The Mission:
We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Volunteer Head of Employability to lead our flagship pillar. You won’t just be "fixing CVs"—you’ll be designing the curriculum and building the corporate partnerships that bridge the gap between untapped talent and London’s top employers.
What You’ll Do:

Programme Architect: Refine and lead our employability curriculum, ensuring it meets the demands of the modern London job market.

Corporate Matchmaker: Build a network of "Inclusive Employers" ready to provide placements, workshops, and career paths for our participants.

Impact Measurement: Define what success looks like—tracking how our life skills and personal development programmes translate into real-world job offers.

Strategic Leadership: Work alongside the founders to ensure our participants are not just "job-ready," but "career-resilient."

Experience in Recruitment, Career Coaching, HR, or Vocational Training.
