RANGER CADETS is abrand new start up uniformed youth work organisation dedicated to preparing young people for life. Through service, ceremony, community, and structured training, we help cadets grow in confidence, resilience, and pride. Now, we’re seeking a visionary Communications & PR Lead/Manager to share our story, raise our profile, and build the partnerships that will sustain our mission.
Your Mission
As Communications & PR Lead / Manager, you will:

Create a buzz of excitement around Ranger Cadets, inspiring young people and volunteers to join.

Tell our story with clarity and resonance across social media, press, and community platforms.

Raise awareness of our mission, values, and impact, ensuring Ranger Cadets is recognised and celebrated.

Build key partnerships and potential support, connecting us with organisations, funders, and allies.

Shape our public identity, ensuring every message reflects our ceremonial dignity and communal spirit.
