The Mission:

We are looking for an inspiring and strategic Volunteer Head of Life Skills and Personal Development. You won’t just be "teaching workshops"—you will be designing the transformational journey that takes our participants from survival mode to thriving. You will empower adults with the soft skills, emotional intelligence, and self-belief needed to navigate life and the London workplace.

What You’ll Do:

• Curriculum Creator: Design and lead a suite of modules covering financial literacy, communication, critical thinking, and self-advocacy.

• Confidence Catalyst: Build frameworks that help participants dismantle the "imposter syndrome" often born from systemic deprivation.

• Holistic Integration: Ensure life skills seamlessly bridge the gap between our Wellbeing and Employability pillars.

• Strategic Leadership: Work with the founders to ensure our "personal development" isn't just a theory—it’s a life-changing practice.
