Job Summary
Sitting within the Product Management Team, the Dynamics 365 (CRM) Product Manager is responsible for the Dynamics 365 and Microsoft product planning and execution throughout the Product Lifecycle, including gathering and prioritising product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with stakeholders and delivery teams to ensure revenue and product optimisation goals are met. The Product Manager’s job involves ensuring that the product supports the company’s overall strategy and goals. 

Forming and managing effective relationships with key business stakeholders, in particular Business Owners, Product Managers, Business Analysts, Engineers and IT Leads. Work with stakeholders to deliver the Product Roadmap by producing clear and manageable roadmaps and backlogs for delivery and communication.

Experienced in product management and agile methodologies you bring stakeholders together to solve problems and optimise product capabilities to enable the business to reach their strategic and operational objectives. You effectively matrix manage cross functional team members assigned to your product squad, liaising across multiple teams and functions to ensure engagement and successful product delivery against agreed business expectations and governance processes. 

This role is for D365 and Microsoft products within St John and therefore the applicant requires experience and knowledge with D365, CRM, Microsoft and associated architecture, tech stacks, processes and user support. St John are looking for a person who has demonstrable and proven experience working with Dynamics 365 to deliver CRM programmes with complex, multi-audience organisations with a disparate database and business requirements to support growth, integrations, data cleansing and unified consent management. Alongside this we would expect the role to lead on Microsoft platform management, supporting wave releases and the adoption of new features and functionality. 

About You
You will be educated to GCSE level or equivalent (Grade C) inc Maths & English (minimum of 5), be Product Management certified/Agile Project Management / any other recognised Product mgt qualification, have demonstrable and proven experience of Microsoft Platform Management, have proven experience of D365 product management lifecycle: product vision, product roadmap, backlog management, feature and user story development, have demonstrable and proven experience of D365 Sales, Marketing and Customer Engagement, have experience of working in structured product team following defined governance standards relating to product roadmaps, resource management, issue management, change management etc & have the ability to translate complex technical solutions to a non-technical audience and gain the right level of buy-in and support.

• Define the product strategy and roadmap in line with the organisation’s strategy and goals, and the DDaT transformation programme
• Create and manage timelines for delivering the product roadmap, planning new features and changes to the product that account for a range of factors such as risks and opportunities
• Be recognised as the expert in the business on the product, the industry and relevant technology
• Act as a leader for your product within the business and build relationships with business stakeholders
• Run cross functional squads to deliver product roadmaps without formal line management authority over squad members
• Ensuring that requirements, solution design and tests are documented and maintained for traceability across product releases
• Work with external third parties on transformation programmes and/or the design and support of product features
• Run and participate in product ceremonies (stand ups, sprint planning, reviews and retros)

About the role

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer and working as part of the Operations team, this is a critical role at the centre of the Bureau’s financial set-up. You will lead the day-to-day financial management of the organisation’s income and expenditure across multiple projects.

The Finance Manager will play a key role in strengthening the organisation’s long-term sustainability and resilience, while helping to deliver its strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all bookkeeping functions, payroll, accounts payable, and receivable

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management accounts

• Oversee cashflow management and banking controls

The Berkshire and Hampshire Borders (BHB) Methodist Circuit is a network of twenty-five churches across western Berkshire and northern Hampshire, united by a vision to proclaim God's love as a justice-seeking community. As Operations Manager, you'll be the backbone supporting our work. Working with the Leadership Team, you'll coordinate the operational infrastructure that keeps twenty-five autonomous churches running — from property and finance to safeguarding and compliance — empowering churches and outreach staff to deliver high-quality support to church members and vulnerable people.

The Role
You'll provide operational guidance and support to the Circuit Leadership Team and Circuit Meeting (Trustees), attending meetings and preparing reports on governance matters. You'll manage the Circuit Finance Officer, ensuring sound accounting practices, financial controls, and reporting. Across property, you'll oversee 19 houses — coordinating quinquennial inspections, maintenance plans, manse preparation for incoming ministers, externally managed letting of surplus properties, and professional appointments for sales and purchases. You'll also support energy and telecoms contract negotiations.

In safeguarding, you'll co-lead the Circuit Safeguarding Team, coordinate training, and maintain records of DBS checks. For health and safety, you'll guide churches on policies, risk assessments, and fire safety, with professional support as needed. On EDI, you'll maintain awareness of Methodist policy, coordinate training, and promote inclusive practice. You'll line manage the Administration Finance Officer and Administration Officer.

