We are seeking a passionate and proactive Impact and Data Coordinator to join our small but dedicated team at Media Trust. In this role, you’ll work closely with and report to our Digital Manager to support the delivery of our digital strategy and improve how we track and measure our impact. You’ll help maintain and enhance our digital tools, particularly Salesforce, and use data insights to improve how we engage with charities, volunteers and under-represented talent. We’re looking for a technically minded problem-solver with strong communication skills and a passion for using digital systems to support monitoring, evaluation and learning.

Key Responsibilities: 

Data collection and analysis:

• Support programme managers to collect, manage and analyse data 

• Create and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards, contributing to a culture of data literacy and data-driven decision-making across Media Trust staff 

• Produce KPI reports and insight briefings for senior leadership 

CRM management (Salesforce):

• Maintain and improve Media Trust’s Salesforce CRM

• Maintain and improve the quality and integrity of Media Trust’s data in accordance with GDPR

• Work with all teams at Media Trust to maximise their engagement with Salesforce and provide relevant training

• Be the day-to-day person handling routine tasks with Media Trust’s web and CRM agencies to progress issues and improvements on the website and our CRM

Monitoring and evaluation: 

• Use Salesforce to track and report on programme KPIs across teams, including diversity, equality and inclusion 

• Assist in developing our systems and processes to support innovation through data and insight 

Project support:

• Support our Digital Manager to deliver our digital services for both staff and Media Trust’s beneficiaries 

• Support with ad hoc digital-related tasks that arise 

Key Skills and Experience: 

We don’t necessarily expect you to have any specific qualifications for this role; instead, we’re seeking someone who can demonstrate the following skills. 

• Demonstrable passion for digital, with two to three years’ experience in digital or a related field 

• Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines 

• Strong problem-solving skills and initiative, with a proactive approach to identifying solutions and improvements

About the role

The Drive Training Coordinator plays a central role in coordinating the planning and delivery of training activities across The Drive Partnership. The Training Coordinator will provide efficient logistical, administrative, and learner support across all Drive workforce trainings. To run our 'Share London' volunteer based service. This service matches service users who would like to access their local communities with volunteers who can guide and accompany them out. Outings may consist of a walk round a local park, a trip to a concert, accessible art galleries, live comedy, sporting events, visits to local coffee shops and much more! This is a key role to work with an exciting community taking lead responsibility for the looking after key aspects of existing and new membership. You will be working alongside an experienced team supporting the Liberal Jewish Synagogue, the largest Liberal Synagogue in the UK, to be the best it can be. 

Your role will touch all aspects of the synagogue with a particular focus on looking after new members, the membership process and members in general, acting as a key conduit to ensure that our members receive the best service we can provide. You will also ensure that ourCRM system is up to date and important data and information can be pulled form it. 

You will support bereaved families in the immediate aftermath of a death by organising funerals, shivas and stone-settings.

Additionally you will support our Senior Rabbi in her work including diary management and ensuring, working alongside others, that life cycle and important religious festivals are being managed and delivered to the highest standards. 

Senior Rabbi PA

Support the Senior Rabbi in all aspect of their work to include:-

o Administrative and secretarial support for the Senior Rabbi including correspondence, diary management and to act as their first point of contact for enquiries by phone, email and in person

o Liaise and work alongside the member of staff (Office Administrator) who is PA for the other Rabbis and supporting when necessary

o Meet with Senior Rabbi regularly to review weekly diary, plan for the future and complete event forms

o Work closely with the Office Administrator (who organises all internal and life cycle events) to develop efficient procedures, printing and systems to ensure organisation of all life cycle events (including baby blessings, Bar-Bat Mitzvahs, Kabbalat Torah, weddings and mixed faith blessings, conversion, admission ceremonies).

o Assist with planning and coordination of events generated by the Senior Rabbi

o Keep timetables of all life cycle events coordinating with office staff to ensure these events and linked celebrations are delivered effectively

o Keep a tracking system that logs where proselytes are on their conversion journey.

o Liaise with the LJS Community Care Co-ordinator and other contacts over pastoral and other issues being dealt with by the Senior Rabbi.

o Circulate the services calendar and the  Bar/Bat Mitzvah schedule of dates

o Support the volunteers who coordinate the mitzvot

o Assist in the organisation of the High Holy Days particularly in co-ordinating all mitzvot

o Assist the Senior Rabbi and the office in the organisation of interfaith/multifaith and other events including the sending out invitations and co-ordinating response

o To co-ordinate the administration of funerals (burials and cremations) for members and non-members.

o To liaise with the family/estate, rabbis, funeral directors, cemetery/crematorium or others as necessary in making the arrangements.

o To provide details of cost to the person organising the funeral.

o To prepare funeral and related invoices in consultation with the Financial Controller.

o To organise consecrations and arrange interments of ashes and ordering of memorial plaques.

o To administer the burial of non-members, including preparing invoices and dealing with payments for the burials.

o To prepare condolence letters for Rabbis.

