES **

 

**ROLE EXTREMELY SUITABLE FOR SOMEONE KEEN TO BE INVOLVED IN MAKING A DIFFERENCE TO THE NEURODIVERSE COMMUNITY **

 

**ROLE DESIRABLE FOR ANYONE INTERESTED IN SECURING A REFERENCE AND PORTFOLIO EVIDENCE FOR FUTURE ROLES IN THE GRAPHIC DESIGN/ILLUSTRATION/DIGITAL ARTS INDUSTRY IN 4 MONTHS**

 

CONTRACT LENGTH: IMMEDIATELY – AUGUST 15th 2026 

 

 

Responsibilities of the Job position

 

  • To attend online training sessions developing your own knowledge in neurodiversity.

 

  • To write a “Backgrounds & Contributions” profile which will be placed in Chapter 1 of our guidebook for recognition.

 

  • To create original 2D Vector art style images to replace the placeholder Canva images for specific chapters and book cover of the guidebook. (Examples of the type of style we are looking for can be seen in the job description)

All successful applicants at the CV stage will be sent an e-mail to confirm a 30-minute slot to be interviewed via Zoom by 1 member of the Charity team. Interviews to take place between Monday 19th April - Sunday 26th April.
