FEAST With Us (FEAST) is looking for a driven and creative Impact & Communications Coordinator to lead the measurement, evaluation and communication of our work tackling food insecurity across London. This pivotal role combines impact evaluation, data analysis and storytelling—using evidence to improve our services, strengthen fundraising, and clearly communicate the difference FEAST makes to individuals and communities.

About Us

FEAST improves the nutrition, wellbeing and health of people at risk of food insecurity. We deliver nutritious community meals, and Healthy Eating on a Budget programmes across London venues, working in partnership with charities and community organisations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead FEAST’s impact measurement, evaluation and learning, including Theory of Change and impact frameworks
• Collect, analyse and interpret qualitative and quantitative impact data
• Produce accessible impact reports, case studies and insights
• Support funding applications and reporting with robust evidence
• Develop and deliver FEAST’s communications and marketing strategy
• Create engaging digital and print content (website, social media, newsletters, reports)
• Manage FEAST’s website and ensure consistent brand messaging and tone of voice

About You

You will have:

• At least 2 years’ experience in charity impact/evaluation

Marine Society have an exciting new role! Help us to grow our rapidly expanding apprenticeships and adult skills programmes to meet growing industry demand. About the role

This new role is to support the growth of Marine Society apprenticeship and adult skills provision. This is a strategic, outward-facing role requiring a confident astute individual who can engage key stakeholders and employers in the maritime industry to recruit new entrants and existing employees onto Marine Society programmes.

Responsibilities

· To grow the apprenticeship and adult skills provision in line with agreed annual recruitment and financial targets

· To develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective employers and learners, proactively identifying new apprenticeship and learning opportunities within the maritime industry. To secure repeat business with apprenticeship employers through cultivating long-term relationships.

· To work with the Director of Maritime Training and Development to devise a sales and marketing strategy to grow the apprenticeship and adult skills provision. To support the tendering process to ASF devolved areas and work with subcontractor partners.

· To collaborate with the Apprenticeship Operations Manager and Maritime Lead Trainer to convert identified leads and share industry intelligence.

· To assist the Digital Marketing Coordinator to write targeted social media posts and marketing campaigns, ensuring market visibility and lead generation. To build a library of promotional literature and good news stories.

· To maintain accurate records of business development leads and pipeline activity within the CRM system and to routinely report on these

· Attend relevant external boards, fora and industry bodies, as directed in order to promote maritime apprenticeships and training including; Maritime Skills Alliance, Workboat Association, MNTB apprenticeship committee and Port Skills and Safety

· To attend industry trade fairs and careers events to represent Marine Society. These include; National Apprenticeship Week, Seawork, International Boat Show

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ experience working in a recruitment, sales or commercial role with a proven track record of achieving financial targets
• Knowledge of the maritime sector including roles, ranks and certifications in the near coastal sector
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build trust and credibility with clients and stakeholders

This Engagement Manager role is a maternity cover position and forms a key part of FNF's Policy, Impact and Membership function. We are looking for an experienced, values-driven and thoughtful Communications Manager to help shape and strengthen the3million’s public voice. The role focuses on sharing our work as widely and effectively as possible, through social media, supporter communications and news media. You will act as a spokesperson for the3million, write and develop communications materials, and help grow our supporters and donors base through lived-experience focused communications.

The ideal candidate is a passionate communicator, motivated by social justice and passionate about amplifying the voices of EU citizens and other migrant communities. You are as comfortable shaping strategy as you are delivering high-quality content, and you are committed to challenging injustice and influencing decision-makers.

Key responsibilities

1. Communications strategy & leadership 

• Lead the development, delivery and evaluation of the communications strategy of the3million, working closely with the3million’s CEO, Head of Policy and Advocacy and Organising team to deliver timely strategic communications support
• Growing and safeguarding the3million’s brand identity, integrity and strategic positioning across all our external channels, networks and audiences
• Develop new initiatives to expand and improve the reach and engagement of the3million’s communications

About the role

This new role is to manage the bursary and welfare services of Marine Society. This requires an in depth understanding of seafarer’s needs and the training and certification they require to progress in their careers, both at sea and ashore. The manager will also oversee wider aspects of careers information and guidance and assisting with fundraising activity

Responsibilities

· Assess and process all bursary applications, including Slater Scholarships, Worcester, Hanway and Green Skills bursaries against clearly defined eligibility criteria

· Authorise the award of financial bursaries and approve beneficiary claims and expenses

· Maximise the use bursary funding and ensure successful outcomes for beneficiaries

· Identify new bursary funding opportunities and devise bids in collaboration with the fundraising team

· Manage the bursary and Coming Ashore programme restricted funds. Monitor and report on expenditure and activity

· Manage the operation of the Coming Ashore mentoring programme and ensure its sustainability

• Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure campaign success, maintaining strong relationships with agencies, printers, and third-party providers.
• Monitor and control budgets, delivering projects within financial parameters while maximising supporter contribution and retention.
• Analyse performance data to inform strategic planning, reporting on KPIs, adjusting activities as needed to meet income targets.
• Advocate for the legacy programme internally, communicating its value and securing ongoing support and resources.
• Support and line manage senior executive staff, fostering a collaborative and motivated team environment.
• Prepare for upcoming campaigns, including major summer and autumn initiatives, and contribute to long-term strategic planning.

Person Specification:

• Extensive experience in legacy or direct marketing, with a track record of successful campaign planning and execution.
• Strong understanding of supporter segmentation, data-driven insights, and relationship management.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, assess risks, and deliver projects on time and within scope.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with an ability to influence stakeholders across varying levels.
• Experience of managing and motivating remote teams.
• Skilled in analysing complex data, making informed decisions, and translating insights into actionable strategies.
• Organised, detail-oriented, and able to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
