We are looking for an experienced professional to join us whilst a team member is on maternity leave. Linked Minds is a successful project providing support for people with diagnosed mental health problems who have become isolated. It has been operational since Oct 2018 and works exclusively to support people with a diagnosis of mental health problems through volunteer befriending.
You will have experience in supporting people with mental health problems and be committed to the Recovery Approach. You will:
- Manage a caseload of clients with diagnosed mental health problems and ensure they establish and maintain a supportive and safe befriending relationship with their volunteers
- Manage a team of volunteers to ensure they maintain a supportive and safe befriending relationship with their clients
- To ensure that Equal Opportunities, Safeguarding and other organisational policies and procedures are actively developed and implemented throughout the work
- Liaise with external organisations to establish good professional working relationships in order to access appropriate referrals and risk assessments for the project.

We are looking for a self-motivated and results driven Head of Finance and Administration to join World Horse Welfare in a newly created role reporting to the Director of Finance, IT & Administration, line managing three members of the Finance and Administration team.
In this vital role, you will ensure strong financial controls across all areas of the charity, manage income and expenditure, and lead on statutory accounts preparation, payroll, VAT, pensions, and tax compliance. As a key business partner, you will work closely with budget holders of all levels, providing data and analysis on the performance of charity operations, including the four Visitor Centres, to ensure excellent financial foresight and planning, as well as enabling the senior leadership team to make timely strategic decisions. You’ll also oversee governance responsibilities such as annual statutory filings, insurance, fleet management and reporting on the annual carbon footprint.
We are looking for a qualified accountant who has experience of charity finance at a similar level, an in depth understanding of charity VAT and experience running in-house payroll processes. You will have the ability to explain financial information and produce financial reports for a wide variety of audiences. High level of IT skills particularly around data manipulation and Microsoft Excel is essential. As a line manager to three members of staff, you’ll have previous experience in managing a team in a supportive and effective manner. Experience of a retail environment, familiarity with fundraising methods and regulations, and experience of finance system implementation is highly desirable.
The role is based in Norfolk and is currently a hybrid split of 2 days in our head office in Snetterton and 3 days at home. You may be required to attend events around the UK so the ability to travel occasionally is necessary.

Support Line Officer

The Support Line Officer will support the delivery of the organisation’s Support Line service, responding to enquiries from service users, organisations and health care professionals across a range of topics related to spinal cord injury, and contributing to the provision of written information, including factsheets and articles for SIA’s bi-monthly magazine and website. They will signpost to, and work closely with, other relevant services within the organisation and external partners.
Some key duties will include:
- Responding to all enquiries to the Support Line service in a prompt and efficient manner, and within the remit of its policies, procedures and practices.
- Providing information, support and advice to all service users using a range of recourses to find, interpret and communication the relevant information, liaising with appropriate outside agencies as and when necessary, in order to further research enquiries.
- Researching and exploring options and implications so that service users can make informed decisions.
- Supporting the Frank Williams Academy with the updating and development of new factsheets.
- Supporting the work of the Advocacy service, providing first line support for NHS CHC cases and referring to the service for more in-depth support.
- Supporting the work of the Support Network team, arranging appointments and referring callers when appropriate.

Community Organising
Through our theory of social change, called community organising, we train thousands of everyday people to lead change in their communities, equipping them with the skills to hold politicians and other powerholders to account. We are made up of 500+ member organisations in powerful alliances throughout the UK. Our members include schools, universities, faith groups, parents’ groups, health practices, charities, trade unions and other civil society organisations.
Purpose
The principal responsibility of an Associate Organiser is their own development: learning the craft of Community Organising under the guidance of an experienced Community Organiser. They work intensively with a small number of member organisations under close supervision, growing their experience, skill and responsibility incrementally. An Associate Organiser is working towards becoming a competent practitioner of the craft of broad-based community organising methodology, and focuses on the building of relational power, the recruitment and retention of dues-paying institutions, the development of leaders, the strengthening of member institutions, leader-led public actions, and the winning of systemic change.
This role is particularly to organise around the issue of low pay and precarious work and participate in Citizens UK’s flagship campaign, the Living Wage Campaign. We need someone who can speak Spanish as well as English, as south London’s Latin American communities are leading the work in South London. There is scope to involve leaders in campaigns around housing, health and migrants' rights, as we recognise that people affected by low pay are very often determined to take action on wider issues beyond work. The purpose of the role is to develop leadership, especially grassroots leadership, workers from London’s lowest paid sectors, that can power the campaign. Crucially the Associate Organiser will work with colleagues in South London Citizens to build and execute a strategy that develops powerful leaders for South London Citizens and wins the Living Wage, Living Hours and other material gains for thousands of workers across the capital.
Main Responsibilities
Working as an Associate Organiser in South London for Citizens UK, reporting to the Lead Organiser, South West, SLC, your main responsibilities will include:
Build relational power to further the goals of CUK

