This is a new role, giving you the opportunity to shape the philanthropy programme and develop donor-centric experiences, proposals and feedback.

This is a unique opportunity to lead Muscular Dystrophy UK’s policy work to improve access to treatment and shape life science policy for people living with muscle wasting conditions.

Utilising local networks and a philanthropic platform to guide investment, the CSJ Foundation will ensure that charities who are fighting the root causes of poverty receive the right support – both in policymaking and funding. The CSJ Foundation was established to magnify and amplify the crucial role played by grassroots charities and social enterprises around the country. These organisations are on the frontline in the fight against poverty and do incredible work, day-in-day-out. Despite this fantastic work, these organisations remain largely unseen and underfunded. The CSJ Foundation seeks to change that.

The Role 

The CSJ Foundation is looking for a Regional Portfolio Manager (North) to join its Portfolio team to help grow and professionalise it’s offering to charities and donors alike. The CSJF has big ambitions for its work with small charities over the next 3 years, central to this work is our Portfolio team. Based in the north of England (ideally north of Sheffield), the post-holder will be responsible for delivering first-rate charity due diligence on some of the best small charities in the UK. In this role you will use tech solutions to drive insights and understanding about CSJF’s work with charities, in addition, the post-holder will gather intel from frontline charities to create insights to inform the CSJ’s policy work. The post-holder will also seek to generate interesting media stories. The post holder will help to generate new income for the CSJF through multiple streams. The post-holder will work towards pre-agreed targets to grow the CSJF’s work, fully supported by the Managing Director and other colleagues. The Regional Portfolio Manager will hold responsibility for building and maintaining relationships with multiple charities based in the North of England, engaging in conversations with local organisations and individuals, to ensure that the CSJF’s work is driven forward effectively. 

The Person 

• Possessing the skills and aptitude to develop new policies and practices for delivering charity/portfolio services
• Interest in developing relationships with charity leaders, understanding their work and impact
• Proficiency for using and interpreting data, creating meaningful insights from gathered data about charities, philanthropy and the voluntary sector

Main Responsibilities 

Responsibilities for this post include:

• Be a leading member of the CSJF’s portfolio team helping to professionalise and enhance our charity due diligence work
• Helping generate insights from charities to contribute to recommendations in CSJ policy reports
• Work with colleagues to develop a first-class data-input and reporting platform (or database) of charities to monitor their impact and activities
• Use this data to generate insights and presentations to showcase our work

About the job role

We have an exciting opportunity for an Estates Manager in our Estates team, working with a range of stakeholders and people who use our services. About Unfold

Unfold is an established local charity supporting young people and families to reach their potential by identifying and achieving their goals through mentoring. We support families and young people in Westminster and its neighbouring boroughs through mentoring programmes and peer support groups for women with children.

For over 35 years, we have provided support to families and young people at risk of social exclusion. Working with trained and DBS-checked volunteers, we offer mentoring to women and children, building independence and helping people get where they want to be. About the Role

The Programme Manager is responsible for the development, management and delivery of Unfold’s Broadening Horizons mentoring programme and peer support groups for children and young people aged 10–25.

The role includes managing a team of four (Senior Programme Officers and Programme Officers), ensuring effective planning and delivery of mentoring programmes in line with agreed strategies and workplans. You will oversee the development of specialised programmes, including mentoring for refugees, young people seeking asylum, those excluded from mainstream education, and those with care experience.

The Programme Manager will monitor performance, manage resources, ensure compliance with Unfold’s policies and procedures, and report regularly to the Deputy CEO and Board of Trustees. You will prepare reports and case studies, analyse monitoring data, revise training materials, and use findings to inform programme improvement.

Partnership management is a key element of the role, including maintaining and developing relationships with local authorities, schools, funders, and community organisations to enhance programme delivery. The postholder will also lead the Youth Advisory Council, supporting members to contribute to Unfold’s strategy and direction.

As part of the Senior Management Team, the Programme Manager will contribute to wider organisational planning and development. The role may include occasional evening and weekend work, for which time off in lieu will be given.

About this job

This year, we’ve embarked on a bold, strategic initiative to enhance our data capabilities.

We’re aiming to improve our data use, integration and analytics to increase engagement, maximise impact and drive forward our strategic goals. With a key focus on: effective and efficient operations; collaboration; and continuous improvement in our Technology, Strategy and Business Intelligence teams.

To achieve this ambition, we’ve developed a new technology infrastructure which we are calling “Sage”. We’re implementing new technology infrastructure this year (such as our new CRM system and suite of data tools – Microsoft Dynamics).

We will be taking a structured and phased approach to transitioning and embedding our new team structures, infrastructure and ways of working as part of Phase 2 of this Project.

Our IT Infrastructure team covers the following areas:

• Fully responsible for managing the technology stacks
• Ensuring the underlying systems and data are secure and highly protected from malicious actors
• Ensuring the systems are available
• Managing 3rd party suppliers who assist us in supporting, developing and securing the systems
• Manage the technical and security risk registers and, with a risk based approach, mitigate risks to the best of our ability
• Embed principles of best value and money saving into all technology decisions

We’ve made a significant investment in our Microsoft suite and have transitioned services to Azure. We’re also building a cloud infrastructure to support the Organisation’s mission critical data use improvement project.

Our Infrastructure Systems Manager plays a crucial role in the development, support and maintenance of these systems, implementing the tools and technology we need as well as driving the reduction of IT costs where possible.

