Contract Type: Fixed Term - 12 Months

Hours: Full Time, 35 hours per week

Salary: £26,800.00 to £33,800.00 - Depending on Experience and location

Location: London, Blackfriars (During the pandemic - the majority of our employees are working from home)

As a Corporate Partnerships Manager in our Financial Services Team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of partnerships who donate circa £200k-400k annually to the Prince’s Trust. The main purpose of the role is to account manage and grow income for The Prince’s Trust from Financial Services companies, their employees and their customers.

It’s an exciting time to be joining an ambitious and friendly team with potential for growth from both our long-standing existing partnerships plus new business opportunities. The team manages a wide range of financial services partnerships with organisations including HSBC, NatWest and Barclays to name a few.

To be successful in the role, you will have a proven track record in relationship building and demonstrable partnership management skills. You will be able to communicate effectively with a wide range of partnership stakeholders across various departments, and across a range of levels from graduate interns to executive level. As you will be managing a portfolio with a broad range of partnerships we are looking for you to have a breadth of experience delivering partnerships including employee engagement, core funding delivery and bespoke events & initiatives. 

The world has changed in 2020, so we’re looking for someone who can develop innovative ways of working with partners to create new opportunities for young people, as well as, funding for the Trust.
