Key responsibilites

• Lead marketing delivery and growth by planning and delivering integrated campaigns across digital, content, social, email and offline channels, supporting the charity’s strategy, key organisational moments and ambition to help more people find, trust and access Day One’s support.
• Work closely with the Digital Officer to plan, deliver and optimise digital marketing activity, ensuring campaigns are effectively implemented, performance is monitored, and learning is shared.
• Lead brand and messaging delivery, working closely with the Head of Brand and Marketing to bring the brand to life day to day, ensuring messaging is warm, clear, consistent and people-centred, and supporting colleagues through effective internal communications to use the brand and tone of voice confidently and consistently.
• Drive insight and continuous improvement, using data, feedback and performance analysis to shape marketing plans, share learning across teams, and take a test-and-learn approach to improving reach, relevance and impact.
• Build strong, collaborative working relationships across the organisation and with external partners, working closely with the Events Lead to ensure effective promotion and storytelling, managing agencies or freelancers where needed, and ensuring all marketing activity reflects brand standards, safeguarding, GDPR and equality commitments.

Overview

The Royal Statistical Society is looking for an outstanding, proactive and organised Marketing Officer to help plan, coordinate and deliver marketing campaigns across our diverse commercial and engagement activities.

This is a new role and an exciting opportunity to bring additional marketing capacity and expertise into the Society. You will drive and support campaigns that increase awareness, engagement, bookings, enquiries and income across diverse areas such as membership, training, events, the annual conference, advertising, sponsorship, partnerships and venue hire.

About the role

This is a hands-on marketing role with plenty of variety. Working closely with colleagues across the RSS, you will plan and coordinate multi-channel campaigns across email, web, social media, digital advertising, partner channels and other routes.

You will help turn plans into practical campaign action, making sure marketing is well-organised, audience-focused, delivered on time and measured for effectiveness. You will work closely with our Digital and Content team to coordinate website updates, content, newsletters and campaign assets.

What you’ll be doing

Day-to-day you will:

• promote RSS products, services and business areas including membership, training, events, conference, sponsorship and venue hire;
• plan, coordinate and deliver integrated and effective marketing campaigns across these RSS activities, working closely with key colleagues;
• draft and edit clear, audience-focused marketing copy for social media, emails, adverts, landing pages and promotional materials;
• create, schedule and monitor marketing emails and social media activity, including segmentation, testing and reporting;
• use CRM, campaign and marketing data to support targeting, customer journeys and evaluation;
• monitor campaign performance, including reach, engagement, enquiries, bookings, leads and income;
• help improve campaign effectiveness, audience targeting and ways of working;
• coordinate suppliers, agencies or freelancers where required.

What we’re looking for

We are looking for someone with fantastic marketing skills and practical experience who is proactive, collaborative and confident managing multiple priorities.

You will need:

• experience of working to and achieving ambitious targets, including income generation and customer engagement targets;
• experience coordinating and delivering multiple marketing campaigns simultaneously;
• experience of email marketing, digital marketing and campaign administration;
• experience using CRM systems, customer data or marketing lists;
• experience monitoring and reporting on marketing performance;
• strong writing skills and the ability to produce clear, audience-focused copy;
• excellent organisational and project coordination skills;
• good attention to detail;
• an understanding of digital marketing channels and customer journeys;
• the ability to work with colleagues across different teams;
• a positive, proactive and customer-focused approach.

It would also be helpful, but not essential if you have

• experience in a charity, membership body, professional body or similar organisation;
• experience marketing training, events, conferences, membership or professional services

JOB PURPOSE

Start Network is delivering an ambitious digital transformation strategy that will fundamentally change the way the network anticipates crises, makes decisions, manages risk, and supports locally led action. Working under the strategic direction of the Head of Digital and Operations, the Digital Delivery Lead is responsible for translating Start Network's digital strategy into successful delivery. The role owns the planning, coordination, implementation and adoption of digital products, platforms and transformation initiatives, ensuring strategic priorities are delivered on time, within budget and to agreed quality standards. The postholder acts as the bridge between strategy and execution, turning organisational objectives into practical delivery plans and measurable outcomes.

