Job Summary
The Senior Partnership Officer will play a pivotal role in building, strengthening and diversifying Bipolar UK’s high‑value relationships, with a particular emphasis on corporate fundraising and identifying strategic, mutually beneficial collaborations that support the charity’s long‑term needs.
Working closely with the Strategic Partnership Manager, you will manage and grow our portfolio of major donors, corporate supporters, and strategic partners. You will provide exceptional stewardship, ensuring partners feel valued, engaged, and inspired to deepen their relationship with us.
A key part of the role will involve proactively identifying and cultivating new corporate prospects, developing compelling propositions, crafting funding proposals, and pitching confidently to decision‑makers at all levels. You will help implement robust cultivation plans and ensure effective monitoring and evaluation across all partnership activity.
You will also work collaboratively across the wider Fundraising Team - including with the Fundraising Officer - supporting campaigns, events, and individual giving where needed.
This is a home‑based position with travel required for meetings and events across the UK. Some evening or weekend work may be required.
Key Responsibilities
1. Growing Corporate and Strategic Partnerships
- Drive the growth of corporate fundraising through proactive identification, research and cultivation of new corporate prospects.
- Develop innovative, mutually beneficial partnership opportunities, including Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Charity of the Year, sponsorships, staff fundraising, corporate challenge events, payroll giving and cause‑related marketing.
- Create compelling propositions tailored to corporate audiences.
- Lead and support pitches to secure long‑term, strategic and income‑generating partnerships.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. Services, Communications) to co‑design new partnership concepts, projects or services that align with charity priorities.
- Support the development of partnership agreements and ensure expectations, deliverables and benefits are clearly defined.
- Work to a mutually agreed financial target and use the CRM to track and record relevant data to grow our donor pipeline.
2. Strengthening High‑Value Donor & Partner Stewardship
- Deliver excellent relationship management to major donors, corporate partners and strategic allies.
- Provide regular updates on impact and organisational achievements to deepen engagement.
- Organise meetings, briefings, events and engagement opportunities to showcase our work.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of all interactions on Salesforce.
- Create tailored materials, proposals and events to support ongoing partnership activity.
- Represent Bipolar UK through presentations at corporate and partner events.
- Track performance and impact of partnerships, supporting continuous improvement.
3. Supporting Wider Fundraising
- Work collaboratively with the Fundraising Officer, SPM and wider team to maximise fundraising opportunities across all income streams.
- Provide hands‑on support for individual giving campaigns, events and community fundraising when needed.
- Contribute to team planning, cross‑team projects, and organisational initiatives.

Skills and Experience
Essential:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in major donor fundraising, corporate fundraising or partnership development.
- Proven track record of generating new business at 5 and 6 figure levels - from prospecting through to securing partnerships.
- Experience working to, and achieving, income targets.
- Strong understanding of the corporate sector, CSR and corporate fundraising mechanisms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience delivering pitches and proposals.
- Excellent project and time‑management skills.
- Understanding of ethical fundraising and GDPR compliance.
- Experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM.
- Confident user of Microsoft Office and quick to adopt new technologies.
Desirable:
- Experience within a mental health or health‑related charity.
- Understanding of bipolar gained through lived experience or supporting a friend or family member.

Purpose of the Job
This role will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of corporate partners, delivering high quality account management that deepens engagement and maximises income. The role develops tailored partnership plans, ensures seamless transitions from new business to account management, and collaborates across internal teams to deliver multi-faceted partnerships that align with organisational priorities.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of existing corporate partners, delivering first rate account management across partnership types including Charity of the Year, commercial brand campaigns and retail partnerships.
- Develop and implement bespoke stewardship and cultivation plans that maximise partnership value, support organisational priorities and meet agreed income targets and KPIs
- Engage key internal stakeholders across the organisation to craft mutually beneficial and strategic partnerships in line with both team and organisational strategic goals.
- Prepare and develop compelling presentations, pitches and proposals; negotiate bespoke benefits packages and lead renewal discussions.
- Establish and monitor partnership milestones, ensuring timely delivery and high standards of reporting financial management and record keeping (including Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics and contract management).
- Work collaboratively with New Business, Development, Income Generation and wider internal stakeholders including Food, Operations and Marcomms.
- Ensure compliance with GDPR, fundraising regulations and ethical gift policies, legal requirements and internal compliance practices.
- Represent fundraising on internal working groups and undertake training to maintain up-to-date knowledge relevant to the role.

