CoppaFeel! are the UK’s only youth focused breast cancer awareness charity, and we’re on a mission to get every 18-24 year old checking their chest. We educate people on the signs of breast cancer and encourage them to check their chests monthly, so that if they notice something unusual they are empowered to contact their GP and advocate for themselves.
We do this because when diagnosed early, breast cancer treatments are more effective and survival rates are higher. Early detection can save lives.
Breast cancer does not need to be detected late, and as long as we are here and continue to be supported by people like you, we will do all we can to make sure this doesn’t continue to happen.
The Role
CoppaFeel! is looking for a Health & Services Assistant to provide day-to-day administrative and coordination support across our health and services work.
Sitting within the Education Team, this role will work closely with the Health & Services Manager and Health & Services Executive to support the delivery of CoppaFeel!’s portfolio of resources, materials and reminder services. They will support the smooth running of health engagement activity, systems and processes and champion equity, diversity and inclusion across health engagement work.
This role focuses on administrative tasks, supporting the wider team to deliver impactful work while developing skills and experience within the charity and health sector.
This role will sit within the Education team and report to the Health & Services Manager.
Duties and Responsibilities
Administrative and coordination support
- Provide day-to-day administrative support across health and services activity, including data entry and document management.
- Support the coordination of health and services activity by maintaining systems, calendars and records.
- Assist with the set-up and administration of programmes, initiatives and projects led by the Health & Services team.
- Assist with collecting and logging feedback and data to support impact reporting.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of Education Team contacts on the CRM.
- Support with processing expenses and basic tracking of department expenditure
Health Information, Resources and materials
- Provide support with developments to new and existing health information.
- Provide administrative support for the development, promotion and distribution of CoppaFeel!’s portfolio of resources.
- Organise and collate resources and materials for events and activities, liaising with the Operations team to manage storage and stock.
- Act as a first point of contact for education and healthcare materials enquiries, processing requests and orders.
- Correspond with key external stakeholders in the development and promotion of our resources.
- Support with the administration and day-to-day running of CoppaFeel!’s SMS reminder service.
- Supporting with reviewing and updating resources, materials and health information.
Events and communications support
- Assist with the set up of healthcare professional events and webinars, both in person and online when necessary.
- Co-ordinate deliveries and postage from the CoppaFeel! office.
- Attend healthcare and service delivery events to promote CoppaFeel!'s work.
- Support the scheduling of newsletters, social media and routine communications.
- Coordinate responses to general health and services enquiries, escalating more complex issues where needed.

We are looking for someone who can work alongside the Diocesan Property Manager, and Property Officer, to assist in the management of the Clergy Housing stock comprising of 160 houses across Coventry and Warwickshire.

- Inspect Clergy houses and assess repairs and improvements necessary in compliance with Coventry Diocese Clergy Housing Standards.

What You’ll Be Doing
As our Individual Giving Assistant – Supporter Acquisition, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our fundraising campaigns and projects, helping to recruit new supporters to the Charity. You’ll be one of the first points of contact for our donors, providing exceptional supporter care and ensuring every supporter feels valued. Your day-to-day will include:
- Responding to supporter enquiries by phone, email and in-person, ensuring all queries are handled efficiently and with care.
- Thanking donors and personalising communications to build strong relationships and ensuring a positive and lasting first impression.
- Accurately recording and processing donations, and updating supporter records on our database.
- Supporting the delivery of fundraising campaigns, including creating timing plans, proofreading copy and assiting with briefs.
- Managing invoices and helping with campaign reporting.
- Supporting the team with administrative tasks.
- Working with colleagues and volunteers to deliver the best possible supporter experience.

Reaching Families was established in 2008 to empower, inform and support parent-carers and families of children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities in West Sussex. We achieve this through the delivery of a range of services including information, training and peer support.
Our ND Navigation Service provides information, training and support to parent-carers of children and young people waiting on, undergoing or completed an assessment for ADHD, Autism and other neurodivergent conditions.
We are looking to recruit a skilled and motivated Administration & Data Management Officer to join our Team. The post holder will be responsible for providing a range of administrative duties in support of our ND Navigation Service and Outreach team, including processing referrals, creating and maintaining records on our Charitylog database, collating data and generating monitoring reports as well as managing enquiries from parents.
Job Description & Person Specification
Key Tasks & Responsibilities
1. Processing referrals received into the NDP Navigation service
2. Creating and updating service user records on Charitylog and Excel including data entry and uploading documents, etc.
3. Weekly collating of data from Charitylog and generating monthly monitoring reports on Excel to provide senior managers, partners and funders
4. Arranging community outreach events (ND Navigation Roadshow) with local partners including CDC’s, Family Hubs, special schools, short break providers, parent support groups, etc.
5. Managing enquiries from parent-carers and professionals working with parents
6. Managing bookings in the event of staff sickness or absence – for the NDP Navigation service
7. Carrying out regular telephone surveys with parent-carers who have accessed the NDP Navigation service, maintaining monitoring records and testimonials and updating log sheets
8. Monitoring posts on Reaching Families Facebook group and where relevant, follow up with signposting to appropriate Reaching Families Services and other relevant providers
9. Providing other administrative support to the Outreach and Training Manager, Team Lead, Co-ordinators and ND Support Workers in executing their duties
10. To pursue a strategy of continual personal and professional development
11. To carry out other occasional duties commensurate with the role

Our Systems Manager is being seconded to an internal project for the next 6-9 months and so we are seeking an experienced IT professional to join our team for an interim basis for six months with the possibility of a three month extension.
In this role you will you lead a team of three people in supporting our staff team of 70 by providing reliable, effective and efficient IT systems and equipment. This include the monitoring and maintenance of our IT software and, with external support, our IT hardware.
You will line manage the Database Assistant and Data Processing Assistant.

The post holder will take responsibility for the efficient day-to-day administration of the Trust’s membership schemes, using the Charity CRM database to maintain accurate contact & financial records in line with GDPR. This includes processing new, renewing and lapsed memberships, handling payments ( Direct Debits, PayPal & Gift Aid) and providing consistently high-quality communication with members through enquiries, welcome packs, renewal reminders and supporter care.
You’ll also support member growth and retention by helping deliver key supporter journey communications, thanking activity and retention projects, and by liaising with external partners such as the membership recruitment agency. Alongside this, you’ll help co-ordinate membership resources such as welcome packs, leaflets and magazine mail-outs (working with the volunteer delivery network), and contribute to continuous improvement in data quality, reporting and processes to strengthen our systems and supporter relationships.
To succeed in this role, you’ll be committed to Suffolk Wildlife Trust’s mission and bring a proactive, ‘can-do’ approach. You’ll have experience in an administrative, office or customer service role, with strong organisation, attention to detail and a methodical approach to maintaining accurate records.
You’ll be confident using Microsoft 365 and databases/systems with an understanding of GDPR and data protection. You’ll communicate professionally and warmly by phone and in writing, handling confidential information and difficult conversations with sensitivity. Willingness to learn Direct Debits, Gift Aid and charity income processes is essential; charity/membership sector experience is desirable.
This is a maternity cover role to cover a period of maternity leave (up to one year) working 22.5 hours per week over three days (office hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm) based at Brooke House in Ashbocking. There may be opportunity for the role to become a permanent contract. We operate flexible homeworking arrangements where colleagues spend more time working together than homeworking. The starting salary is £14,398.80 per annum pro-rata (FTE £23,998.00).