The post holder plays a hands-on leadership role across cross-functional teams, suppliers, and partners—embedding user-centred design, agile delivery practices, strong risk management, and high technical standards. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

DELIVERY LEADERSHIP AND GOVERNANCE

• Lead delivery of the digital, product and innovation roadmap agreed by the Head of Digital and Operations, translating strategic priorities into delivery plans, milestones, resource requirements and measurable outcomes.

Marketing & PR Manager

About the role

This is a senior role working across the whole Charity, tasked with growing public awareness and support for Clatterbridge Cancer Charity. Leading on marketing, PR, brand and design, this role will manage relations with media, stakeholders, supporters and the wider public, creating and delivering engaging campaigns, generating support for the Charity, demonstrating impact and increasing income generation.

This is an exciting time to join the Charity as it moves to the next stage in its growth. As part of a busy and ambitious team, this role would suit an experienced, proactive and creative individual with a talent for storytelling and a knowledge of data-driven marketing.

You’ll have strong commercial knowledge, with the ability to apply this to the charity sector; adding value to our existing fundraising activities and impact reporting.   

Key responsibilities include:

· Create and deliver a comprehensive marketing & public relations strategy for the Charity to increase levels of awareness, reaching and engaging audiences.

· Build brand awareness, promote income generation and communicate activities and impact.

· Identify, create and maximise media, PR and marketing opportunities for the Charity to achieve strong positive coverage in print, broadcast and online media.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Fundraising and Marketing Assistant will play a pivotal part in advancing Off The Records (OTR) fundraising and marketing strategies. As OTR continues to grow, this position will be instrumental in expanding our online presence and ensuring we connect with a broad audience, including young people, families, professionals, and supporters of our mission. It’s an ideal opportunity for someone who is both creative and analytical, skilled in producing compelling content and using data to amplify digital impact. This role would suit someone who ideally has previous charity experience, can take initiative, think proactively, and confidently manage projects independently – qualities that are especially important in our small, dedicated team.

You’ll work on a wide range of projects, creating engaging content that aligns with OTR’s brand and values across our website, social media, and email campaigns. This includes developing multimedia content (including graphics, videos and blogs) to promote our work and highlight our impact in the local community.

From a fundraising perspective, you will support our fundraising activities and ensure efficient administration using the ‘Donorfy’ database. This includes leading on the stewardship of donors and community fundraisers, managing our fundraising CRM database, and working on small and medium-sized trust and grant applications. You’ll also support digital campaigns and new initiatives, to encourage sustained support for our work. You’ll directly help to secure the financial support needed to expand OTR’s services and reach more beneficiaries. In addition, you’ll analyse the performance of our digital channels – interpreting website analytics, social media metrics, and email campaign results – to provide recommendations that enhance our communications strategies and ensure ongoing impact.

JOB PURPOSE

The Fundraising and Marketing Assistant will play a key role in implementing OTR’s fundraising and marketing strategies. The role involves planning, creating, curating and managing high-quality digital content across our website, social media platforms and email marketing campaigns. Furthermore, you will support key areas of our fundraising strategy, including trust and grant applications, horizon scanning and ensuring excellent fundraising administration across all areas of activity.

This position is instrumental in supporting the Head of Fundraising in developing and strengthening OTR’s income streams and increasing awareness of OTR’s services through effective communications. 

SPECIFIC ROLE DUTIES

Supporting the fundraising strategy

• Support OTR’s donor and community fundraiser stewardship, through excellent communication and effective relationship management.

• Support the implementation of fundraising communications across channels.

• Support with small to medium size trust and grant applications, including horizon scanning.

• Support the stewardship of small and medium-sized trusts and foundations including scoping, applications, reporting and funder management.

• Create engaging content and campaigns to drive income generation.

• Help build the small pool of regular donors.

Website and CRM maintenance

• Work with OTR’s Head of Fundraising, Administrative Team Leader and web developer to update and enhance the OTR website.

• Monitor website performance, user engagement and SEO trends, suggesting and

implementing improvements to enhance user experience and visibility.