Skills & Experience Required
Essential
- Proven experience managing key relationships—minimum three years within a charity environment—with a track record of stewarding and growing six‑figure partnerships.
- Strong communication, influencing and negotiation skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels and create compelling, tailored propositions.
- Demonstrable ability to manage multiple complex projects, with strong organisational, financial management and commercial awareness (including understanding of VAT considerations).
- Experience developing pitches, partnership plans and legal agreements; familiarity with commercial brand licensing and staff fundraising desirable.
- Proactive, target‑driven and creative, with the ability to use data and insight to shape partnership strategies.
- Knowledge of the Fundraising Regulator’s Code of Practice, GDPR and relevant legislative requirements; Salesforce or similar CRM experience desirable.

Direct Marketing Manager, European New Donors
Location: London
Hiring Range: 46,000-55,000 GBP per year
Reporting to the Director of New Donor Engagement, the Direct Marketing Manager leads IFAW’s international new donor acquisition and global reactivation efforts. This role oversees the strategy and execution of IFAW’s direct mail and face-to-face fundraising for four European markets: Germany, France, UK and The Netherlands. This role also designs and executes strategies to re-engage long lapsed supporters in all markets. Collaborate with the digital acquisition team to amplify results and leverage the strategies to attract new donors and reactivate lapsed donors. The manager collaborates with internal teams and external vendors to ensure campaigns are delivered effectively and in alignment with organizational goals.
Role and Responsibilities
· Lead all facets of direct mail new donor acquisition and reactivation programs, including strategic planning, budget oversight, creative strategy, vendor management, and process optimization.
· Support and participate in direct response TV campaigns and leverage that strategy to amplify results in direct mail and face to face channels.
· Develop and implement country-specific acquisition and reactivation strategies to maintain or grow donor file size in alignment with departmental goals.
· Conduct in-market research and stay informed on emerging donor acquisition methods and trends.
· Collaborate with Direct Marketing Directors to ensure newly acquired and reactivated donors align with overall fundraising goals and audience segmentation strategies.

Qualifications and Education Requirements
· 5+ years of direct marketing experience, preferably within a nonprofit or fundraising context

· Proven success managing cross-functional teams and external vendors to execute complex projects on schedule and within scope
· Exceptional communication abilities, both written and verbal, with a focus on clarity, persuasion, and donor engagement

We are recruiting a Challenge Events Fundraiser to grow PAPYRUS’ challenge event income by leading on allocated PAPYRUS own events, projects and campaigns and managing all third-party challenge events.
What you will do:
- Develop an events plan that will grow income using data from previous years to understand our supporters and build a creative and sustainable income plan for long term growth.
- Build and manage relationships with supporters across all communication channels and provide professional, relevant, timely and empathetic stewardship at all times.

About the role

As a senior community fundraiser, you’ll will an important part of the team building Breast Cancer Now’s presence in Wales, with a particular focus on South Wales.
We’re looking for someone who is an experienced relationship builder, someone who can find and develop new supporters. You’ll need excellent local knowledge, and the enthusiasm to develop the local region.
The successful candidate will also be part of the team working on our large-scale project supporting and growing Asda Tickled Pink, our award-winning partnership with Asda and CoppaFeel! which has already raised over £100 million.
You’ll work directly with passionate colleagues across Asda stores in your region driving new fundraising initiatives, inspiring communities, and celebrating their incredible successes.
No 2 days will look the same as you travel, connect and engage supporters to help us grow income to deliver our mission.
The role is initially offered as an 18-month contract with the potential to become permanent.
About you
We’re looking for someone who is:
Confident in approaching new contacts and are experienced in developing new relationships from scratch. This may currently be in a customer service, account management or stewardship role.
Experienced in managing and building new and established relationships with a focus on retention and income growth.
Enthusiastic, proactive, organised and unafraid to test and try new ideas.
This role will involve being out and about in the community you’re building, so you must be able to work independently outside of the office in varying locations and enjoy being busy.
Previous experience working in a charity is not required. The ability to speak Welsh would be desirable.

