The Mission

We are looking for an empathetic and organised Volunteer Head of Mentoring and Life Coaching. You won’t just be "matching pairs"—you will be the architect of a world-class mentoring ecosystem. You will design the frameworks that turn professional Londoners into life-changing mentors, helping our participants bridge the gap between where they are and where they belong.

What You’ll Do:

• Mentor Architect: Design the recruitment, training, and matching process for our volunteer mentors and life coaches.

• Relationship Strategist: Create the "Mentoring Toolkit"—the structured guide that helps mentors support their mentees through the Employability and Life Skills pillars.

• Coaching Culture: Infuse life-coaching principles (goal setting, active listening, accountability) into the DNA of the charity.

• Strategic Leadership: Work with the founders to ensure every participant has a dedicated champion in their corner.

The Essentials:

• Experience in Professional Coaching, Mentoring Leadership, or Relationship Management.

• A deep understanding of how to motivate both mentors (busy professionals) and mentees (adults facing barriers).

• Exceptional "people skills" and the ability to spot the perfect match between two personalities.

• A few hours a week to help us build a community of champions.