• Ensure our CRM (Donorfy) is utilised effectively to record, monitor and report on fundraising activity and income.

Social media

• Work collaboratively with the team, to contribute to OTR’s social media presence, by creating and scheduling engaging, accessible, and informative content that resonates with our audience and supports OTR’s mission.

• Identify new opportunities to grow OTR’s social media reach, building awareness of our services, fundraising and outreach work.

• Regularly report on social media performance, using insights to inform future content and strategy.

• Utilise paid ads to support activity, where relevant.

Email marketing

• Manage the planning, creation, and delivery of OTR’s quaterly email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, fundraising initiatives and service information and signposting.

• Ensure all email communications are engaging, well-structured, and in line with OTR’s brand and tone of voice.

• Assist in the promotion of key OTR events.

• Manage and grow OTR’s email marketing lists, ensuring they are up to date and GDPR compliant.

• Track and analyse the performance of email campaigns, providing reports and insights to the Head of Fundraising.

Content creation

• With support from the Youth Participation Officer and Youth Board, create engaging, accessible, and informative content for OTR’s digital channels, including the website, social media and email marketing.

• Develop multimedia content (for example, videos and graphics) to enhance OTR’s

communication methods and increase engagement.

• Contribute to blogs, news articles and case studies that highlight OTR’s work, impact and achievements in the sector.

Brand and tone of voice

• Ensure that all digital content aligns with OTR’s brand, tone of voice and style,

maintaining a cohesive and recognisable identity across all platforms.

• Promote OTR as the leading place to turn to for support, ensuring that our content

reflects our professionalism, reputation and expertise.

Analytics and reporting

• Use analytics tools to track the performance of OTR’s digital communications, including website traffic, email engagement and social media reach.

• Provide regular reports on digital performance to the Head of Fundraising, including insights and recommendations for improvement.

About the role

Every year CSE's advice service helps thousands of people to cut their energy bills, improve their homes and stay warm. Thousands more struggle with cold homes and unaffordable bills without ever knowing that free, expert advice is available. This role exists to change that.

As Marketing Manager, you will grow awareness of, and referrals to, CSE's energy advice services across both B2B and B2C audiences. Reporting to the Chief Engagement Officer, you will develop and deliver our marketing strategy, brand and annual marketing plan, ensuring all activity is insight-led, measurable and aligned to our organisational priorities. As both an inspiring leader and an active practitioner, you will lead a high-performing team while personally delivering major campaigns, organisational change programmes and complex marketing initiatives. Working collaboratively across the Audience Engagement Directorate and the wider charity, you will ensure marketing plays a central role in achieving our strategic objectives, while acting as the guardian of the Coeliac UK brand and ensuring excellence and consistency across every audience touchpoint.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver Coeliac UK's multi-year marketing strategy, ensuring it supports organisational priorities, audience growth and income generation.
• Own the marketing operating model, including campaign intake, editorial governance and prioritisation
• Act as guardian of the Coeliac UK brand, ensuring consistent application of brand identity, tone of voice, messaging and visual standards across the organisation.
• Work closely with the Head of Digital to ensure integrated audience journeys across digital and offline channels.
• Lead, coach and develop a high-performing marketing team, creating a culture of collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement.
• Personally lead major marketing projects and strategic change programmes where senior expertise, judgement or cross-organisational coordination is required.
• Oversee development of organisational publications and major marketing assets, ensuring quality, consistency and effectiveness.

About You:

We are looking for an inspiring and strategic marketing leader with strong editorial and audience engagement skills. The ideal candidate will have:

• Significant experience in a senior marketing leadership role.
• Demonstrable success developing and delivering integrated marketing strategies that achieve measurable organisational outcomes.
• Strong experience of brand development, positioning and audience engagement.
• Experience leading multi-channel marketing across digital and offline channels.
• Experience leading and developing high-performing marketing teams.
• Strong understanding of CRM, audience segmentation, analytics and marketing performance.
• Experience managing marketing budgets and external suppliers.
• Proven ability to lead complex cross-organisational projects.
• Experience building effective relationships across multiple stakeholders.