Primary location of role
The candidate will need to be based in Cardiff or the surrounding area with unlimited access to their own car. Regular travel will be required to meet supporters and visit Asda stores in your region, as well as occasional travel to our London, office.

This is an exciting and unique opportunity for an experienced freelance fundraiser with a passion for sustainability to pioneer new and imaginative ways to fund the Net Zero Carbon work for our historical buildings in a first of its kind role within the Church of England.
The Net Zero Carbon Freelance Fundraiser will play a key role in supporting carbon reduction projects in churches in the Pontefract area, raising funds for a group of parishes in the area over a fixed period. As the role is regionally based, there will be a requirement to travel to the nominated churches across Pontefract.
The successful candidate will scope and apply for funds from statutory bodies, charitable trusts and other sources for Net Zero projects and work closely with the Vicar of Pontefract and the Diocese’ Net Zero Carbon Programme Manager throughout their time in post. They will be self-motivated, with the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
This is a self-employed position offered on a fixed-term contract for a period of 12 months, with a total fee payable of £25,000, paid equally over 12 months. The working pattern will be agreed in line with the group’s requirements, but it is expected that a minimum of 100 hours per month (2-3 days/week) would be dedicated to this project.

Medical Aid for Palestinians (MAP) is responding to the largest emergency in our 40+ year history. Over the last two years support for our cause has seen significant growth in income as tens of thousands of supporters have joined MAP, including individuals, trusts, foundations and corporates. We’re looking for a strategic and people‑focused leader to head up our Supporter Operations and Insights team. A newly expanded team, this senior role will ensure our supporters receive an outstanding experience, while overseeing supporter operations, supplier management, data quality and insights. You’ll work closely with Fundraising and Finance colleagues to ensure income is processed accurately; deliver insights that drive decision‑making; and ensure operations are compliant and effective.

What is the role about?
This role leads the teams that look after our supporters behind the scenes and on the front line. You’ll make sure every supporter has a positive experience, that donations are handled accurately, and that we use data and insight to continuously improve how we work.
What will you be responsible for?
You’ll lead supporter care, operations and the performance and insights teams, manage key suppliers, work closely with Finance on income reconciliation, and turn data into insight that shapes fundraising decisions. RNRMC is the Navy’s principal charity which exists to support every sailor, marine and their families, for life. Experience and Background
You will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in Legacy Fundraising or a similar fundraising role, with experience with experience in planning and delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns, particularly those aimed at growing legacy and in memory income streams. A solid understanding of legacy fundraising principles, supporter journeys, and the sensitivities involved in discussing gifts in wills and bereavement-related giving is also important. Candidates should be confident managing projects end-to-end, from creative development through to evaluation, and comfortable collaborating with external agencies to ensure high-quality outputs.
In addition, the role requires excellent relationship-management skills, as it involves working closely with donors, families, colleagues, and partners such as Legacy Links to ensure compassionate and consistent supporter care. Strong organisational abilities are key for overseeing legacy administration, maintaining accurate reporting, and ensuring compliance with governance standards. Familiarity with CRM systems, data analysis, and reporting tools will support effective monitoring of income and campaign performance. A background in charity communications or stewardship, coupled with empathy, tact, and attention to detail, will ensure the fundraiser can successfully manage initiatives such as the Heart of Oak Memory Tree and continue to grow the organisation’s in memory programme.

Hours of Work
Hours of work are 35 hours per week, 09:00 – 17:00 Monday to Friday.
