About the role
The Project Manager coordinates and delivers Act Build Change's programmes and initiatives, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to agreed standards. This hands-on role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects across membership programmes, partnership activities, and internal operations.
Working closely with programme leads and stakeholders, you'll provide essential coordination support to keep projects on track whilst maintaining clear documentation and communication throughout project lifecycles. Project planning and coordination
- Manage project lifecycles from initiation through to completion:

- Produce regular project reports highlighting progress, outcomes, and lessons learned.
- Support evaluation processes for workshops and programmes, identifying areas for improvement.
- Maintain project archives and documentation for future reference and organisational learning.
Process and team support
- Contribute to effective project management practices across the organisation:
- Support implementation of project management frameworks and processes.

What we offer
Salary and benefits
- £30,900-£39,140 salary, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities
As Fundraising Manager, you will:

Develop and implement a 3–5 year fundraising strategy aligned with ISH's strategic objectives.

Trusts and Foundations Manager
We are seeking a dynamic, strategic and relationship-driven Trusts and Foundations Manager to lead on growing and stewarding First Give’s portfolio of high-value funders. This role will focus on securing income from Trusts and Foundations from first engagement to account management, delivery and reporting.
First Give is a small charity, with a growing fundraising team and big ambitions. You will therefore be someone who thrives in a start-up environment, willing to try new things. We are looking for an exceptional writer, someone who can translate the impact of our work into proposals that inspire and motivate the reader to give.
You will play a pivotal role in shaping First Give’s income growth, working closely with our Head of Philanthropy and Partnerships and the Director to manage relationships with existing donors, and leading on the development of high value bids to expand our work. This role will also support key engagement activities, including hosting donors at student-led Final events and facilitating employee volunteering at schools.
This is an exciting opportunity for a confident communicator and grant fundraiser with experience managing and deepening relationships with high value trusts and foundations gifts – someone who thrives on storytelling and social impact. We currently have a strong pipeline of trusts and foundations and are looking for someone eager to write applications and secure funding.
Contract: Full-time, 35 hours per week; core hours - 10am till 4pm

The role
This role is within the Programmes and Partnerships team, which secures and manages funding from institutional funders. As a Programme Manager, you will lead day-to-day delivery and management of FIGO projects across the full project cycle. This will include the Advocating for Safe Abortion (ASA) programme, a multi-country initiative now in its seventh year, working with national professional societies of obstetricians and gynecologists across Francophone West Africa to drive change in policy, clinical practice and societal attitudes on abortion care. This is complex, multi-partner work in a politically sensitive area. It requires judgement, strong relationships, and the ability to hold both the detail and the bigger picture. We’re looking for someone with:
- Proven experience of managing institutionally funded projects in global health or international development, across the full project lifecycle.
- Experience managing advocacy-focused projects and working with a diverse range of partners across multiple countries.
- Strong skills in financial management, donor reporting and partner coordination.
- Experience developing and implementing monitoring, evaluation and learning frameworks on projects.
- Fluency in both English and French (written and spoken) — essential for this role.
- Familiarity with sexual and reproductive health and rights, or experience working in West Africa, is a strong advantage.
This is a part-time role at 3 days per week, initially contracted until January 2029. FIGO's Programmes and Partnerships portfolio is growing, and we anticipate opportunities to extend or expand the role beyond that.

Responsibilities
- Proactively develop a pipeline of funding opportunities, establishing relationships that will lead to new partnerships or donations
- Manage a portfolio of existing partners, developing and implementing engagement strategies to strengthen these relationships
- Match funders’ objectives with the Foundation's programmes and goals
- Prepare funding applications, proposals, presentations, and pitches, working collaboratively across the Foundation to support the development of these documents
- Evaluate and report on partner activities to ensure goals are achieved and the impact of their support is shared
- Develop and implement engaging and bespoke stewardship plans
- Accurately capture information using our CRM (Salesforce) pipeline process
- Support colleagues as they develop new donor relationships to secure grants and donations
- Develop and maintain updated knowledge of the Foundation’s programmes and associated funding opportunities

