About the Roles
We are looking for five proactive, empathetic professionals to join our new team of Regional Advisors, delivering personalised support to clergy helping them with day-to-day financial wellbeing matters, and retirement planning.
Working across Dioceses operating in your region, you will lead local engagement with clergy through structured one-to-one conversations, events and outreach, helping to connect individuals with expert advice, guidance, products and services that support their current and future financial plans.
As a key point of contact for individuals and dioceses in your area, you’ll champion the needs and experiences of clergy—feeding insight into service improvements. What you'll be doing
In this role, you will proactively engage clergy across a defined geographical area, with matters of financial wellbeing, and future retirement planning (inclusive of housing) Your initial focus, will be in offering structured one-to-one conversations to clergy in the decade or so before retirement about their future plans, helping to build confidence about what the future might hold, and connecting people to the right information, products, specialists or local support, which would help their plans. You will also co-design and run local events and learning sessions at key life stages with groups, supported by building strong relationships with diocesan teams. To do this well, you will need to build local networks, and work closely with subject matter experts and other stakeholders to escalate complex welfare or regulated financial matters.

Location: Based on site in Balham. Please note that this service has step free access.
Salary: £27,000
Shift Pattern: 37.5 hours a week over a rolling rota which includes 7.5 - 12 hour day and night shifts, Monday to Sunday working between 08:00 -21:30. You may also be required to work flexibly around these hours as per resident and service requirements, including weekends and bank holidays.
About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated, patient, and compassionate Recovery Worker, with a specialism in complex needs to join our team, which supports residents who have a current or history of complex and mental health needs. In this role, you will deliver flexible, tailored, person centred support to residents to improve their quality of life and achieve their personal goals. You will utilise your communication skills to build trusting, professional rapport with our residents to help them overcome personal challenges. Our residents may have multiple and complex needs which includes with their mental health, substance use, and physical health. The service supports them to move onto lower supported or independent housing, and you will be at the forefront in their journey.
Some Key Responsibilities Include:
- Create tailored support plans through one to one sessions, group sessions, and multi agency meetings
- Ensure the safety and wellbeing of residents at all times
- Focusing on empowering our residents to take control over their lives and meet their personal goals
- Planning activities to engage residents with other people, communities, and opportunities
- Be a valued and reliable member of the team, completing handovers for night colleagues for a seamless service

About You
We're looking for someone who has a genuine passion for supporting people who may have complex needs which includes mental health challenges and substance dependency. You will be able to build professional and trusting rapport with others, and work towards achieving positive outcomes, using a flexible and adaptable approach that recognises each individual’s unique and varied support needs. You will be motivated to help people overcome personal barriers and make a real difference to their lives, finding fulfilment in a role driven by a genuine commitment to supporting others. You will be able to remain calm, flexible, and positive when responding to challenging situations, and be motivated to support people to build resilience and independence. Experience in mental health or support work is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
- Experience working within a residential setting
- Experience working with people with multiple and complex needs, ideally in mental health
- Ability to show empathy and compassion to our residents, and different challenges they face
- Ability to motivate, and empower others to achieve their personal goals and overcome barriers
- Previous experience in creating co-produced support plans, key working, and care plans
- Understanding of the housing and social needs of people with multiple and complex needs and be aware of the social marginalisation that can be attached to people who face personal challenges
- Willingness and ability to work flexibly to meet service needs
- IT proficiency - we use various systems so look for someone who can learn and navigate new systems including case management, Microsoft, ATS, HR systems, and other types of organisational software

