At Ambitious about Autism we're currently looking for a Data and Insights Officer to join our National Services team.

You'll focus on the collection, analysis and reporting of data from National Services programmes, projects and services. You'll use systems and tools to effectively capture and store data and information, enabling effective reporting and insight. You'll provide advice and support to the Product Development Manager and Deputy Director of National Services.

You'll support National Services teams with the development of KPI and data collection  routes and support with maintenance, troubleshooting and creative problem solving to ensure accuracy and efficiency. You'll create detailed reports and dashboards for use by teams, managers and leaders at agreed time points.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Experience of using statistical tools and techniques to manage and analyse data
• Ability to translate the essence of complex data into language or formats others will understand
• Experience of producing qualitative and quantitative reports and analysing results to produce impact reporting
• Ability to present insights and results through written reports, dashboards and presenting face-to-face

The Eikon Charity helps children and young people in Surrey to feel and be safe, heard, and supported. Through one-to-one support, group work, and programmes in schools, Eikon helps children build confidence, resilience, and the skills they will need to navigate life’s challenges.

This is a senior fundraising role within Eikon’s Trusts & Grants team, focused on generating significant voluntary income from charitable trusts, foundations, and local government funders. With an overall team target of £1m, this postholder will contribute around £250k per year through a mix of high-quality applications, strategic account management, and relationship building.

The role requires both strong bid writing skills (especially for complex, high-value and multi-year proposals) and excellent interpersonal skills to develop and steward relationships with funders. It offers the opportunity to take on more responsibility within the team, deputise for the Grants Lead when needed, and help shape Eikon’s fundraising approach.

As Senior Trust Fundraiser, you will:

• Raise circa £250k annually from a mix of trusts, foundations, and local government grant funders (restricted and unrestricted)
• Lead on developing a portfolio of high-value, multi-year funders, cultivating new prospects and strengthening existing relationships
• Research, write, and submit compelling, tailored proposals and reports
• Work collaboratively with the Grants Lead on strategic bids (e.g. The National Lottery Community Fund, Community Foundation for Surrey)
• Develop an approach for growing unrestricted income
• Actively network across Surrey to identify new leads and opportunities
• Provide excellent account management through regular reporting, funder meetings, and creative stewardship (e.g. site visits, events)
• Manage accurate pipeline and reporting on Donorfy CRM, supporting both team and board-level reporting
• Deputise for the Grants Lead at meetings where required
• Provide peer support to colleagues in the fundraising team

Ideal skills and experience: 

• Proven track record in trusts and foundations fundraising (including complex, high-value proposals)
• Strong written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information persuasively
• Confident in building and maintaining relationships with senior stakeholders
• Comfortable independently representing Eikon at external meetings and networking events
• Strong organisational and time management skills – able to balance writing, relationship building, and reporting

About the role
We’re looking for a warm, proactive organiser to help more women seeking sanctuary access our Touching Safe Ground programme — weekly trauma-informed yoga and English for wellbeing sessions in East London. You’ll reach out to asylum hostels, GP surgeries and community and legal services to connect with women who may benefit. You’ll support them in attending, help sessions run smoothly, and manage practicalities like childcare, refreshments and expenses. A key part of the role is also building a brilliant volunteer team — recruiting, supporting and coordinating volunteers who make our sessions possible. Reporting to the Head of Learning and Development, key responsibilities will include:

- Lead, design, develop and deliver the Membership L&D Program, offering virtual, in-person, and blended learning interventions
- Establish a structured learning, coaching, and mentoring program to support County Training Officers (CTOs)
- Develop and manage a quality framework to collect relevant quantitative and qualitative management data to assess impact, identify areas for improvement, and capture lessons learned, supporting informed decision-making and continuous learning
- Manage and lead a team of L&D Specialists and an L&D Coordinator
- Collaborate with Membership Services and stakeholders to identify County and Branch development needs, recommending targeted solutions and interventions

This role requires regular travel, weekend and evening work, and overnight stays across the UK (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland) to deliver learning interventions to meet the needs of colleagues. The expectation is two to three times a month on average and there is also a requirement to attend our London, Haig House office regularly for team meetings and to build relationships with colleagues outside of delivering training.

You will be contracted to your home address, where you will be expected to work when not travelling or at our London office.

About the Role

The role of Database Officer sits in the Data, Evidence and Monitoring team, at the junction of frontline services, fundraising and the leadership team. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of In-Form, our case management system for frontline services. In-Form represents a key data asset for the organisation so we are looking for someone who is responsible, conscientious and able to provide excellent customer service to other stakeholders who rely on In-Form. A strong interest in information management and databases is also essential for this role.

