ABOUT YOU
We are looking for an enthusiastic and flexible administrator to join our small Care Administration team, playing a key supportive role in the Care team by providing effective and wide ranging administrative tasks and reporting & data services.
The ideal candidate will be a dedicated, organised and reliable individual with at least intermediate proficiency in using Microsoft Excel and experience of using databases due to the involved data and reporting element of this role. You will show determination to succeed and have a solutions-focused outlook. You will be passionate about information management, producing accurate and insightful reports for internal and external stakeholders. You will have a keen eye for detail, able to juggle tasks, communicate clearly, with a desire to make a positive difference to the charity.
The postholder will provide comprehensive and confidential administrative support, contributing to the efficient and effective operation of the Care Team (clinical and holistic). You will have a flexible, proactive and adaptable approach to the requirements of this role and to developing administrative and reporting needs as the services expand.

About the role:
Your role as a Service Delivery Assistant (SDA) will be to provide an administrative function to the Humberside staff team.
The SDA role is a crucial one, to ensure the efficient running of the service and support the frontline staff to provide an effective service.

A new project to support survivors of Domestic Abuse named 'SAFER' means we have a vacancy in the Administration Team. Undertaking a range of administration tasks to support the Kent Team in their day to day operations helping people affected by crime. Using a range of databases to enter or retrieve information, communicating with colleagues, the police and other agencies by e-mail and telephone and receiving and responding to internal and external queries and referrals.

About the role:
This Best Companies Top 100 mid-sized company and Top 20 charity is looking to appoint a Fleet Administrator. This is a newly created part time role following a period of growth. The Fleet Administrator will be responsible for the efficient administration of the fleet to ensure that Rainbow Trust vehicles are managed effectively, accurate records are maintained, and costs are minimised, working closely with suppliers to ensure the smooth running of the fleet with minimal disruption.
The Fleet Administrator will form a vital part of the Finance and Operations Team supporting the Facilities & IT Manager in the management of the Rainbow Trust fleet. Rainbow Trust operates a fleet of approximately seventy vehicles situated across our nine regional teams. It is vitally important that our Family Support Workers have a reliable vehicle for attending family visits and transporting families to hospital.
Full training will be provided and previous experience of managing a fleet is not required, although is desirable. A good level of maths, excellent communication, planning and Microsoft Excel skills are required to be successful in this role.

Events Administrator
We are seeking an organised, dynamic, and flexible administrator to support our extensive events calendar. This includes large assemblies, forums, and training sessions. The post-holder will maintain accurate attendance records on the database and maintain membership details. They will collaborate closely with staff across teams to ensure that all aspects of organising events are covered from the planning to evaluation stage.
The successful candidate will be very IT savvy with high levels of literacy. We are looking for a new team member to provide full administrative and programme support to the Employment & Careers team. The role will involve supporting the team in the day to day running of the service including the preparation of contract documentation (such as registration forms, as well as specified supporting evidence: ID proofs, Proofs of Address etc.) for submission to funding partners, uploading data spreadsheets and CMS systems, and supporting the team with promotion, outreach and engagement of our services. This includes conducting follow-ups and answering queries (by phone, email and in person) from both current and prospective participants on the programmes being delivered by High Trees. They will also be responsible for the preparation of finance related performance evidence for monthly/quarterly submission.
The successful applicant will have experience of providing efficient administrative support, be very organised and able to work to deadlines while maintaining a high level of attention to detail. You will also assist the Registered Manager in recording and reviewing documentation in relation to the Supported Accommodation (England) Regulations 2023 and our registration and regulation under OFSTED. You will lead the front of house providing professional, competent reception and clerical support in a very busy office. Excellent interpersonal and IT skills a necessity.
Main Duties of the Role
- To ensure the smooth running of the office on a day–to-day basis
- To ensure a professional approach when meeting and greeting visitors, responding to enquiries by telephone, by e-mail, in writing and in person from members of the public. This includes taking and confirming bookings, issuing reminders and appointment slips.
- To assist with maintaining and updating database information, carer registrations, emergency cards, records and filing systems both manual and computerized, ensuring that data handling complies with GDPR requirements.
- To assist with the production of monitoring and evaluation reports, extracting statistical information from database.
- To organise venues, agendas and minute-taking of meetings as required by Enfield Carers Centre.
- To attend appropriate meetings as identified by the line manager.
- To assist with the organisation of events, including ensuring the readiness of leaflets for information stands at partner events and outreach work.
- To assist with training events and activities held at Enfield Carers Centre including liaising with sessional workers/trainers/speakers preparing room set-up, refreshments and set up of Zoom
- To lead on matters relating to office management including supporting the CEO and ensuring the office adheres to health and safety compliance issues
- To assist in maintaining ECC’s electronic database, website and email system e.g. ensuring events are uploaded and attendance data kept up to date
- To act in accordance with all policies and procedures laid down by Enfield Carers Centre.
The ideal candidate must have:
