Job Purpose
This role sits within our new Men’s Minds project, based in Hounslow. The aim of the service is to improve men’s mental health outcomes by developing a mental health network supported and directed by the voices of its members.
This will be achieved through three service strands: 1) Peer support network, 2) Psychoeducation workshops, addressing common needs of men’s mental health 3) Outreach support to raise awareness of men’s mental health and promote this service.
The Men’s Minds Project Coordinator will work closely with the members in shaping the service and ensuring voices of men in Hounslow are heard and acted upon. This service will be staffed with 1 part-time (25hrs per week) Project Coordinator and a pool of peer led volunteers. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the volunteers.

The Role
The role of the Men’s Minds Project Coordinator is to arrange and coordinate a range of psychoeducation, and peer-led workshops which will be delivered weekly. With the addition of attending various community and stakeholder events to deliver the outreach strand of the service.
The role will require hybrid and flexible working: onsite for all the peer/psychoeducation sessions but the with expectation to be attending various community events and services to promote the service.

About you:

Approve and review high value orders, variations, and completed works prior to invoice.
Quality Assurance

Lead on Damp and Mould quality inspections and follow up reports. Communicate inspection KPIs to key stakeholders.
Works Delivery
Ensure that all works are completed within agreed time frame work and that this is accurately monitored through weekly WIP reports.
Contractor Management
Ensure strict adherence to Contractor code of conduct and agreed SLAs. Lead contract progress meetings to manage performance.

About the role
The London Library is looking for an Acquisitions and Discovery Assistant to assist in the acquisition and management of Library E-resources and print resources.
The role includes supporting the successful acquisition and seamless delivery of electronic resources to library users, utilising and maintaining relevant library systems and records; assisting purchasing decisions and supporting licensing, ordering and payment processes; verifying access, liaising with suppliers & Library IT, and ensuring correct metadata is presented to users; plus monitoring resource use and collecting data for the evaluation of subscriptions. As Finance & Operations Officer, you will report to the Chief Executive and help with all ‘back office’ activities for the charity. These include: all bookkeeping activities; producing monthly and annual financial reports; managing and overseeing the use of Views, our Monitoring and Evaluation system from Substance; supporting the Chief Exec in ensuring policies and procedures are kept up to date; and supporting the team with analysis and reporting to funders. You will also run the payroll. The Treasurer, one of the trustees, who has been doing the accounts and performing many of the back office activities up to this point, will support you.

The Role
The person appointed will report to the Marketing Director and work as part of a small team of staff responsible for events and marketing. The person will be involved in all aspects of the marketing team’s work including:

Person Specification
It is expected that the successful applicant will demonstrate and provide evidence of the following:
· A degree or equivalent experience in event co-ordination or marketing;