Key Details
Permanent role, £45,000–£55,000, 37.5 hours per week based in Reading, Berkshire with occasional evening or weekend working and travel across the area. 33 days annual leave including public holidays, contributory pension, reasonable expenses reimbursed plus a training funded. About The Noah Jordan Foundation

The Noah Jordan Foundation is a fast-growing UK children’s charity established in memory of Noah, who died in 2024 from POLG mitochondrial disease, a rare and devastating paediatric mitochondrial disorder which can cause severe neurological deterioration and liver failure in children, and for which there is currently no effective treatment or cure.

Following Noah’s death, his family made him a promise: that his legacy would help change the future for children and families affected by mitochondrial disease.

The Foundation was established to deliver that promise through three charitable objectives:

Medical Research

Funding pioneering medical research to improve clinical management, accelerate the development of effective treatments and ultimately help drive progress towards cures for rare paediatric mitochondrial diseases, including POLG-related mitochondrial disorders.

Raising Awareness

Increasing awareness and understanding of mitochondrial disease amongst healthcare professionals, organisations and the wider public through campaigns, events, education and training.

Supporting Children and Families

Providing practical and emotional support to children and families affected by mitochondrial disease through information, resources, services and financial assistance where possible.

Since launching in September 2024, thanks to our incredible community, the Foundation has grown rapidly, raising more than £400,000 in just over 18 months.

• Fully funded a three-year medical research PhD programme into POLG mitochondrial disease at the Mitochondrial Research Group (MRG) at Newcastle University, under the guidance of one of the UK’s leading Professors of Paediatric Mitochondrial Medicine, who also serves as a Charity Medical Advisor to the Foundation.

We’re looking for an experienced project manager to lead our most significant, "high-reward" strategic initiatives. These are the projects that change the way we operate as an organisation. 

This isn't just about moving cards on a Trello board; it’s about interpersonal leadership. You will be leading cross-functional teams of people who don't report to you, requiring a masterclass in "soft power," diplomacy, and drive. You’ll also be our lead on high-level procurement, negotiating contracts with external partners and ensuring our technologists deliver exactly what the charity needs.

Person Specification

Essential:

• Prince 2 Practitioner (or equivalent project management framework)
• Significant experience leading cross-functional projects in a mid-to-large organisation
• Proven ability to influence and lead teams without direct line authority

• Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences

Additional Information:

Due to the nature of the role and the organisation, we believe that this post is subject to an occupational requirement that the holder be a practising Christian under Part 1 of Schedule 9 of the Equality Act 2010. Terms and Conditions:

This is a full-time, permanent position. The salary will be up to £39,500 per annum, depending upon experience.

This position is 37 hours per week.

The position is offered subject to the satisfactory completion of a three-month probationary period.

Holiday entitlement is five weeks per annum, rising to six weeks after two years’ continuous service, plus statutory holidays.

CFF operates a group personal pension scheme and will contribute to an employee’s plan, within the scheme, a monthly payment equivalent to 10% of their gross monthly salary once conditions for entry to the scheme have been met.

The Role 
 
As Retail Assurance Manager, you will provide specialist support, guidance, and oversight across all areas of operational risk within retail and estates, ensuring our locations operate safely, compliantly, and to agreed organisational standards. As the estate continues to grow, this role will enhance the organisation’s confidence in retail governance through effective assurance processes, training, and continuous improvement. 

The role will develop and maintain frameworks, policies, and tools to support retail managers in managing risk locally, covering areas such as Health and Safety, Fire Safety, financial controls and Gift Aid. By embedding accountability for risk management at every level, the Retail Assurance Manager will enable managers to own compliance within their areas, reinforcing a culture of safety, integrity, and strong performance. 

Working with the Head of Retail and Head of Retail Property and Estates, the post holder will design and deliver an operational annual retail audit programme, assessing performance across operational, financial, and compliance areas. Findings will inform improvement plans, demonstrate governance to the wider organisation, and help reduce incidents of non-compliance, theft, and fraud.

Specifically, you will: 

• Be the Health & safety (H&S) lead for retail and wider charity and be main point of contact for all related queries, concerns and escalations.  

• Provide “how to” checklists and guidance for ladders, steamers, reading and actioning risk assessments etc.  

• Be responsible for records of compliance training, Health & Safety inductions and DSE assessments across retail and the wider charity, flagging to senior managers non-compliance.  

• Develop risk assessments and processes with owners of the risk so these are relevant and highlight `immediate` and `progressive` actions.  

• Support the Centre Manager and Café Manager in food safety compliance developing food safety policies and procedures.  

