The newly created Advice & Support Team plays a critical role in delivering Battersea’s strategic focus on early intervention in the pet ownership journey. By offering well-timed expert and empathetic support and advice before owners reach crisis point, the team aims to prevent avoidable animal welfare issues and reduce the number of pets relinquished for preventable reasons.
This role will be pivotal in bringing Battersea’s ambitious Advice & Support strategy to life. It will involve leading and developing innovative, partner-oriented projects that provide practical solutions - from helping prospective owners make informed acquisition decisions to supporting struggling cat and dog owners when they need it most.
Success will require working cross-functionally within Battersea while also building and managing strong, ongoing relationships with external partners at a senior level both inside and outside the animal welfare sector. Current initiatives, such as our partnership with FareShare and pet food manufacturers to deliver pet food to owners in need, illustrate the type of collaborative, preventative work this role will initiate, manage or expand.

We are seeking an experienced, strategic and collaborative Head of Communications and External Engagement to join our Senior Leadership Team and play a pivotal role in shaping Martingale’s external profile, strategic partnerships, and policy influence.
As Head of Communications and External Engagement, you will join our growing senior management team, overseeing several critical aspects of Martingale’s work: communications and recruitment; partnerships and fundraising; and policy and advocacy. Working closely with the CEO, you will oversee all aspect of Martingale’s external communications and engagement to ensure Martingale’s success.

Core Purpose
This leadership role is part of the Make-A-Wish UK Extended Leadership Team (ExLT) and is responsible for shaping and driving Make-A-Wish UK’s brand, communications and entertainment strategy. Leading a team of expert communications, content and digital specialists, the role will champion a strategic and scalable approach to brand, content, and communications. - Represent Brand, Communication and Entertainment at the Extended Leadership Team (ExLT), contributing to cross-charity strategy, insight sharing and project delivery.

Measurement & Insight
- Work with the Head of Insights and Innovation to develop and apply insights to inform strategic planning.

The Role
We're seeking an experienced, highly organised professional to take on a pivotal role leading the coordination and delivery of two of Julie’s Bicycle's flagship international training programmes: ITER and Creative Climate Changemakers (CCC) (formerly Creative Climate Leadership - CCL).This blended role is critical for ensuring the smooth operation and high-quality delivery of both programmes. It demands a blend of exceptional project management expertise and a passion for supporting and facilitating transformative climate action within the cultural sector.
You will be responsible for the full project lifecycle, from strategic co-design of the ITER curriculum as well as facilitating the ITER training. The successful candidate will also be responsible for the day-to-day management of logistics, partnerships, and finance across both programmes (ITER and CCC). This includes leading the coordination for a week-long residential CCC programme in Switzerland in March 2026 (attendance and facilitation for the CCC residential won’t be required) and managing the ongoing delivery of the ITER programme. Your ability to maintain clear communication with international partners like Ver Le Futur and In futurum, as well as with funders and programme participants, will be key to success. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and delivering two of our core training programmes:

Creative Climate Changemakers (CCC) (formerly Creative Climate Leadership) has been running in different formats since 2017. CCC is an international training, support and transformation programme which empowers artists, artivists and cultural change-makers to take action on the climate and ecological crisis with impact, creativity, and resilience.
CCC strengthens the extraordinary climate leadership already energising the creative and cultural ecosystem everywhere. Through deep immersion in the themes, creativity as a practice and the community as a whole, CCC champions a systems approach orientated towards justice and inclusion. Creative Climate Change-makers represent an exceptional international cohort; many projects, companies and careers are flourishing as a result of the programme, with national cultural policies responding to this new field of practice led by over 200 CCL alumni from all five continents. -
International Touring and Environmental Responsibility (ITER) Programme: Now entering into its fifth year the ITER programme is a partnership between Arts Council England, Arts and Culture Norway and the Danish Arts Foundation, and aims to foster new international collaborations and connections between the participating countries. ITER consists of two training programmes running in parallel; a course for beginners and a course for Changemakers, followed by an opportunity for participants to collaborate and apply for project funding. The programme is directed at touring professionals in the creative sector, focusing on sustainability. To date, 137 organisations and individual artists have taken part in the programme. Many are now leading the way by re-imagining conventional models of touring, putting environmental and social sustainability at the heart of what they do, and bringing important new learning to the sector.
Key Responsibilities
Project management and administration

Manage the day-to-day project management and administration for both the CCC and ITER programmes.

