We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our Ministries team, providing essential administrative support to senior leaders and helping to ensure the smooth running of a busy department.
In this varied role, you will manage and maintain databases, coordinate meetings and resources, process invoices, respond to enquiries and support projects that enable the work of ministries across the United Reformed Church. You will be confident using Microsoft Office, able to prioritise multiple tasks and enjoy working collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders.

Harris Hill has an exciting opportunity for an Events Assistant to join a national charity, supporting the delivery of an up and coming event , taking place in September.
This role is 2 days per week, starting the week of the 27th July ideally, with an initial day or so in the office, then working remotely.
The events itself already has an venue and a first batch of invitations have been sent. Your role will be to arrange steering group meetings and administration, takings notes, and minutes, arrange pre and post events communications, manage logistics with events venue and make arrangement, support event day set up, registrations, and attendee management on the day.
The client is looking for a suitable candidate, who is happy to just get stuck in, who has previous experience of supporting the planning and delivery of in person events. You will have strong administration and communications skills, experience of scheduling meetings, taking minutes, and updating systems such as the CRM, Microsoft Dynamics, although others are fine too.

Rooted Finance is seeking a proactive and organised Administrative Assistant to join our Operations Team on a 6-month fixed-term contract to provide maternity cover.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing organisation and play a key role in supporting the smooth running of our day-to-day operations. Working as part of a small and collaborative team, you will provide essential administrative support to the CEO, Board of Trustees, management team and wider organisation.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating meetings, managing diaries, preparing documents, taking minutes, maintaining records, supporting recruitment and onboarding processes, assisting with financial administration and helping to ensure effective office operations.

Job Title: Administration Assistant
Contract: Temporary
Location: Regent’s Park, London NW1
Job Purpose: To administer the CEPC’s offices and office systems in order to support an efficient and smooth-running working environment for its operations.
MAIN FUNCTIONS
· Assistance with the day to day administration and running of the Commission
· Dealing with initial enquiries from telephone, e-mail and personal callers on all aspects of the Commission’s work
· Welcome visitors to the office and ensure all visitors are dealt with courteously.
· To administer office cash and credit card transactions through the till.
· To issue replacement resident parking permits as appropriate.
· To issue visitor and contractor parking permits.
· “house-keeping”; including premises opening and closing routines, setting up spaces for events and meetings, posting mail, refreshments for external meetings and visitors.
· Observing appropriate levels of confidentiality at all times.
· Any other reasonable duties as instructed.
SKILLS REQUIRED
The post holder must have a methodical approach and be well organised but be prepared to adapt to events plus be flexible in dealing with people and situations.
The post holder must be able to:
· Deal in a patient, calm, courteous but firm manner with residents and their agents
· Understand, record and convey information
· Demonstrate good written and spoken English
· Apply information technology skills including Word and Excel
· Work as part of a small team in a practical, flexible and co-operative style