The Opportunity

The National Sheep Association (NSA) is a membership charity supporting and promoting sheep farming throughout the UK. NSA delivers national and regional projects, events and partnerships to support sheep farmers, influence best practice and strengthen the sector.
Purpose of the Role
To lead and deliver NSA's communications, marketing and content activities, ensuring effective engagement with members, stakeholders, sponsors and the wider sheep sector. The role will oversee the production of NSA publications, including Sheep Farmer magazine, whilst developing and delivering marketing campaigns that support membership growth, event attendance, commercial income and organisational objectives. This is a 12-month fixed-term position intended to provide continuity during a period of organisational review and strategic development.
Key relationships with: All NSA staff, NSA regional officeholders, regional managers, event organisers and ram sale officers, plus the agricultural and wider press.
Management responsibilities:
- The NSA Communications Manager is part of the NSA Management Team, which meets regularly to ensure effective internal communication and decision-making.
- The NSA Communications Manager is the line manager for the Digital Communications Officer, Scottish Region Activities Officer, and Technical Communications Officer.
Job role
Communications
- Lead NSA's communications activity across print, digital and social media channels.
- Develop and deliver communication plans supporting NSA projects, events and campaigns.
- Ensure consistent messaging and brand standards across all communications.
- Produce content for member communications, website updates, newsletters and media releases.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with industry media and external stakeholders.
Marketing
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote NSA membership, events, projects and commercial activity.
- Identify opportunities to improve audience engagement, conversion and retention.
- Work closely with regional teams to support local marketing activity.
- Monitor marketing performance and provide recommendations for improvement.

Sheep Farmer Magazine
- Act as Editor of Sheep Farmer magazine.
- Plan and manage editorial content, production schedules and publication deadlines.
- Liaise with contributors, advertisers, designers and printers.
- Ensure content aligns with NSA priorities and member interests.
- Support development and future evolution of NSA's publications.
Digital Communications
- Oversee management and development of NSA's digital channels.
- Work with the Digital Communications Officer to maximise engagement and reach.
- Support website content planning and digital campaigns.
- Utilise analytics and reporting to drive improvements.
Membership & Events
- Support promotion of NSA membership recruitment and retention initiatives.
- Support marketing and communications activity for NSA events.

Contract: Permanent role working five days per week
Salary: £32,280 per annum
Location: Hybrid role between home and the London office, with two days per week in the office in Westminster predominantly

You'll be a core member of a small, proactive and talented team and will have primarily responsibility for overseeing all social media output for the organisation, as well as for website content creation and management. You'll work to increase Allkind's reach, impact, followers and visibility through the creation of influential marketing and communications that support the work of this amazing organisation.
Core responsibilities within the role will include:
- Create and publish regular, engaging social media content relating to all elements of Allkind's work, including across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube
- Plan and maintain a social media content calendar to ensure timely promotion of services, campaigns, events and fundraising activity, while identifying relevant awareness days and key moments
- Identify and engage with local groups, organisations and partners online
- Monitor Allkind's social media channels and ensure that queries and comments are responded to in a friendly and timely manner
- Lead on video content creation and support the development of Allkind's TikTok presence to expand engagement with younger audiences
- Be proactive in engaging with followers, other charities and key campaigns to drive engagement and brand awareness
- Manage and optimise Meta advertising campaigns and support the use of Google Ads and Google Analytics in line with the promotional needs of services and projects
- Maintain and update Allkind's website using WordPress, ensuring that all information is accurate and engaging
- Create and publish website content, including news stories, service pages and campaign pages, ensuring content is accessible, engaging and aligned with the organisation's tone of voice
- Work closely with the website developer to troubleshoot issues, implement improvements and support the ongoing development of the website
- Monitor and analyse website and social media performance using tools such as Google Analytics and platform insights, identifying trends and engagement patterns
- Build strong relationships with staff and volunteers to identify stories, updates and achievements that can be developed into engaging website content
- Support the promotion of fundraising campaigns, challenge events and new organisational initiatives. This will include occasional weekend work to capture content at events such as marathons.
- Capture images and video during events and activities for promotional purposes and maintain an organised and accessible organisational photo library
We would love to see applications from candidates with the following skills and experience:
- Experience of managing social media output across all platforms for an organisation and using a scheduling tool such as Hootsuite, Social Pilot, or equivalent platform
- Experience of using a Content Management System (preferably WordPress) to manage and maintain a website
- An ability to write impactful and engaging posts which reach a variety of different audiences
- Understanding of, and commitment to, equity, diversity and inclusion in the context of communications
- Proven ability to effectively manage a workload with competing priorities
- Knowledge of how effective communications is linked to an organisation's overall success
- An understanding of how to use digital platforms to generate fundraising activity