Ensure smooth coordination and clear partnership roles (R&Rs) are maintained with key partners for each programme, including Ver Le Futur (Switzerland) for CCC and In futurum for ITER, along with other partners and funders.

Coordinate, manage, and contribute to internal JB meetings for both programmes, including coordinating internal programmatic development/awayday sessions.

We’re looking for a creative and motivated account management professional to join our team at an incredibly exciting time for Prostate Cancer UK. You’ll be responsible for managing some of Prostate Cancer UK’s flagship charity partnerships.
The Partnerships Executive handles the management and development of Prostate Cancer UK’s strategic partnerships. You’ll be able to drive impact and value for both the charity and partners.
You’ll be working closely with key stakeholders to raise awareness amongst local communities across the UK and raise funds to invest into better treatments for men with prostate cancer. Job Summary
The Senior Corporate Partnerships Manager, a newly established role within the Income Department, will be responsible for delivering our expanding portfolio of Corporate Partnerships while actively seeking out and securing new partnership opportunities.
MHI is at a pivotal point in its development, having experienced significant growth since launching in 2017. Over the past 18 months, a primary focus has been on cultivating strategic partnerships that not only support fundraising efforts but also align with broader organisational goals such as volunteering, volunteer recruitment, stewardship, and enhancing brand recognition.
Having secured three large longer term partnerships, we are now seeking a creative, passionate and knowledgeable Corporate Partnership specialist to lead on launching, relationship management, stewardship and growth and ensure all opportunities are maximised.
Working closely with the Director of Income, Head of Communications and Marketing and Senior Trust and Foundation Manager. You will work across income streams (major donors, trusts and foundations and commissioned partners) to spot opportunities for enhancing existing or developing new long-term, strategic corporate partnerships. You will also undertake regular horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify opportunities to develop new and innovative partnerships. This will include optimising the expertise and contacts of the Board, volunteer-base and other senior stakeholders.

Over the last five years we have increased the number of individuals and organisation supporting the charity from 800 to more than 3,500 a year. The Corporate Partnership Manager will play a key role in this growth. Our Corporate Partnership income has grown from zero in 2020 to c£2.3 million in 2025. It is a very exciting time to be joining the charity and our Fundraising team.

Alongside the Director of Fundraising, Marketing & Communications who takes a special interest in the charity’s Corporate Partnerships, you will be tasked with planning, implementing, and delivering the activities, programmes and processes required to grow corporate income from c£2.3m in 2025 to even greater levels over the coming years.
You will do this by stewarding the significant number of existing relationships and partnerships we already hold and maximising any opportunities that exist via our current partnerships and relationships. A key part of this role will require you to develop new opportunities and secure significant income (5-and-6 figure partnerships) through proactive engagement to and through our supporters, beneficiaries, networks, and contacts.
The right candidate will have a proven record of generating strategic partnerships that result in 5-and 6-figure corporate income, building strong and rewarding relationships, with stewardships skills that generate long term support for the charity. You will be a driven and enthusiastic fundraiser with experience of cultivating new relationships across a range of businesses and sectors.

The organisation are undertaking a significant, nationwide project to roll out smart meters to every British home and microbusiness, transforming the way we buy and use energy through the delivery of one of the biggest technological and infrastructural investments of our time.
Contract: Permanent role
Salary: £47,000 to £51,000 per annum
Location: Hybrid role between home and the London office based in SE1, with a minimum of two days per week in the office