We would like to manage aspects of the development of In-Form in-house with limited recourse to the technical support team at In-Form. We recognise that this involves technical skills and will provide relevant on-the-job training to the successful candidate. About the role

Some of the main responsibilities of the Church Engagement & Fundraising Advisor will include:

• Management of a team of Church Engagement & Fundraising Officers, fostering a collaborative mindset and creating an environment that promotes the exchange of ideas and knowledge.
• Build trusted relationships with churches, groups, and individuals, ensuring strong connections between teams for effective stewardship and seamless information-sharing.
• Actively identify and engage the most supportive churches across England, inspiring them to give, act, and pray with Christian Aid through tailored programmes of activity.
• Development and delivery of impactful plans to engage our existing supporting churches in key appeals and campaigns.
• Cultivate a culture of continuous learning in relation to supporter care, including communications with supporters, with a focus on Christian Aid Week, Christmas, emergency appeals and priority campaigns.
• Recruit and empower volunteers to build capacity and deliver maximum impact, modelling accountability and striving for cost-effective solutions that streamline decision-making and foster consensus.
• Representation at Christian events, conferences and festivals, aimed at raising our profile with church audiences, maintaining support with our existing churches, and growing prospective churches to support Christian Aid and maximise our impact.

The Restart Project helps people transform their relationship with electronics by supporting groups to teach repair at community events, developing fixing spaces and campaigning for a Right to Repair and better waste policy. We are looking for a strong project manager to be our new Fixing Factory Co-Lead.

What is a Fixing Factory? Fixing Factories do what they say on the tin! We help people fix their broken electricals and learn new fixing skills, shifting us from our current take-make-waste linear system towards a repair economy fit for the future. They generate public interest in repair. Through a series of stepping stone activities, we take people from never having looked inside an electrical item towards, if they wish, fixing for others. 

The Fixing Factories is a partnership between The Restart Project and Possible, funded by The National Lottery Community Fund. It launched in April 2022 with two initial sites in Brent (now closed) and Camden. After the initial development grant we secured funding to continue the Camden site, and open and mature three additional sites in London, including one which has already opened in Hackney, with a proportion of our focus being on long-term financial self-sustainability and scaling the model across the UK. The Restart Project is leading on the delivery of two sites, one in Hackney and another future London location (4th site), whilst Possible lead on the established Fixing Factory in Camden and an upcoming Haringey site.

Each new Fixing Factory site will grow and nurture a community of repairers, be strongly linked with local residents and stakeholders, and be driven by engaged teams of volunteers. There will be a range of offers; from free community repair events to paid workshops and retail - as we develop a replicable model which will support our long term goal of ‘a Fixing Factory in every high street’. 

About the role

The focus of this role will be overseeing the Hackney Fixing Factory, launching a 4th site (subject to funding), and working with existing repair group communities, the council, and other partners in those areas. You will be bringing to life an already developed business model, ensuring that the Fixing Factories are run in a safe, effective and financially sustainable way, as well as responding to the needs of the community and continuing to strategically develop the Fixing Factories programme.

You will be working with the Fixing Factory workshop managers, who are responsible for day to day operations at the sites, ensuring income generation targets are being met, driving the development of our accredited skills and training programme with support from consultants and ensuring the Fixing Factories are scalable and replicable.

This role involves a combination of strategic development of the overarching Fixing Factories project, on which you’ll work closely with a counterpart at Possible, oversight of the two sites that Restart is responsible for and the workshop managers that manage their day to day operations.

About the role

We’re looking for a Fundraising Engagement Manager with great personality and team ethic to join our Regional Fundraising team.

This is a role of variety, opportunity and innovation, and we are looking for someone who embraces change and constantly strives to achieve more. 

You will maximise income for Young Live vs Cancer by coaching our supporters to reach their goals, whilst seeking out new fundraising opportunities for your geographical area. This role sits within the ‘Regional Engagement’ team and we need someone with natural customer service skills who wants to deliver a legendary experience to all of their supporters. Your team of supporters will range from volunteers and individuals, to groups and local corporates. 

Bristol and Somerset is an area filled with some of our most committed supporters but there is still so much opportunity to grow corporate support across the counties. Our Social Workers support families from Bristol hospitals, so building relationships with these teams are a must.

The children and young people’s bereavement programme in Wales is looking to increase and improve its current services. We are looking for people to take this team forward over the next few years.
