The Role: Volunteering Manager (Volunteer Position)

What You’ll Do

• Design and implement a dynamic volunteer programme from the ground up.

• Recruit, onboard, and support volunteers across various roles.

• Create systems that foster connection, accountability, and growth.

• Collaborate with our team to align volunteer efforts with our mission.

• Be the heartbeat of a community that’s changing lives.

• Be our organisational culture ambassador, living and breathing our team spirited culture and spreading it out across the UK.

• A natural leader with a passion for people and purpose.

• Organised, proactive, and ready to build something meaningful.

• Experienced in volunteer management - or eager to learn and grow.

• A believer in the power of brotherhood, mental health, and second chances.
