Ranger Cadets is launching across England — a bold, modern, community‑focused uniformed youth organisation with a powerful mission:
To broaden young people’s horizons, build their confidence, grow their skills, and help them become active citizens who care about their communities.
To make this vision real, we need passionate volunteers to join our Cadet Curriculum Programme Team — the creative architects who will design the missions, challenges, badges and learning experiences that define the Ranger Cadets journey.
If you love designing activities… If you believe learning should be exciting, practical and meaningful… If you want to help shape a youth programme from the ground up… This role is calling you.
