Overview of the role

This role is designed to deliver professional and efficient People services across all aspects of the employee journey, supporting managers and the senior leadership teams at London Marathon Events and the London Marathon Foundation. Governance

About the role

As a Housing First Coach you will deliver high quality person-centred support, using psychologically and trauma informed approaches, in line with Housing First principles. You will take a bold approach to establishing open and trusting relationships with people who have had long histories of homelessness or in temporary/insecure accommodation, enabling them to access and sustain accommodation and empower them to exercise choice and control over their lives. The team is multi-disciplinary – Coaches, Peer Support Worker, Clinical Psychologist – which allows us to collaboratively formulate innovative approaches to support. About you

· To be successful in this role you will be a self-starter, flexible and have experience of working collaboratively as part of a team and with internal and external partners. 

· You may have a background in housing/homelessness support, adult safeguarding, drug or alcohol recovery services or mental health and have significant experience of working within a multidisciplinary setting with the ability to create strong professional relationships and creative solutions.

About the role
The purpose of this role is to drive policy development across our policy priority areas. The Policy Officer will lead on specific policy projects, commissioning research, developing policy positions, and producing reports and consultation responses.

The Bliss Scotland Baby Charter Programme Officer supports the 14 neonatal units across Scotland to deliver our Bliss Baby Charter programme. The Baby Charter is a national accreditation programme being undertaken by many neonatal units in the UK. The Bliss Scotland Baby Charter Programme Officer plays a key role in encouraging neonatal healthcare professionals to improve their practice to ensure parents/families are as involved as possible in the care of their baby. The role supports neonatal units to bring about change and work towards Baby Charter accreditation. This involves assessing neonatal units against national standards using the digital Baby Charter audit tool, delivering assessments and working as part of the Baby Charter team to continually develop and improve processes