We are currently recruiting a Skin Camouflage Practitioner Co-ordinator (Wales) (0.6 FTE, spread across 3-4 days) to deliver and support our vital Skin Camouflage Service – a unique, life-enhancing service that helps individuals regain confidence and feel more in control of their appearance.
Skin Camouflage Practitioner Co-ordinator (Wales)
Hours: Part-time 22.2 hours / week (preference for 15.7 hours spread across 2-3 days per week, plus one 6.5 hour clinic day required (on either Tuesday or Friday).
Location: Hybrid: Mainly home based; one clinic day a week in Bridgend (Tuesday or Friday).
Travel required: Occasional – in Wales/England for meetings, training; quarterly travel to staff away day.
Contract: Fixed term for 22 months (with a view to becoming permanent, dependant on expected ongoing funding arrangement).

Main purpose of the role
Changing Faces are launching a brand-new pilot Skin Camouflage Service in South Wales. We’re looking for a dedicated and organised Skin Camouflage Practitioner Coordinator to help make it happen.
In this role, you will:
- Deliver in-person Skin Camouflage appointments, supporting people with visible differences.
- Promote the service and build connections with local communities and health professionals.
- Support the new service set-up, including clinics, documentation, and Welsh translations.
- Coordinate and administrate appointments remotely and manage client enquiries.
- Signpost clients to other Changing Faces services as needed.
- Contribute to service development alongside the wider team.
This is a unique opportunity to be part of a life-changing service while helping us grow our reach and make a big impact across Wales.
We are seeking a professional, empathetic individual with strong administrative skills and either experience or a talent in cosmetic artistry or colour matching. A background in nursing, therapy, or another healthcare role would be an advantage in the clinic-based environment.
Following training, the role will involve delivering one 6.5-hour weekday clinic per week. In this setting, you will provide Skin Camouflage colour matching, application, tuition, and guidance to individuals affected by a visible difference.
In addition, you will work 15.7 hours remotely across 2–3 weekdays. This part of the role includes:
- Promoting the Skin Camouflage Service across Wales.
- Coordinating service setup, including documentation and translation.
- Building relationships with healthcare professionals and community partners.
- Managing appointments and client enquiries via phone and email.
- Maintaining databases and supporting the smooth, efficient running of clinics.
You will be an integral part of our Skin Camouflage team, helping to administrate and deliver a compassionate, professional service that makes a real difference in people’s lives.
We are looking for
- Fluent in Welsh and English, both spoken and written, with excellent communication skills to engage clearly, logically, and appropriately with a wide range of audiences.
- Proven administrative ability, including the efficient use of administration systems, and confident use of the Microsoft Office suite, video conferencing tools, and CRM platforms (Salesforce experience is an advantage but not essential).
- Experience or natural talent in cosmetic artistry or colour matching, with an excellent eye for colour and visual detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen empathetically and support vulnerable clients, while maintaining professional boundaries and emotional resilience.
- Good understanding of policies and procedures, particularly in relation to safeguarding, and a strong commitment to the safety and wellbeing of clients, staff, and volunteers.
- Excellent organisational skills and a systematic approach to work, with the ability to prioritise effectively between competing demands.
- Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring a high level of accuracy even when working under pressure.

At the Guide Dogs our Access Assistants help our employees to live the life they choose by working as a driver and support worker to enable the person supported to carry out their duties efficiently and effectively. An Access Assistant does not fulfil the role for the individual but enables the person supported to carry out their role by supporting tasks to enable them to be successful in their role.
This role will include driving daily, working closely with the Habilitation Specialist. You will ideally be located within a 30-minute commute of NG9, use of vehicles will be discussed in more detail at interview. You’ll be working 22 hours per week and the majority of hours are likely to be spread across 3 days between 9am to 5pm. However, there may be some flexibility around how hours can be split, which we are happy to discuss at interview.
The Access Assistant will be confident when driving to new and unfamiliar locations and will possess strong written skills, including the ability to take accurate notes and keep clear records. They should be comfortable using basic IT tools such as email, word processing, and data entry programs. The role requires someone who can follow verbal instructions and work independently once tasks have been explained. Reliability and good time management are important, as is the physical ability to lift and carry items when needed.
Previous experience working with individuals who have physical or sensory processing access needs would be beneficial, as would familiarity with accessibility software or adapting digital and printed content. Experience supporting professional or training events may also be useful.
The successful candidate will approach their work with a calm, friendly, and respectful manner, maintaining a high level of discretion and confidentiality. They should be adaptable, open to varied tasks, and comfortable working one-to-one or in unfamiliar environments.
