Are you a qualified and experienced Money Adviser looking to use your skills to make a real difference?
We’re looking for a qualified and experienced Money Advice Caseworker to join our advice team. You’ll use your knowledge and expertise to provide specialist advice to clients facing financial difficulties, helping them understand their options, resolve debt issues and improve their financial wellbeing.
You’ll need a recognised money advice qualification, together with recent experience of providing debt and money advice and managing your own caseload. You’ll have strong communication and negotiation skills, a good understanding of debt remedies, insolvency options and the interaction between debt and welfare benefits, and a commitment to delivering advice that is free, confidential, impartial and independent.
You'll be joining a supportive and collaborative team, helping people find a way forward when they're facing financial difficulties.
The role can be carried out remotely from anywhere within the UK, on a hybrid basis, or office-based from your choice of our North Yorkshire offices in Harrogate, Malton, Northallerton, Richmond, Scarborough or Selby.

At Jigsaw South East, we support children and young people who are facing or coping with the death of a loved one. We’re looking for a compassionate and confident Grief Support Worker to join our small, dedicated team.
In this role, you’ll:
- Support families one-to-one and in groups, both pre- and post-bereavement
- Hold meaningful (and sometimes tough) conversations with warmth and sensitivity
- Help children feel less alone in their grief, and families feel more connected
- Contribute to our PIECES group programme, helpline, and referral process
