• To assist in the delivery of practical dance and performance skills classes as and when required.

We are seeking a Dementia Carers Support Officer who can make a positive difference to the lives of unpaid carers in the diverse communities of Redbridge. We are a Queen's Award winning charity with over 30 years experience of supporting unpaid carers in Redbridge. The post holder will focus on supporting carers of someone with dementia, by providing them with advice, information, referrals and access to peer social and learning activities.  The role requires an understanding of health and social care services, particularly in relation to support for unpaid carers and someone who can show compassion and understanding to carers in crises or facing complex challenges.  A key outcome is ensuring carers can live a healthy and fulfilling life alongside caring and not be at risk of acute isolation.

MiD Mediation and Counselling is looking for an experienced and dynamic Executive Director to be responsible for leadership and management of this busy charity that runs mediation and counselling for families that have separated or divorced. 

Relationship breakdown or separation can be painful and distressing for all concerned.  The charity plays a vital role in supporting families when they are going through some of the most challenging and stressful times in their life and we can help make a difference and find a positive way forward for these families. Chief Executive Officer
Location: London/Hybrid working that ensures the best leadership of the charity. Likely to be at least one day a week in the London office plus key stakeholder meetings.
Salary: £90,000 to £95,000

South East London Mind’s Individual Placement and Support (IPS) Employment Service helps people with mental health needs back into work. We aim to increase the number of people moving into paid employment from Community Mental Health Teams.

We are currently seeking an IPS Employment Specialist to join our team in Bromley as maternity cover on a fixed-term basis. You will deliver the IPS approach (for which training will be given).

We welcome applications from all experience levels and backgrounds. What you will need is the ability to motivate and build relationships with participants, strong organisational skills, the confidence to communicate and engage with a range of employers, and a fundamental belief that anyone with a health condition can work.

What we’re looking for:

Relationship building with employers: Ability to initiate and develop relationships with a variety of individuals and be able to engage employers using a variety of methods such as via telephone, online platforms or face-to-face in the community.

Record keeping: Strong attention to detail, ensuring accurate and timely recording of case notes and data, essential for monitoring progress and achieving targets.

Collaboration: The ability to work seamlessly within a multidisciplinary team, forging connections and enhancing the overall care experience for participants.

Perseverance: The determination to overcome setbacks, find solutions, and continue advocating for participants’, even in the face of challenges.

Innovation: Bringing fresh ideas to the table, exploring creative ways to break down employment barriers, and promoting inclusive practices within the workplace.

Are you an IT professional who is immediately available and experienced in Azure, SharePoint and Intune?
 
We are currently recruiting an IT Support Officer to support our client with they project. In this role, you will provide comprehensive IT services to staff and volunteers, including the setup and maintenance of hardware, software, networks, and telephone systems, as well as ensuring their security and efficiency. You will also support with the development of an IT manual for the organisation.
 
Your day-to-day duties will include:

• Implementing change requests.
• IT Documentation: Creation and maintenance of IT department processes, procedures, site documentation, and user guides.
• Technical Skills: Experience with Intune, SharePoint, and Windows 11. (ITIL and project management experience are desirable.)
• Device Setup: Configuration of laptops and mobile phones (with provided instructions).
• Physical Tasks: Occasional light manual handling (primarily laptops and network equipment).
• Travel: travel to various UK office locations.

 
Essential Skills: 

• Technologies: Proficiency in Azure, Intune and SharePoint.
• Documentation Skills: Experience creating and maintaining IT documentation (processes, procedures, user guides).
• Communication & Customer Service: Effective communication skills with demonstrable customer service experience.
• Technical & Administrative Proficiency: Demonstrable IT and administrative skills, including MS Office 365 and understanding of IT networks/infrastructure.
• Organisational & Time Management Skills: Excellent organization, planning, and time management skills.