Membership Coordinator:

o Ensure the CRM (ShulCloud) system is up to date (training will be provided) with members’ details, and their journey through the membership process including adding new members, resigning members, changing their status in respect of age membership changes and so on.

o Produce ShulCloud (CRM) reports

o Work closely with staff to support contact with members in respect of volunteering, marketing, High Holy Day ticketing, the creation of mail merges and the AGM

By combining light-touch outreach with relationship-building, you’ll play a key part in contribute to F4S’s Mission to ensure all young people, regardless of background, can imagine and prepare for a future that excites them, through increased access to role model employer encounters and work experience opportunities.

Key Responsibilities 

• Confidently articulate the value of the F4S programme in supporting Gatsby Benchmarks and strengthening schools’ careers education plans
• Conduct warm and targeted cold outreach using proof points, case studies, and peer-based storytelling. Prioritising schools supporting students facing the greatest barriers.

• Encourage teachers & career leads at schools in your catchmen to get involved, strengthening local outreach and refining our delivery.

• Act as a friendly and consistent point of contact for schools in your area—answering simple queries and offering reassurance where needed.
• Contribute brief updates or regional success stories that showcase the impact of self-serve or volunteer encounters, helping the wider team highlight programme reach and effectiveness.
• Provide proactive, tailored support to educators navigating the F4S platform — ensuring they feel confident using its features and are encouraged to return for ongoing engagement.
• Build relationships with local Careers & Enterprise Company (CEC) Career Hubs to strengthen regional collaboration and raise awareness of F4S among broader school networks.
• Use engagement data provided by the programme team to help tailor outreach efforts and follow up with schools where additional support may increase uptake.
• Attend weekly team meetings and monthly all-staff meeting to stay aligned on programme goals, share regional insights, and contribute to the overall success of the organisation.

Who You Are

• Likely to be a teacher, careers advisor and must be familiar with the English secondary school system.
• Warm, empathetic, and well-organised, able to balance independent work with strong communication.

The Role 

Fundraising and Impact Coordinator

o Assist in the planning and execution of a diverse range of fundraising applications, events and community initiatives

o Support the management of event logistics, including participant communication, volunteer coordination, and on-the-day activities

o Collaborate with external partners and suppliers to ensure smooth event operations and build strong relationships for future collaboration

o Lead outreach efforts to engage new community partners, such as businesses, promoting fundraising opportunities and supporting their initiatives.

o Lead on generating income through diverse means

o To represent the charity in all spaces - implementing a rolling 12-month plan of meaningful touchpoints to deepen relationships

o Develop and implement a plan to encourage increased giving and recruit new regular donors with personalised cultivation and stewardship

o Maintaining our CRM database, ensuring accurate records to track communications and data, ensuring compliance with GDPR and data protection laws.

o Work closely with Finance colleagues to process donations, Gift Aid and matched funding claims, ensuring this income is processed and recorded accurately

o Manage the distribution of supporter resources, conduct stock checks for fundraising materials and ensure an organised work environment for all fundraising assets

o Create engaging materials (posters, leaflets, stories etc), working closely with our social media lead on content

o Produce impact reports and collate information for reporting to funders and to support fundraising initiatives and grant applications

o Work collaboratively with the wider team, to support their work whilst deepening an understanding of our services

o Support the CEO and Operations Manager with ad hoc projects, activities, and any high-priority tasks to contribute to overall team objectives

o Any other duties as required by the Business Development Manager

When a family member sustains a spinal cord injury it is a life changing experience for the whole family. They can feel very isolated and that no one understands what they’re going through.

Back Up’s Family Support Service is there to help. We enable a wide range of family members of all ages whose loved one is affected by spinal cord injury (SCI) to improve their wellbeing, build a support network and transform their lives through Back Up’s services. 

The Family Support Coordinator will assist in supporting family members on an individual basis as well as in group settings as appropriate, together with providing support in the process of identifying, recruiting and training new family support volunteers.

A Family Support Coordinator will be comfortable and efficient with data management and GDPR compliance.

Lived experience of having a relative with SCI is essential, together with sharing our commitment to transform the lives of everyone affected by spinal cord injury.
