The Alzheimer’s Society are embarking on a major CRM migration to Dynamics 365 which as a complex project requires close attention on several technical workstreams. These include migration, integration, reporting and our marketing selections solution amongst others.
This role will provide technical leadership around integrations to help us deliver a successful CRM that will take provide our Income and Engagement activities a step change and provide us with a solid CRM foundation for the future. A firm technical understanding is a must.

The Partnerships Manager will manage a portfolio of commercial and fundraising accounts totalling c.£250k, as well as some new business development. The new business element will support the Senior Partnerships Manager and the Head of Corporate in their new strategy for increased brand, strategic and coty partnerships.
Key responsibilities:
- Account manage and build strong relationships with corporate partners at a 5-figure+ level

Digital CRM Migration Specialist
We have an exciting opportunity with a 12-month fixed term contract where we are looking for an experienced digital marketer who is process and data driven. This role is integral to migrating digital systems and processes to a new CRM database, improving them as we optimise new functionality. This is working as part of a transformational project team to ensure Mencap is set for the future for supporter engagement.
As the Digital CRM Migration Specialist, you will be responsible for defining digital data points and mapping digital data flows through to the new CRM and Marketing Cloud. This will mean supporting the CRM steering group in defining digital user journeys and optimising the configuration of our new CRM and Marketing Cloud to ensure we optimise their functionality to ultimately raise vital funds and mobilise key audiences to support people with a learning disability.

About the role
This is your opportunity to play a part in the day to day running of our CRM team and to really make your mark here at Shelter. About you
To succeed, you’ll need a firm grasp of the CRM tech landscape, including list management, segmentation and dynamic content, with experience of Adobe Campaign, Adobe Classic or a similar platform being essential. We’re looking for substantial experience in a CRM role with significant output and a proven track record of building and deploying complex automated journeys.
You’ll have good understanding of email marketing best practices, and the ability to edit email templates in HTML is desirable. Additionally, experience using Litmus (or something similar), as well as data selection experience, would be desirable.
What is for certain though is that you’re well-organised, have strong attention to detail, and can manage your time effectively as well as being used to building dynamic content within a template and building segments and audiences.
You’ll be playing a big part not only in our team but within the wider organisation as we look to use CRM more and more.

Job Title: Domestic Abuse Support Worker
Location:Based at Bede House, 351 Southwark Park Road SE16 2JW, with work at various sites in Southwark. Due to the nature of the work, this is not a remote/working from home role.
Hours: Up to 35 hours/week (excluding lunch break). Schedule may vary according to the organisation’s needs. The role covers the normal core office hours of 9:00 am to 4:30pm, Monday to Friday. TOIL may be granted for extra hours worked, in advance and by agreement with the service manager.

Our Client and Community Delivery team aims to drive and develop new and existing business relationships to contribute to our impact whilst delivering exemplary customer service to all our clients. A critical aspect to this is ensuring all the administration required from point of enquiry through to training delivery is carried out accurately whilst meeting key deadlines.
Working closely with our Client Development Consultants and Client Delivery Consultants, you will support different aspects of the client journey and support with relevant processes including distribution of enquiries, keeping our in-house systems updated and matching Associates to training deliveries. You will ensure all administration relating to these processes is completed effectively and within deadlines set.

The post holder will create and promote a range of content across different channels (earnt and owned) to help the team in meeting its objectives.

The role
We are looking for someone who wants to start their career in marketing and is interested in learning more about CRMs, email marketing and measuring the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. As part of the King’s Fund’s centralised Marketing function, you’ll be at the heart of giving colleagues and customers a consistent, joined-up experience and play a key role in our marketing strategy. You’ll deal with a spectrum of work, spanning everything from writing and creating compelling copy (for both online and offline marketing activity); diving into our CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and managing lists; to pulling together evaluation reports, analysing campaign performance, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights. With support from your manager and rest of the team, it’s a great role to build your expertise and gain valuable marketing experience.
To join us, you’ll need a keen interest in marketing and a blend of creativity and precision to write clear and compelling copy for marketing materials including email campaigns. You will enjoy communicating with people, both in person and on paper. Attention to detail is important and you will be proficient in Microsoft products including Excel. Beyond this, you must be organised, flexible and as passionate about our work as we are.
The Fund is committed to a hybrid working model that meets the organisation’s needs, while giving staff flexibility to choose between office and home working. Most staff are expected to work a minimum of 40% from our central London office and are free to work more days from the office if they prefer. World Child Cancer is seeking an experienced corporate and philanthropy fundraiser to join our growing team and play a vital role in improving the chances of survival and quality of life of children with cancer in under-resourced countries.
About World Child Cancer
Over 400,000 children worldwide develop cancer each year. Childhood cancer is most often curable, with over 80% survival rate in high income countries. However, in many low-and-middle-income countries survival rates are often 25% or lower.
World Child Cancer’s goal is to help redress that inequity and improve the chances of children with cancer to survive and thrive in under-resourced countries. We currently work with local hospitals in 12 countries in Africa, Asia and Mexico to enable children with cancer to have equal access to the best possible treatment and care through awareness raising on signs of childhood cancer, providing financial, logistical and emotional support to address barriers to access treatment, training of healthcare workers and advocacy.
Overview of the role
This newly created Senior Philanthropy and Partnerships Manager role will play a key part in raising income from companies and philanthropists to help achieve World Child Cancer’s mission.
You will be passionate about enabling children with cancer to have equitable access to quality treatment wherever they are born. We are looking for someone experienced in corporate and philanthropy fundraising, who is proactive, confident in engaging with high value funders, able to develop strong internal and external relationships, has strong verbal and written communication skills, a collaborative way of working and experience in developing new business.
You will join a small but ambitious and high performing team that contributes significantly to World Child Cancer’s annual income of c. £2m.
Reporting to: Head of Philanthropy and Partnerships
Location: UK-based hybrid role: Home working for the time being, with the provision for regular meetings in the office. Office attendance encouraged on Mondays (nr Fenchurch Street, London)

Key responsibilities

Person Specification
Essential
Educated to degree level or equivalent
A proven track record in corporate and major gift fundraising with evidence of successful solicitation of six figure gifts and multi-year gifts
Excellent relationship-building skills with the ability and confidence to interact with new and existing high value funders
Experience of successfully developing cultivation plans to engage new funders
Ability to research and identify potential new funders
Ability to translate complex, specialist information into accessible and compelling pitches, proposals and reports
Ability to help develop and monitor project budgets
Experience of working on multiple projects at the same time and cross-departmentally
A positive and collaborative team player
Ability to work on own initiative, prioritising workload with little supervision when needed