• Work across retail and operations to ensure the Business Continuity Plan is up to date and maintain team`s risk registers.  

• Create an intuitive system to ensure Health & Ssafety policy and procedures are maintained, relevant and up to date.  

• Support provision of COSHH registers on our premises.  

 
About You 

To be considered for this role, you will need: 

• To have proven experience in an assurance, audit, compliance, risk, Health & Safety, or retail operations role (ideally within multi-site retail or a customer-facing estate).  

• To have working knowledge of relevant legislation and best practice (e.g., Health & Safety, Fire Safety, food safety where applicable, GDPR/data protection, safeguarding awareness) and the ability to translate requirements into practical guidance.  

• To have experience of planning and delivering an audit/inspection programme, including developing checklists/standards, conducting site visits, identifying non-conformance, and agreeing proportionate improvement actions.  

• To have experience of producing clear reports and presenting findings to different audiences, including senior stakeholders, with recommendations that balance risk, practicality and commercial impact.  

• A NEBOSH qualification would be preferred but we would consider IOSH with a view to training towards NEBOSH to the right applicant.  

• To be Educated to A Level or above.  

• To have basic Health and Safety and Fire training in previous roles alongside an awareness of GDPR, Cyber Security and Safeguarding or ability to demonstrate awareness of the above. Good understanding of Data Protection principles.  

• To have IT literacy in particular with Microsoft Office.

Rowner Community Trust (RCT) is recruiting a Business Lead which will proactively contribute to RCT becoming a more effective and sustainable resident-first organisation and help us to ensure the quality of RCT’s delivery with/by residents.

They will lead on business development, including profitable venue operations and income diversification, ensuring a friendly and high-quality approach to the community levy and help RCT become sustainable (in all senses). You will help us ensure the smooth operations of RCT i.e. accessible and safe venues, HR processes and supporting resident involvement etc. You will also work with the Chief Officer to help provide timely financial and programme monitoring and reporting for sponsors, RCT Board, levy payers etc and help to develop business cases/plans and funding applications.

The successful candidate will need to demonstrate a willingness to be innovative and be able to lead (with the whole team) on innovation and ensuring cost-effective business processes ensuring that there is a contemporary resident-focused and ‘easy’ approach.

We are looking for a motivated and entrepreneurial person, and we expect that the successful candidate would have a business management qualification (or equivalent) at a degree level, have experience in cost-effective innovation and have a positive and can-do ‘customer’-focused approach and be able to work positively as part of a diverse team including involved residents.

• Provide practical support to ensure effective programme delivery and monitoring including programme and financial monitoring and reporting to our funders and sponsors.
• Work with the Chief Officer to ensure that there is timely and reliable financial management information for the RCT Board and levy payers .
• Work with the Chief Officer to secure ongoing external investment in our core programmes and to deliver on a business case/ plan for our venues and spaces.
• Lead on the smooth running of the organisation ’s payroll, HR records and a proportionate and enabling approach to the relevant regulatory compliance e.g. safeguarding, health & safety, GDPR .
• Provide occasional cover for the Chief Officer.

We expect that the successful candidate would have a business management qualification (or equivalent) at a degree level with experience in cost - effective innovation . You will need to have a positive and can - do ‘customer’ - focused approach and be able to work positively as part of a diverse team including involved local residents . We offer an annual salary of £33,000 pro -rata (£19,800), six weeks leave (or 18.0 days pro -rata) and an additional annual wellbeing day. We are willing to be (mutually) flexible on largely office - based /core hours working arrangements.

You will play a central role in supporting people who are blind, partially sighted, Deaf, hard of hearing and deafblind to access assistive equipment and technology that maintains independence and improves quality of life.

The role includes leading the day-to-day running of the Resource Centre, ensuring a high-quality, person-centred service, and working collaboratively across the organisation. There is also scope to shape and grow the service, including developing new income opportunities and resources.  You will be line managing a small team of staff and volunteers. 

We are looking for someone with experience in sensory support, strong organisational and people management skills, and confidence in advising on equipment and practical solutions. You will be proactive, flexible and committed to improving outcomes for the people we support.

This is primarily an office-based role with some travel across Surrey.

Person Specification

• Charity SORP: Strong understanding of Charity Commission requirements and SORP.
• Strategic & Commercial Acumen: Demonstrable success in financial strategy, commercial income generation, and driving sustainable organisational growth.
• Financial Expertise: Professionally qualified (e.g. ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with deep knowledge of financial governance, planning, reporting, and risk management.
