About the Role

The Women & Families Resource Centre (WFRC) is seeking a detail-oriented and creative Product Listing Assistant (onsite Volunteer) to support our Baby Bank operations. This role is perfect for someone interested in inventory management, admin, or content creation, while contributing to a cause that supports vulnerable families.
What You’ll Be Doing
Inventory & Listing
- Record donated items into the inventory system
- Categorise items by type, size, age range, and condition
- Maintain accurate stock records and tracking sheets
Photography & Documentation
- Take clear, well-lit photos of items using a phone or camera
- Organise and manage digital folders for item images
- Ensure consistency in product presentation
Organisation & Coordination
- Label and store items in designated areas
- Work closely with the sorting team to verify item quality
- Flag damaged or missing items to the Team Lead
Volunteer Commitment
- Minimum 12 hours per week (4 hours per shift)
- Consistent attendance and communication required
- Flexible scheduling available
What We’re Looking For
- Basic knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, or data entry tools
- Interest in inventory, admin, or photography
- Strong attention to detail and organisation skills
- Ability to follow structured processes
- Team player with a responsible and reliable attitude