This is an exciting time to join as we are embarking on an ambitious Digital, Data and Technology (DDT) Programme to enable the organisation to reach its ambitious goal of raising £120m by 2033. The Data and Analytics Lead will be the operational backbone of the Data and Analytics team, responsible for ensuring the smooth, day-to-day running of all functions in the team. This role is a key partner to the Head of Data and Analytics, freeing them to focus on strategy, vision and driving forward the DDT Programme.
The Data and Analytics Lead will be the primary line manager for the Data Operations, Salesforce Development, Data Selections and Business Intelligence teams, focusing on workload management, resource allocation, and supporting the development of a high-performing culture.
This is an interim role working closely with the Head of Data and Analytics who will continue to oversee the function whilst driving the DT programme forward.
Key Responsibilities:
· Responsible for overseeing and management of the Data & Analytics team as the primary point of contact for all data related activities and directing as necessary
· Provide mentorship, guidance and performance management to the Data and Analytics team, nurturing a collaborative and high-performing culture
· Work with your direct reports and the Head of Data and Analytics to develop and monitor the team’s operational plan, ensuring this is aligned with teams across ARUK
· Actively lead and manage the team’s workload and capacity, ensuring there are effective demand management and planning processes in place
· Champion the use of analytics and insight across the organisation to drive performance monitoring and data-informed decision-making

· Oversee data governance, quality assurance and compliance with GDPR and other relevant regulations Provide expert regulatory guidance and technical support to strengthen our governance and operational integrity
· Continue to develop the adoption of the Agile approach across the whole team
What we are looking for:
· Proven experience of working in a data operation function
· Demonstrated team leadership and development of a team of technical experts, ensuring clear roles and responsibilities and driving high performance
· Background in analysis, data modelling and data-driven marketing
· Extensive experience of managing and using large relational databases and analysis packages
· A track record of identifying and implementing improvements to data management systems and processes
· An understanding of marketing and specifically, direct marketing and campaign management

We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate and motivated individual to join our Young Carers team as a Young Carers Transition Lead.
You will lead and coordinate the Young Carers Transition Pathway so that young carers (YC) and young adult carers (YAC) experience a consistent, person-centred journey from early preparation (5–10) through post-16 and into adulthood.
You will drive awareness and access to support across schools, FE/HE and employers, maintain regular conversations and touch points, and embed the Transition Pathway within the Local Authority statutory assessment and review cycle, in partnership with our Assessment Officers.
This is a newly created position offering a unique opportunity to help shape it's direction and truly make the role your own.
Funding has been secured for a minimum of 5 years and this is therefore currently a fixed term role.

- Maintain Carers Trust Heart of England (CTHoE) Young Carers Transition Pathway (tools, timelines, checklists, templates); ensure alignment with statutory guidance and commissioning requirements; champion co-production and inclusive practice.
- Run a blended model of weekly venue-based groups, the Drop-In Hub, structured one-to-one (1:1) sessions, and online options, tailored by age and stage (including early preparation for children aged 5–10 and post-16 transition content).
- Plan, deliver and cover groups across our area of operation to maintain continuity and meet agreed access and touch-point standards; provide contingency cover to avoid session gaps.
- Co-work with Assessment Officers so Transition Pathway prompts are built into statutory assessments and scheduled 6 and 12-month reviews; update prompts, templates and Customer/Client Relationship Management (CRM) fields as needed.
- Model best practice in assessment, planning, reviews and safe closure; work in a trauma-informed, strengths-based way; escalate risks promptly via safeguarding procedures.
- Develop active relationships with schools, Further Education (FE) and Higher Education (HE) providers, employers, and Voluntary, Community, Faith and Social Enterprise (VCFSE) partners; coordinate assemblies, staff briefings, campus visits, mentoring and careers inputs to increase awareness and referrals.
- To work towards all of our Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) as set out in our funding agreements, which will be kept under regular review.
- Produce routine updates for the Service Manager, Senior Management Team (SMT) and commissioners; use data to target continuous improvement.
- Deliver in line with safeguarding policy; promote EDI across all delivery; follow lone-working procedures and escalate concerns appropriately.

- Create and maintain a clear young carer (under 18) adult carer (18+) handover process, including joint meetings, shared action plans and follow-up checks to ensure no loss of support at the point of transition.

Role Purpose
The role of the Outreach & Development Worker is to ensure carers of all ages and backgrounds are aware of their rights and know how to receive support from Gaddum and other services they need at the right time for them.
