Trinity College Bristol is a vibrant community of around 60 undergraduate and taught postgraduate students, many training for ordination in the Church of England. The College is made up of both residential and context-based learners, both full- and part-time, as well as a lively cohort of a further 60 postgraduate research students.
In this part-time role you would be responsible for organising and maintaining the library at Trinity College and for ensuring it is suitably equipped and resourced to support the academic work of the college. The role involves assisting library users in induction and access to the library collection. The library consists of about 55,000 volumes, plus an extensive digital collection.

Role Purpose

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key donors, including major benefactors, grant funders, and parish-level supporters.

5. Compliance, Policy Development, and Governance

The Role
The key purpose of this role is to work as a “right hand” to the Associate Vicar, as an Executive Assistant and lead of key projects. Listed below are the key elements that the role holder will be doing:

The successful candidate will:
· Provide excellent front office service for all calls coming into Scripture Union, dealing with queries, sales and gifts, and passing on where appropriate to other departments.
· Manage all processing of sales and subscription orders and their associated payments or refunds, top up donations, Direct Debit processing and subscription renewals for the Supporter Care function.
· Proactively support the work of the Mobilisation Team in liaison with the Supporter Care Lead.
· Support the fundraising team with the administration of appeals, campaigns and other related activities.
· Support the Fundraising Team in legacy administration tasks, including corresponding with executors and solicitors.

The Diocese of Lichfield is seeking to appoint a part-time List B Casework Officer, to assist in the work of the Lichfield Diocesan Advisory Committee (DAC). This is an established post (previously called Assistant DAC Secretary), which will complement our existing provision and outcomes in relation to church buildings.
The role includes responsibility for all List B casework ('minor' statutory applications for making changes to churches), and assisting with responding to general and pre-application enquiries. You may have previous experience of working in a DAC Office, or be seeking an opportunity to enter this field.
With proven organisational and administrative experience, and excellent written and verbal communication skills, you will be competent in using IT, computerised administrative systems, databases and websites.

Key Responsibilities:
