Key Responsibilities - to review how we measure impact across our services; analyse outcomes, feedback and reporting data; improve surveys, dashboards and data quality; help develop a clear Theory of Change; turn evidence into stronger stories for funders and supporters.
What We're Looking For - Curious, analytical and collaborative, with experience in one or more of: data analysis, research or evaluation; impact wellbeing or customer insight; Power BI, Salesforce or data visualisation; survey, service or process improvement.
You don't need charity sector experience. We are particularly interested in people who can bring fresh thinking and transferable skills from other sectors.
Over the years, we've developed a range of ways to gather feedback and understand outcomes from the families we support. This includes: Family feedback surveys; Bereavement service feedback; Service-specific evaluations; Our Momentum Outcomes framework; Salesforce reporting and dashboards.
We have lots of valuable information, but we know we could do more with it.
We support families across SW London, Surrey and Sussex whose children are facing cancer or a life-challenging condition.
