The role and your key responsibilities
As a Senior Account Manager, your role is to line manage a regional team of Account Managers to maximise partner engagement and ensure we retain sky-high resubscription rates. You will manage your regional team’s objectives and regularly monitor and report on progress towards this.
Alongside managing your team, you’ll work with a cohort of partner schools and colleges, facilitating an environment which identifies and promotes best practice across partners within your region. Using data analysis across schools and colleges within your region, you’ll identify trends and opportunities to further increase the use of Unifrog, maximising engagement and resubscription rates. Please note you will need to be based in Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire or North London for this role.
Your key responsibilities will include:

Line manage a regional team of Account Managers to achieve their resubscription and engagement goals, delivering weekly check-ins with each team member to review their progress with partners.

Run team meetings with your regional Account Management team to review key engagement strategies, objectives and share best practice.

Meet weekly with the Head of Account Management, reporting on progress with your partners, and the progress of your regional team.

Analyse regional engagement data to spot trends and work closely with the Head of Account Management to devise and implement strategies to improve on any areas of low engagement.

Work with Senior Account Managers, Head of Account Management and other Unifrog colleagues, to design and implement projects and processes across the Account Management team, that help deliver against our organisation’s objectives and mission.

Work with a region of schools and colleges with the responsibility of an Account Manager, providing resources and strategies which maximise staff and student engagement with Unifrog, and identifying and promoting best practice across partner schools.

Deliver targeted training sessions to staff within our partner schools and colleges via workshops and presentations, delivered remotely or in person.

Work closely with your regional Area Manager to improve Unifrog engagement and maintain a sky high resubscription rate.

The Deputy Service Manager supports the Service Manager in effectively managing all operational matters within their designated services, including line management of frontline staff.

Look Ahead operates trauma-informed and psychologically informed approaches, ensuring customers benefit from strengths-based support practices. The role requires an individual who embodies psychologically informed practice through their leadership style.
Oaklands & St Kilda consists of two supported accommodation services, each providing six mental health rehabilitation units for young people aged 18-25 who may have experienced a mental health-related hospital admission. The aim is to support young people to gain and develop the necessary skills for independent living and to manage transitions from Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services to Adult Mental Health Services.
Together, these services support up to 12 young people at any one time, offering a welcoming, supportive environment on a spot-purchase basis.
The successful candidate will deputise for the Service Manager when required. This includes direct line management, leadership, coaching, and supporting Specialist Support Workers, Support Workers, and Waking Night Support Workers. Responsibilities also involve ensuring compliance with current legislation, contractual requirements, financial regulations, and Look Ahead's Policies and Procedures.
The role of Deputy Manager will involve five 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities
Research grant management
- Managing the delivery of GOSH Charity’s response-mode funding schemes, including our National Research Project Grant and ‘Lift Off’ pilot study funding call and others.

About the Role
This role is focused on delivering established communications strategies and plans over a 12-month fixed-term period. Our focus and expertise is in providing evidence-based psychological treatment and support to victims of collective violence around the world. Our client has a job opportunity available for an Educational Mental Health Practitioner or Children's Wellbeing Practitioner in their CYP services. The job purpose is to provide a preventative, early intervention service to children and young people with mild to moderate mental health needs in identified schools. They are looking for someone to use the acquired skills, knowledge and abilities to deliver a service based within education settings that builds on and reinforces but does not replace those initiatives that already exist within these environments.
The post-holder will, with appropriate supervision, work as an autonomous and responsible practitioner and engage in:
- Delivering evidence-based intervention for children and young people in education setting with mild to moderate mental health problems
- Helping children and young people within these settings who present with more severe problems to rapidly access more specialist services
- Supporting and facilitating staff in education settings to identify and where appropriate manage issues related to mental health and wellbeing
- Working with and within education environments to afford better access to specialist mental health services

Main Purpose of Job
The HR Advisor will play a key role in ensuring the effective implementation of HR policies and procedures, fostering positive employee relations, and contributing to the organisation's overall success. You will provide a professional and efficient HR service to managers and employees throughout the Trust.
You will be responsible for preparing the monthly payroll processes and will lead on the benefits administration (including pensions) and collaborate with our benefits provider to ensure member benefits are processed correctly.
You will ensure that our HR processes operate efficiently, consistently embody our organisational values, and meet legal and best practice standards.
