As Clinical Research Administrator, you will be integral in helping to support and deliver the activity in the research team. Penrose Drive is a community setting, rather than custodial where residents can go out in the community if they do not have restrictions on their license. Trauma Treatment International (TTI) is a registered charity in the UK. Our focus and expertise is in providing evidence-based psychological treatment and support to victims of collective violence around the world. As well as providing treatment for victims directly, we work with organisations and communities to manage, mitigate and prevent trauma.

This is a remote working role, with attendance at events or locations as required throughout the year. We offer a permanent employment contract and are looking for a minimum time commitment of 3 days per week – we are open to consider other flexible arrangements or up to 80% hours (within budget); Salary is based on full-time equivalent of £75,000pa. Philanthropy and Partnerships Manager

We are seeking a dynamic, strategic and relationship-driven Philanthropy and Partnerships Manager to lead on growing and stewarding First Give’s portfolio of high-value funders. This role will focus on securing income from High Net Worth Individuals and developing corporate partnerships – from first engagement to account management and delivery.

You will play a pivotal role in shaping First Give’s income growth, working closely with our Deputy Director. This role will also support key engagement activities, including hosting donors at student-led Final events and facilitating employee volunteering at schools.

This is an exciting opportunity for a confident fundraiser and communicator with experience managing and deepening relationships with both individuals and corporates – someone who thrives on strategy, storytelling, and social impact.

• Work with the Deputy Director and members of the Campaign Board to develop a proactive pipeline of corporate partners, focusing on strategic alignment, mutual benefit and long-term value

Donor Engagement and Stewardship

• Work with the Deputy Director and Campaign Board to identify and cultivate new HNWI prospects

• Develop and implement a HNWI outreach strategy, including managing a cultivation pipeline and tracking engagement milestones

The service aims to identify and address the needs of stroke survivors and carers across the stroke pathway, by providing a range of innovative support solutions, supporting them to meet their desired outcomes.

The Stroke Support Coordinator will:

• Support new stroke survivors and their carers from hospital discharge into the community.
• Work alongside people affected by stroke with communication difficulties to plan and work towards recovery outcomes that are important to them, including secondary prevention needs.
• Enable stroke survivors and where appropriate family members/carers to develop independence and confidence in the use of tools and strategies to support communication.
• Provide personalised information, advice and support.
• Support stroke survivors to make informed lifestyle changes which will help them to prevent further strokes.
• Work collaboratively with Warrington NHS colleagues and other areas of the community to make a difference to the lives of people affected by stroke.

About You

You will:

• Have a background in a caring and/or charity profession supporting people with disabilities.