As Partnership Marketing Manager you will work closely with colleagues to plan and deliver the partnership marketing strategy, working to onboard and manage partners through whom potential and new smart meter adopters across both domestic and non-domestic campaigns will be reached.
You will work closely with partners to ensure that their delivery is optimised including working across the planning, development and management of audience-led, multi-channel consumer campaigns, particularly those reaching vulnerable customers.
Key responsibilities within the position will include:
- You will play a central role in the delivery of partnerships programme with a focus on the identification, recruitment, and management of partners for both domestic and non-domestic campaigns
- Put together approach and strategic plans for priority prospects, attend meetings and engage prospective partners, negotiating marketing opportunities nationwide
- Forge and maintain strong relationships with partners and manage individual partner budgets and contracts
- Lead on the delivery of integrated campaigns to engage Customers in Vulnerable Circumstances and key SEGB audiences, using your skills to influence both internal and external stakeholders to meet the strategic objectives of the campaigns
- Work closely with the internal Studio Manager to develop creative concepts for partnership led activity, drawing on deep knowledge of the partnership objectives as well as core SEGB messaging and brand guidelines
- Ensure partner activity is robust and measurable and work with the insight and analytics team to ensure the effectiveness of the partnership can be monitored and evaluated
- Work with the wider partnerships team to manage partners and ensure that partnership's programme content is delivered to the highest standard
- Negotiate with new partners, ensuring partnership campaigns are developed to meet organisational objectives, and provide maximum value for money
- Where partner requirements exist, use briefs to ensure content or materials are created, either by our internal design team or creative agencies
- Ensure you are across the detail of partnerships activity being delivered throughout Great Britain, working closely with the Senior Partnership Marketing Manager to manage effective workflow and activity
- Work closely with the Senior Partnership Marketing Manager to ensure that we are working with an optimum number of partners to deliver against the strategic requirements of the campaign
We'd love to see applications from individuals with the following skills and experience:
- Experience working for an integrated communications and marketing partnerships agency, or experience working in-house in partnerships or sponsorships roles with a marketing element
- You will have developed, managed and evaluated successful marketing partnerships and be able to demonstrate high levels of external supplier and service management
- Experience of leading integrated campaigns, managing and coordinating stakeholders internally and across media, creative and digital agencies
- Proven ability to manage multiple partnerships simultaneously whilst maintaining the highest quality standards with an eye for detail
- Experience successfully demonstrating partnership results and return on investment
- Experienced at negotiating and managing the contracting process including creating partners work plans
- You will be excellent at building and managing relationships with a wide range of stakeholders and partners

Senior Financial Reporting Manager

Purpose of the Role
This is a visible, high-profile position that offers the opportunity to work closely with senior stakeholders, providing strategic insight and driving excellence across ZSL’s financial and commercial reporting.
As Senior Reporting Manager, you will lead a small, high-performing team and take responsibility for ZSL’s business and commercial reporting, including monthly performance reporting, budgeting, forecasting, KPIs and business planning, as well as financial reporting on cash, reserves and the balance sheet. You’ll also support the year-end process and preparation of the Annual Report, while contributing expert financial analysis and modelling to inform decision-making across ZSL’s four businesses.
This is a hybrid role, typically based 2–3 days per week at ZSL’s iconic Regent’s Park headquarters. It’s an exciting opportunity for a strategic finance leader who thrives in a mission-driven environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Financial & Commercial Reporting: Lead ZSL’s financial and commercial reporting, including month-end close, business planning, budgeting, forecasting, KPI development and performance insights, ensuring timely, high-quality analysis and clear reporting that supports strategic decision-making. Which includes the development of finance reports, through systems such as Power BI.
- Financial Accounting: Oversee ZSL’s financial accounting and statutory reporting, including consolidated cashflow, balance sheet and reserves management, VAT and Gift Aid returns, and year-end audit preparation, ensuring robust ledger integrity, accurate reconciliations and successful sign-off of the Annual Report and Financial Statements.
- Leadership and Business Partnering: Lead and develop ZSL’s business partnering team while working directly with senior stakeholders across the organisation, providing strategic insights and hands-on support to drive performance, growth, and alignment across all four business units, including dedicated focus on the Fundraising and People Directorates.
About You
- Qualified accountant (either ACCA, ACA or CIMA) with proven experience leading a business partner function.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and experience of PowerPoint.
- Proven finance business partnering experience working within a large complex organisation.
- Ability to drive continuous improvement in business performance whilst maintaining positive relationships.
- Experience of managing a small team, with a successful track record of providing direction, support and coaching.
- Ability to provide insight from financial and non-financial data.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, being able to build strong relationships with senior stakeholders balancing support and challenge.
