More about the role:As Partnerships Manager you will manage bookings from new and existing school partners, working to ensure our farms are fully booked with the young people who need us most. You will take a lead in recruiting partners for our newer farms in Skipton and Lower Shockerwick, as well as for specific projects including work with schools in Westminster, Ealing, and with groups of asylum-seeking young people. Working alongside the Senior Partnerships Manager, you will develop relationships with academy chains, local authorities and other charities, and represent the charity at conferences and events to grow awareness of our work.

This new role will take over responsibility for developing and managing all finance activities and reporting in this rapidly growing charity. You will have the opportunity to shape the role and the evolution of the charity as we grow, implementing financial processes and systems. Key tasks and responsibilities

• Ensure accurate and timely financial records of all income received and expenditure incurred
• Implement a new accounting system, as the charity’s growth takes it from excel bookkeeping to a new integrated finance and reporting system
• Liaise with the payroll bureau to ensure accurate and timely processing and payment of monthly salaries and related costs
•  Working with the FHL office in Bethlehem, maintain accurate records of grants paid
•  Monitor and maintain correct reporting of Restricted and Unrestricted income and expenditure
• Manage all UK banking activities and maintain oversight of the charity’s bank accounts in Bethlehem 
• Prepare, validate and submit regular Gift Aid claims to HMRC
• Prepare monthly management accounts for the Management Committee and Board of Trustees
• Working with the CEO and Treasurer, prepare annual budgets and periodic reforecasts as required
• Working closely with our external auditors, deliver an effective year end close and audit process and ensure submission of Annual Trustees’ Report and Financial Statements to the Charity Commission 
• Supervise the Office Finance Administrator
• Assist in the formulation and implementation of financial policies, procedures and controls
• Perform any other duties as reasonably required within this role to support the work of the charity

Grow Together Bucks are seeking a highly motivated Business Manager, with a passion for and experience of community growing, to run and develop our operation and projects – to share the joy and magic of growing food with children, families and the community in High Wycombe and South Bucks.

Since 2020 our small team has established a successful community allotment, valuable projects/strands of work with local schools and organisations, a wonderful team of volunteers and good relationships with key funders and stakeholders.

As an experienced Business, Programme, Operations or Project Manager, you will be responsible for the operational management of Grow Together Bucks as a not-for-profit CIC. Joining the board as a Director, you will oversee and plan our programmes of community and schools growing work, coordinating partnerships with key stakeholders and approaching funders and generating income to help continue our projects and core work. What the job involves

As part of our Customer Engagement and Experience team, you’ll play a key role in delivering an exceptional supporter experience, from ordering shop items and receiving fulfilment materials to ensuring Gift Aid contributions are processed accurately and securely.

This job share role combines operational ownership, relationship management and compliance oversight. You’ll be trusted to run essential day-to-day activity and improve the systems that sit behind them.

You’ll build and manage strong relationships with fulfilment suppliers, holding them accountable to KPIs and ensuring materials are delivered accurately and on time. You’ll also manage the day-to-day running of our online shop, including product development, stock forecasting, supplier coordination and performance monitoring.

You’ll keep fulfilment operations running efficiently by identifying improvements, resolving bottlenecks and making sure teams across the charity have what they need. Alongside this, you’ll take ownership of Gift Aid administration, ensuring claims are accurate, compliant with HMRC requirements and supported by clear audit trails.

By monitoring Gift Aid performance, you’ll analyse trends and recommend improvements, keeping internal teams informed and skilled in best practice. You’ll also support Fundraising teams with compliance checks, offering guidance and helping to resolve any issues quickly and effectively.

In addition, you’ll oversee monthly stock reconciliations and financial reporting for shop activity, ensuring accuracy and supporting informed decision-making. You’ll work closely with colleagues across digital, operations, marketing and customer experience to deliver a seamless, joined-up supporter journey.

