What we want from you
We’re looking for a curious, motivated Data Insight Analyst to join our dynamic Customer Insight Team.
If you’re someone who loves using data to solve real-world problems and help shape organisational strategy, you could be just who we’re looking for. You’ll need to be comfortable working with large datasets, putting your data mining and analytical skills to good use.
Experience-wise, we're looking for someone familiar with analytics tools like Tableau, Faststats, or similar. You should also be comfortable with SQL and skilled at making the most of data from a variety of sources. First-hand experience with CRM systems such as Raiser’s Edge would be advantageous, especially in the charity sector, and if you're curious about data science or even have experience in this area, even better.
As well as excellent analytical skills, you’ll have a naturally inquisitive mind and a passion for problem-solving. We’re looking for a strong communicator, comfortable at delivering your analysis outcomes whether that’s to a room of colleagues or one on one with stakeholders, your ability to convey complex insights in a clear and compelling way will be highly valued.

ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY
We are seeking a highly organised administrator to support our Fundraising team.
In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the Harris Federation’s impactful fundraising efforts through vital administrative assistance. Working closely with the Head of Fundraising and Partnerships and other team members, you will help celebrate and acknowledge our donors by crafting thoughtful reports and heartfelt communications. MAIN AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing administrative support to the Fundraising, Partnerships and Alumni department of the Harris Federation
- Supporting the Head of Fundraising and Partnerships and colleagues with donor reporting, including managing invoices, preparing thank-you communications, providing timely updates and sending reports to funders
- Maintaining an accurate database and systems to manage donation records, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality
- Coordinating and tracking fundraising activities, deadlines and events to support the smooth operation of campaigns
- Assisting with scheduling meetings, managing calendars and organising internal and external communications
- Supporting the preparation of fundraising proposals, presentations and other documentation as required
- Handling incoming enquiries related to fundraising and partnership activity professionally and promptly

Job Summary
Advance delivers nationally accredited, high quality domestic abuse services across London. Advance's domestic abuse services are community based and include local authority commissioned advocacy services, co-located projects in a range of settings such as housing and children’s social care, and specialist projects for victim/survivors with different intersecting needs including children and young people.
As a Peripatetic Independent Domestic Violence Advocate (IDVA), you will provide front line support across Advance’s domestic abuse services, covering vacancies across teams to ensure service delivery remains effective and consistent. You will cover a range of roles all involving advocacy and support of people experiencing domestic abuse; some roles may also involve co-locating with partner agencies, delivering training or undertaking triage and assessment work. Your office location and pattern of work will change depending on your placement however all roles offer the opportunity for some hybrid working.
This role is an excellent opportunity to develop skills, knowledge and experience in a range of settings and would suit someone who is passionate about advocating for victim/survivors of domestic abuse. You will thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy the diversity of working across a range of roles within different teams. To be successful as the Peripatetic IDVA you will need the below experience and skills:
You will have an excellent understanding of domestic violence and its effects on women and children and of best practice within the domestic abuse in various areas of need, with particular knowledge of safeguarding and legislation. As an experienced domestic violence advocate who has worked with complex and multiple needs, the post holder will be skilled in risk management and safety planning, remaining calm in a crisis and in handling sensitive information on a daily basis. We’re recruiting for a Communications Manager, England, to play a vital role in helping us to build community cohesion, strengthen society, and improve lives – as we deliver on our strategy, It Starts With Community.This role is an 18 month fixed term contract or secondment opportunity.
The position is part of an exciting and sophisticated programme aimed at tackling social issues. Through this initiative, we work closely with government to distribute money from long since unused bank and building society accounts (‘dormant assets’) for the benefit of the community.
The job will focus on two multi-million-pound funding schemes that The National Lottery Community Fund will deliver. These are:
