Are you committed to working in collaboration with service users, maximising independence, self-confidence and integration in the community? If so, you may be just the person we are looking for to take the lead on developing our newly awarded supported living service based in the Harrow and Wembley area.

Based across two properties, you and your team will be supporting ten adults with moderate to severe learning disabilities, as well as additional mental and physical health needs.

You will play a pivotal ambassadorial role, continuing Centre’s 404 service expansion into the London Brough of Brent and bringing our expertise, vision and values to families in need.

This varied and dynamic role will lead on the set up, coordination and provision of excellent person-centred care and support to service users, enabling them to live independently in their home and be supported in all aspects of day-to-day living. As Project Manager, you will oversee the development and implementation of care plans designed to provide meaningful choice and a range of activities and support to meet individual needs. You will also contribute to the development of the team and be responsible for encouraging a culture based on respect and dignity for those in need of care and support, providing supervision and clear management to a team of support workers.

The ideal candidate will have experience of leading and coaching a team supporting people with learning disabilities or another vulnerable client group. Experience of supporting people with high and complex support needs would be an advantage. The Benefits Service within South East London Mind is a well-established offer of support to clients who need to access welfare benefits they are entitled to receive. The service currently provides casework support for people who need to challenge benefits decisions across the three boroughs of Bromley, Lewisham and Greenwich. There is also a cross-area team of volunteers who assist with form filling and all aspects of the assessment process.

We are looking for a Benefits Service Manager with significant experience of working within welfare benefits. You will have a good understanding of the needs of people with mental health problems and the links with welfare issues. You will take responsibility for the quality of support the team deliver to ensure it is robust and accountable. We hope to be able to extend our offer of support in the future so it will be important you have an interest in developing the service.

Applicants should have previous experience of thinking strategically to develop a service and of managing a team to deliver the support. An ability to work independently but collaboratively, to be proactive and show initiative is essential for this role.

Job Title: Cash Management Officer

Summary

Your role

Supervise the delivery of Eikon’s volunteer mentoring services to children and young people in allocated schools across Surrey. Supervise a team of Volunteer Mentors ensuring parity of our offer in Schools to Children and Young People. Ensuring the highest standards of case work, effective practice and safeguarding are maintained.  Providing regular review and assessment of caseloads, with guidance on how to progress provided to the team of Volunteer Mentors.

Responsibilities

· Plan, resource and oversee the delivery of the volunteer mentoring programme, to ensure that the service is offered to young people at the right time and that young people are at the heart of the programme.

· Develop and maintain key relationships within schools in Surrey to deliver the volunteer mentoring programme.

· To identify trends and gaps in provision, then work with Service Delivery Manager on ways to improve our Volunteer Mentoring service

· Supervise a team of volunteer mentors in line with Eikon's policies

· Induct, train and develop volunteer mentors, ensuring a high-quality service with safe and effective practice is delivered in accordance with all other best practice guidelines

· Work in collaboration with the Designated Safeguarding Manager and Service Delivery Manager to ensure all volunteers are competent to supervise safeguarding issues

· Support volunteer mentors with all safeguarding issues and liaise with the Designated Safeguarding Manager and Service Delivery Manager where appropriate.

· Understand and act when safeguarding issues need to be escalated, always following safeguarding and child protection procedures 

· Support volunteer mentors to ensure accurate recording of all individual engagements, ensuring supervisory review of notes, follow up action where appropriate and feedback provided as necessary

· Support volunteer mentors in ensuring outcomes and impact are agreed, reviewed and recorded for mentees using the Eikon Impact Measurement tool

· Ensure case management is undertaken to a high quality, including ensuring systematic case note review processes are followed, providing evidence of change and celebrating progress with CYP

· Ensure all data and information is uploaded onto all relevant databases

· Provide accurate and timely mentoring programme data reports, for internal management

· Keep up to date with good practice, legislation and policies that have an impact on service delivery at Eikon

Job Summary:

As part of the Website and Digital Content Team and wider Digital Marketing Department you will oversee Relate at Family Action’s website and online client experience, driving brand awareness and sales of products and services.

10. Manage existing infrastructure and systems integrated across the website client journey such as Acuity Scheduling, Typeform and Stripe.

11. Maintain and improve Relate’s website accessibility ensuring it meets WCAG 2.1 AA standard wherever possible.

12. Use sophisticated data and insight tools to test, measure and evaluate content, and website performance, and monitor emerging trends in the wider market.

13. Produce regular reports for senior stakeholders including data and commentary around website performance.

14. Work with external agencies to deliver effective PPC search and display ad campaigns.

15. Manage relationships with external suppliers, contractors, and service providers involved in digital initiatives at Relate.

As leaders within Get Further, our Programme Managers play an important part in managing the delivery of our tuition programmes and the growth and development of the organisation. The successful applicant will take over the case load of one of our Programme Managers while she is on secondment to another project. The key outcomes for this role are: 

• Team: Directly line manage a team of 3-6 Programme Coordinators and Salaried Tutors and be accountable for the management of tutors within your colleges, contributing to Get Further as a whole meeting or exceeding our programme delivery KPIs 
• FE partners: Achieve high FE partner satisfaction by delivering a high impact programme and developing strong relationships at multiple levels with our existing and prospective FE partners.  
• Strategy and organisational development: Lead strategic projects and priorities as needed to develop the organisation, programmes and programme delivery. 
• Project: Work closely with the Head of Resits Tuition Programme to support in the medium-term implementation of the EEF RCT.

Programme Coordinators

• Hold PCs to high standards of programme delivery 
• Build an effective and high performing PC team 
• Play an active role in ensuring that the programmes team as a whole is on track to meet or exceed programme delivery KPIs
• Support PCs with their professional development 

Tutors 

Our tutors are instrumental to us delivering a high-impact programme. You will be accountable for the overall high performance of the tutors delivering tuition within the FE partners for which you are responsible. To achieve this, we expect you will: 

• Support and hold PCs to account for the frontline management of tutors and lead tutors 
• Resolve or further escalate tutor performance management issues that PCs have escalated as per the Tutor Performance Policy 
• Ensure that performance management issues are effectively tracked and made visible to the CPO and work with the CPO and wider Executive team to resolve persistent issues 
• Along with Curriculum Managers, lead the design and delivery of tutor training, ongoing tutor development, and the tutor community work 

FE Partners 

You will be responsible for delivering high impact programmes with Get Further’s FE partners, including ensuring that we achieve programme quality and impact KPIs and developing strong relationships at multiple levels within our FE partner. To achieve this we expect you will: 

• Line manage a team of PCs to deliver a high impact programme 
• Proactively build high quality working relationships with staff within our FE partners 
• Understand college needs and concerns so that we can proactively address them during programme delivery 
• Proactively look for ways that we can work more closely with colleges and demonstrating our value to them and commitment to the FE sector 
• Lead the preparation of college level impact reports and ensure the ongoing effective capture of impact data, testimonials and case studies to support report creation 

Strategic projects and priorities 

Get Further is a fast-developing charity, as a member of our small but mighty team we want our programme managers to be true leaders within the organisation, playing an active role in shaping and developing the charity into the future. 

• Over the course of the year, we work on various strategic projects and priorities to advance the overall running of Get Further and you may have the opportunity to take a leadership role in these.

Sales
