THE ROLE

Interview process
● Stage 1: Shortlisted candidates will be invited for a 20 minute interview with the Executive Director online
● Stage 2: if successful after Stage 1, shortlisted candidates will be invited for a 75
minute interview in-person. This will include a practical exercise and questions about your experience. You will have an opportunity to ask us questions as well.

You'll create and deliver a steady stream of compelling content, work directly with project teams, partners and commissioners, and help build the political and public support we need to put people at the heart of decision-making.
Key responsibilities include:
Creating and delivering engaging digital content across our social, web and email channels
Supporting our major programmes of work and wider project teams with digital communications
Helping us to grow and diversify our audiences to build political and public support for participatory democracy
Bringing creative, platform-savvy thinking to how we tell Involve's story
