Working arrangements
This is a blended role, where your work will be dual located between your home and our London Office.
At the BHF we believe in the power of being together, so our colleagues on blended contracts can expect to spend some time in their office, at least one day each week, on average. The use of our office spaces is driven in part by your role and the activities you need to do. This may vary from time to time, so you will need to work in a flexible way to unlock your best work for our cause.

This role requires the flexibility to travel and attend key live events, conferences, and locations for content shoots, which will be built into working hours.
About you
As our perfect candidate, you bring experience of successfully delivering large-scale social media campaigns within a professional organisation. You have plenty of professional experience on different social platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest and TikTok.
You have experience of running social media for a complex portfolio, first-hand experience of social listening platforms and experience of campaign social copywriting.
With a passion for social media and a keen understanding of content from a user’s perspective, you have knowledge of the social media industry, social media campaign management processes, and related tools and technologies.
A motivated and ambitious individual with excellent organisational and interpersonal skills, your strong conceptual thinking is matched by your ability to bring concepts to life.

The Marketing and Communications Department
Battersea’s Marketing & Communications department is responsible for communicating the breadth of the organisation’s work in an engaging and memorable way. Though our award-winning campaigns, we use our influence to affect change for dogs and cats within and beyond our gates; building Battersea’s reputation on a national and international scale. The Role:

· You will support the delivery of our marketing strategy across all existing channels, as well as new ones we seek to test. This includes but is not limited to:

o Support on paid social media including the creation, scheduling, optimising and reporting of content across Meta and TikTok with support from the Social Media Manager.
o Support of our paid search efforts in accordance with our agency’s directions.
o Support on the TV appeals, OOH, events and more as needed.
· You will support the Social Media Manager and Marketing Manager with administrative tasks as needed.
· You will take part in campaign planning and creative brainstorming sessions, showcasing a confidence to share ideas on how we can fundraise and communicate with our donors successfully.
· Engage with key followers of our social media accounts including influencer management, strategy and reporting.

Overall purpose:

- Utilise various channels, including social media, website, email marketing and traditional media, to reach the target audience effectively
- Support to develop a programme of regular content. Maintaining and updating Ben wide calendars as appropriate
- Work with colleagues to develop new products and update existing products that are relevant for our audiences that are channel and brand appropriate

As an experienced campaign manager and copy-writer, you will support the Experience team to develop and deliver marketing approaches and journey communications, primarily for beneficiary and health/social care professional audiences. As a team, our aim is to ensure that these audiences are aware of the support they can access from the Stroke Association and to build meaningful connections with them for long-term engagement.
Working closely with the other Directorates within the organisation, you will review and build on recent successful tests to signpost our offer to people affected by stroke, using data and insight to reach out to them with the most relevant offers.
About You
You will have experience working in a marketing environment and have key strengths in the following areas:
· Understanding the key principles of marketing, with experience using a range of different offline and online platforms to reach audiences.
· Planning and implementing email campaigns through email systems such as Dotdigital.
· Grammatical skills, ideally with experience of copywriting and/or reviewing compelling copy.
· Project management, with a keen eye for detail and deadlines.
· Understanding excellent customer experience and customer journeys

Royal Greenwich Heritage Trust (RGHT) manages the important historic buildings and community assets for the Royal Borough of Greenwich. These include Charlton House and Gardens, the Archive and Museum Collections, Tudor Barn, and various memorials across the Borough. Our mission is to help people discover and enjoy the history and heritage stories of the Royal Borough of Greenwich; to conserve these heritage assets and ensure that they are shared with as many people as possible. The Head of Marketing & Commercial has overall responsibility for the Trust’s marketing, room and site hire, and events. They ensure a continual public programme, commercial events and marketing efforts for year-round activities are in line with the vision and strategic plan, and that income targets are met, working in collaboration with the Finance and Programming Committee of the Board.
You will be responsible for:
1) The effective marketing and communication of all activities at the Trust.
2) Managing the hire of our rooms and grounds for events, weddings, celebrations and corporate use.
3) Overseeing the production and delivery of projects and programmes to highlight the assets in our care, leading to audience growth on site and meaningful engagement primarily across the Royal Borough.