This role is responsible for:

• Maintenance of technical infrastructure based on Microsoft technologies
• Automated process creation to ensure systems are monitored and managed
• Migration of remaining on premise systems to Microsoft cloud based solutions
• Maintenance of legacy systems and processes where necessary
• Ensuring systems are highly accessible and available

The Opportunity

Good Faith is seeking our first People & Culture Manager – a hands-on, strategic HR generalist who is excited to shape and scale a people-first culture in a growing, purpose-driven organisation.

You’ll play a pivotal role in building and embedding people practices that reflect our mission and values, ensuring Good Faith remains an exceptional place to work. As an advisor to the senior leadership team (SLT) and a key support to colleagues across the organisation, you'll be responsible for day-to-day HR operations as well as helping to shape longer-term people strategy.

Key Responsibilities

HR Operations & Compliance

• Act as first point of contact for HR matters, ensuring compliance with UK employment law and best practice.

• Maintain and embed up-to-date HR policies and processes, delivering staff training where needed.

• Manage sensitive employee relations issues (e.g. grievances, disciplinary, absence management) with fairness and integrity.

• Serve as designated Safeguarding Lead

Recruitment & Onboarding 

• Lead inclusive and transparent recruitment processes, ensuring a great candidate experience

• Oversee onboarding to ensure new team members feel welcomed, equipped and engaged from day one.

Person Specification

HR Operations & Compliance

• 3–5 years of relevant HR experience, ideally within a small or purpose-led organisation.

• Demonstrated experience managing sensitive employee relations issues.

• Strong working knowledge of UK employment law, HR policy development, and HR best practice.

• Demonstrable awareness of emerging trends in People and HR, including the opportunities and ethical considerations presented by AI and automation

• CIPD qualification (Level 5 or above), or equivalent experience.

• Experience acting as a Safeguarding Lead, or working closely with a Designated Safeguarding Lead.

• Proven ability to design and deliver HR policy and compliance training.
   

Recruitment & Onboarding

• Experience leading recruitment, including drafting role descriptions, selection criteria, managing shortlisting and interviews

Working Arrangements

We’re looking for a dynamic, creative and highly organised individual to join The Hepatitis C Trust as our new Innovation and Implementation Manager. This exciting new role will drive forward our Inclusion Health agenda, helping us design, deliver and scale peer-led services that put lived experience at the heart of change. 

About the role 

The Innovation and Implementation Manager will lead on embedding new models of care within health systems — ensuring our peer-led projects are effectively planned, delivered and sustained. You’ll work closely with NHS and community partners, line manage Peer Leads and Coordinators, and oversee key projects including: 

• Liver Health Peer Support, improving early detection and surveillance for hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). 

• Peer-led Needle and Syringe Provision (NSP) and wider harm reduction initiatives. 

You’ll manage project delivery, build strong partnerships, monitor outcomes, and share learning nationally to shape future approaches.

The College of Sexual and Reproductive Healthcare (CoSRH) is the leader in the field of sexual and reproductive healthcare, and we are the voice for professionals working in this area. As a multi-disciplinary professional membership organisation, we set clinical guidance and standards, provide training and lifelong education, and champion safe and effective sexual and reproductive healthcare across the life course for all.

We are looking for a motivated and proactive individual who is passionate about sexual and reproductive healthcare and women’s health to join our External Affairs team. This is a great opportunity to gain first-hand experience working within a national professional body and support CoSRH’s external influencing, policy, and communications work at a critical time for the organisation.

The role:

Working closely with colleagues across the team, the postholder will provide essential support to the All-Party Parliamentary Group on Sexual and Reproductive Health (APPG on SRH), contribute to the delivery of the ambitions of the CoSRH Hatfield Vision, and assist with a range of media, communications, and policy activities.

The External Affairs Assistant will be an integral part of a small but high-performing team that leads CoSRH’s advocacy and public profile — influencing national policy, supporting stakeholder engagement, and amplifying the voice of sexual and reproductive healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

Parliamentary and Policy Support

· Support the work of the All-Party Parliamentary Group on Sexual and Reproductive Health (APPG on SRH), including preparing briefings, arranging meetings, drafting minutes and supporting stakeholder engagement.

· Assist in drafting policy briefings, consultation responses, and submissions to Government and other stakeholders.

· Conduct research to inform CoSRH’s external engagement, campaigns and influencing priorities.

· Develop a knowledge of key policy developments within the fields of Sexual and Reproductive Health, including across all four UK nations.

· Maintain and update contact databases and stakeholder lists.

Media and Communications Support

· Draft CoSRH member and Hatfield Vision Endorser newsletter content in line with CoSRH’s communications strategy.

· Support the Media and Communications Manager in preparing and disseminating press releases, statements, and campaign materials.

· Help monitor media coverage and track engagement across CoSRH’s channels.

· Track and analyse media coverage of women’s health and SRH to identify emerging stories, trends, and opportunities for engagement.

· Take responsibility for growing the College’s Bluesky account with the support of the Membership Engagement Team.

Programme and Project Support

· Contribute to the work of the Hatfield Vision Taskforce, including supporting meetings, and helping to communicate outputs.

· Provide logistical and administrative support for external meetings, events, and stakeholder activities.

· Assist in maintaining the team’s planning tools, trackers, and shared systems to ensure smooth coordination.

General Administrative Support

· Provide administrative support to the External Affairs team, including diary coordination, minute-taking and meeting preparation as required.

· (Desirable) Liaising with external stakeholders or supporting meetings and events.
