In this role, you will empower clients to build confidence, develop coping skills, and work towards greater independence throughout their time in the service. You will manage a varied caseload, deliver group activities and co‑produced programmes, and support service users to engage effectively with community professionals and local support networks. Working collaboratively with colleagues, you will help shape peer‑support opportunities, ensure the safety and wellbeing of all service users, and maintain accurate, timely records in line with organisational values and procedures. This is a dynamic position that requires flexibility, strong communication skills, and a commitment to recovery‑focused practice, including active participation in supervision, assessments, and service reviews.
The working hours are 8am-4pm and 2pm-10pm, including bank holidays and weekends.

It's a Tuesday afternoon in a school hall in Luton. That shift has happened because his Yes Futures coach believed in him, and in turn he now believes in himself.
Who we are
Yes Futures is a youth coaching charity. We put professional coaches in front of young people who would otherwise never get that kind of one-to-one belief and challenge: leadership coaches, life coaches and executive coaches, the kind normally hired by boardrooms. Our flagship programme, Rising Futures, works in secondary schools, where teachers choose the students they believe will gain most from it. That looks different in every school. It might be a student whose confidence has dipped, or one who has never once put their hand up in class. What we give them is the same: someone whose whole job is to believe in them, and the tools to start believing in themselves.
The programme combines one-to-one coaching with experiential learning days: from pitching product ideas inside a real company on a World of Work day to raft building and rock climbing on an Into the Wild day; experiences many of our students would never otherwise get.

Introduction to the role
This is not term-time only. It runs across the full contract, not just school terms.
Role purpose
The Programme Delivery Coordinator will be the person on the ground making Rising Futures actuallyhappen: in the room with young people, out on the experiential days that take the programme beyond the classroom, alongside our coaches, and in the relationships with schools that keep everything running. You'll combine direct delivery with the coordination and follow-through that turns a good session into a programme that holds together over months.
There will also be ad hoc demands beyond the core programme- this is a role for someone comfortable with a bit of unpredictability, not a fixed routine.
Key Responsibilities- What you’ll be doing
Delivery
Deliver Rising Futures sessions and workshops directly in schools, working closely with students, educators and coaches
Act as the main point of contact for your assigned school cohorts, keeping communication sharp and things running smoothly
Plan and deliver our experiential learning days: World of Work days inside real employers, and Into the Wild days of outdoor challenge at activity centres
Support monitoring and evaluation of impact: collecting data and feedback that actually gets used, not filed away
Capture photos and videos of delivery in action for our reporting and communications
Coaches and relationships
Support recruitment, selection and onboarding of coaches and volunteers
Keep coaches equipped and confident to deliver high-quality sessions
Build and maintain strong relationships with partner schools- the kind that make a partner school want to work with us again next year

Who we're looking for
Forget the standard checklist for a moment. What we actually need is someone who can walk into a room of thirty teenagers who don't know you and don't owe you their attention, and have most of them leaning in within five minutes.

Job Purpose
We are seeking an experienced mental health manager to join our exciting new project, working with those engaging in gambling harms behaviours and affected others. The role will include overseeing various workstreams to the service, including: crisis de-escalation, casework, psychoeducation workshops and facilitating a space for peer-led activities. You will have a small team of support workers and volunteers to manage.
Your role as a team manager will be to directly support a team of support workers and volunteers in all areas of the service. You will aid in de-escalating those in a state of crisis which is exacerbated or influenced by gambling related behaviours. You will be expected to manage crises and your team, within a drop-in model. You will be expected to hold your own caseload of clients, providing 1:1 bespoke advice surrounding gambling and mental health support. In addition, you will aid in overseeing peer-led psychoeducation groups addressing root causes of gambling and a safe environment for loved ones to build meaningful peer connections. We are seeking autonomous, creative individuals with experiences of working with behaviours around addiction and direct management responsibilities.

About the Role

About You

You are comfortable working in a small and creative team and are confident speaking to the wider organisation. You can juggle numerous projects and deadlines at one time.

We are looking to recruit a Substance Use Practitioner - Maternity cover in Hampshire, who will work with children and young people to make a positive difference to their lives.
You'll deliver specialist, targeted support to children and young people up to the age of 25, offering confidential and non-judgemental advice and guidance, regarding the use of drugs and alcohol, using a variety of therapeutic interventions.
The work can be challenging, but it is hugely rewarding. The services delivered by our Practitioners has proven to make a real change in the lives of our service users. Last year, 100% were satisfied with our service, 98% felt more able to make positive choices in life, 86% felt that their mental health had improved, and 91% of service users under the age of 18 left the service with a positive outcome (e.g. a reduction in risk, or an improvement in their circumstances).
In addition to the comprehensive training package offered by Catch22, you will also have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise through a range of additional training, offered by Hampshire County Council. The RISE Team Leader will be a skilled independent domestic and sexual violence advocate who will oversee a small team of case and group workers as well as managing Helpline volunteers. She will be a qualified IDVA and ISVA or be willing to complete the accreditations in the first six months in post.
She will hold a caseload of her own and coordinate a team providing support and guidance through a range of interventions and support offers working closely with an experienced Manager and other Team Leaders. Together with their team they will build, maintain and create links to deliver survivor-focused, trauma aware/ responsive support to help survivors and their family to cope and recover.
They will be the lead on developing, implementing and coordinating the Helpline, Casework and Projects with day-to-day practice oversight of staff and volunteers. The Team Leader will work co-operatively and flexibly alongside RISE colleagues providing expert input and contributing to the effective running of the organisation as a whole.
