Job description

Purpose of the Role

This role is central to Screen Share’s efforts to build a sustainable and reliable flow of IT hardware and grow the corporate partnerships that make our work possible. The postholder's primary focus will be to secure a consistent supply of high-quality IT assets from corporates and other partners, while developing those relationships into broader partnerships that generate financial support, employee engagement, and paid-for services.

The Head of Partnerships will sit at the heart of our development team and drive forward our diverse set of income streams. They will understand, represent and develop our value proposition for a variety of stakeholders in the corporate and IT Asset Disposal space. They will work closely across the organisation and client base to represent our impact and make our work possible. They will held deliver workshops and represent Screen Share in a number of sectors.

We are looking for a confident self-starter and team player who is comfortable working in a fast-paced, small team and is excited by the prospect of leading our efforts to acquire devices. They will be flexible and energised to support the development team across our traditional fundraising streams.

Please see the recruitment pack for more information.

If you have any questions about the role, it’s scope or it’s goals, please feel free to get in touch.

About Screen Share

Screen Share is the leading refugee digital inclusion charity in the UK. Our mission is to ensure every refugee in the UK has access to a connected digital device and the skills to use it to achieve their goals. We provide devices, connectivity, digital skills support and IT repair training to refugees and asylum seekers who are digitally excluded, unlocking their access to education, employment, wellbeing, information and support services. By digitally including refugees, our support fosters agency and independence, allowing them to rebuild their futures on their own terms.

This is a really exciting time to join Screen Share. Our new 2026–2030 strategy sets an ambitious vision: to scale our impact to reach 5,000 people annually; build a nationwide, integrated programme model across multiple cities; deepen our lived-experience leadership; and deliver a sustainable, circular-economy approach to device reuse. Every element of our work is guided by Responsibility, Sustainability, Equity, and Collaboration.