This is a varied and meaningful role where your work directly improves how supporters experience Prostate Cancer UK.

We are looking for a talented Community Shop Manager who is an enthusiastic self-starter, with a passion for charity retail, to manage our Warwick shop on a full time (37.5 hours per week) basis.

Relate is a leading relationships service, offering counselling, information, mediation and support to individuals, couples and families from all backgrounds and sexualities, at all stages of life. We also provide expert training for relationship support practitioners.

Acorns Children’s Hospice provides specialist care and support for babies, children and young people who are life limited or life threatened. Acorns is now seeking a Donor Experience Manager to play a key role in delivering an exceptional supporter experience across the fundraising directorate. Reporting to the Head of Donor Experience, the Donor Experience Manager will lead the delivery of engaging, insight-led donor journeys across multiple fundraising channels.

You will work closely with fundraising, marketing and care teams to ensure that every supporter interaction – from initial engagement through to long-term stewardship – is consistent, personalised and meaningful. Through effective stewardship, compelling communications and strong operational delivery, you will help strengthen supporter relationships and drive long-term retention.

The role will also oversee supporter care operations, ensuring high standards in donation processing, thanking, pledge management and supporter communications. Using CRM data (Donorfy), supporter feedback and insight, you will continuously refine stewardship activity and donor journeys to improve engagement and lifetime value.

As Donor Experience Manager, you will:

• Line manage and develop the Donor Experience Officer, ensuring high standards of supporter care and operational delivery
• Design and deliver multi-channel donor journeys that strengthen engagement, retention and supporter lifetime value
• Manage the annual fundraising communications plan and identify meaningful stewardship opportunities across fundraising activity
• Develop and maintain a central fundraising content library including case studies, stories and impact materials
• Work with fundraising, marketing and care teams to produce compelling supporter communications and impact reports
• Support bespoke stewardship and recognition activity for major donors and high-value supporters
• Champion digital engagement, automation and personalisation across supporter communications
• Lead supporter satisfaction surveys and use insight to continuously improve donor journeys
• Oversee supporter care processes including donation processing, thanking, pledge tracking and supporter enquiries
• Use CRM data (Donorfy) and insight to monitor engagement, retention and supporter behaviour and inform fundraising activity
• Support the delivery of supporter events and contribute to financial monitoring and campaign reporting.

Essential skills and experience include:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience producing engaging supporter communications
• Experience planning and managing projects or complex workloads across multiple stakeholders
• A strong commitment to delivering outstanding supporter care
• Experience working within a fundraising or supporter-focused team
• Understanding of donor motivation, stewardship and supporter retention
• Experience using CRM systems such as Raiser’s Edge, Salesforce, Donorfy or similar
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to build collaborative relationships and work effectively across teams
• An analytical mindset with the ability to use insight and feedback to improve supporter engagement.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Manager to join the Team, in this key leadership role at the heart of the organisation.

About the Role

The team care deeply about providing good, safe, specialist services to the community and to clients by providing inclusive, equitable support to all survivors of sexual violence in Sheffield.

You’ll work closely with the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to keep things running day to day and to strengthen the infrastructure that make this life-changing work possible. You’ll lead across areas like finance, HR, governance, quality, facilities/IT, risk and data protection, and provide empowering and supportive line management to the Business Team and Counselling Team.

You’ll also deputise for the CEO on occasion, helping to provide steady leadership and continuity across the organisation.

The Role

This is not simply an administrative post. It is a senior operational leadership role rooted in care, clarity and accountability.

The Finance and Business Operations Director will lead VAST’s financial and operational strategy, ensuring robust financial management, effective HR and IT systems, compliance with Health and Safety, and the efficient running of The Dudson Centre.

The postholder will act as Company Secretary, overseeing governance and compliance, and also serve as the organisation’s Money Laundering Reporting Officer.

As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, the role contributes to strategic planning and organisational development, as well as supporting VAST’s day-to-day delivery.
