RANGER CADETS is a brand new start up uniformed youth work organisation dedicated to preparing young people for life. Through service, ceremony, community, and structured training, we help cadets grow in confidence, resilience, and pride. Now, we’re seeking a dedicated Admin Lead/Manager to ensure our systems, processes, and day-to-day operations are as strong and dignified as our mission.

Your Mission

As Admin Lead / Manager, you will:

• Set up and oversee our administrative systems, processes, and infrastructure.

• Support recruitment, onboarding, and volunteer records, ensuring clarity and accuracy at every stage.

• Coordinate communications and logistics, keeping the organisation running smoothly.

• Champion efficiency and respect, making sure every volunteer feels valued and supported.
