Overview
We are a small, global charity with an ambitious mission and growing international reach. As our portfolio expands, we are strengthening our infrastructure, including implementing a robust Grants Management System to support efficient and scalable funding processes. We are seeking an energetic and proactive Grants & Programmes Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of grant-funded programmes and research funding schemes. The role oversees the full grant lifecycle, from call setup and peer review through to award monitoring and close-out, ensuring strong governance, meaningful impact, and operationally deliverable funding proposals.
Role Accountabilities and delegated authority

The Role
The Programmes Manager (Education) leads DTL’s schools work, owning the relationships, logistics, and outcomes that sit at the heart of our education offer. This is a delivery role with real breadth: you will manage a national programme of training events, lead on school recruitment and retention, and ensure the programme generates the evidence base that sustains its long-term funding.
You will be the main point of contact for subscribing schools, working closely with the CEO and Head of Partnerships. You will represent DTL’s schools work to funders and external partners, and contribute to the strategic development of the programme over time.
While the Digital Ambassador Programme is currently grant funded for three years, DTL’s intention is for the programme to become financially self-sustaining through school subscriptions, and this role is central to achieving that. As the programme grows, so will the scope of this post and the team to support it.
This is an office based role (flexible working considered) from our Brighton office which will involve some travel.
The Digital Ambassador Programme
The Digital Ambassador Programme is DTL’s flagship schools initiative. It trains staff and student Digital Ambassadors in schools across the UK, equipping them to lead on digital safety from within - and to escalate harmful content directly via DTL’s trusted flagger network.
This model creates both a faculty lead to manage complex reports from young people and also a student lead who will be able to provide peer-to-peer support to their fellow students, ensuring that students who may not wish to report directly to the faculty will still have a reporting mechanism.
Key Responsibilities
Programme delivery

Manage all delivery phases from set up through to annual review, in line with the agreed delivery plan.

OVERALL PURPOSE
The Education Training Development Manager will lead the operational development, and delivery of the national education training programme, ensuring it aligns with organisational priorities and emerging national guidance. The role is responsible for the coordination, growth and quality assurance of PANS PANDAS UK’s national CPD training offer for teachers and educational psychologists (EPs), supporting the development and delivery of high‑quality training modules and strengthening partnerships.

Programme & Content Development
- Jointly review, update and refine existing CPD materials with the Education Lead, informed by national guidance and emerging research, with the Education Lead holding overall responsibility

The British Paediatric Neurology Association (BPNA) is seeking to appoint an International Education Manager to join our team in central London, with the post requiring some international travel.
The BPNA is the professional organisation for doctors in the UK who specialise in the care of children with neurological disorders. Building on our success to date, we are working jointly with the International League Against Epilepsy to facilitate the roll-out of an educational course for healthcare workers in countries around the world. Paediatric Epilepsy Training (PET) was developed by the BPNA and has been running in the UK since 2005, and internationally since 2012, with over 22,000 attendees around the world to date. PET has been successfully launched in 14 countries including Brazil, Ghana, Kenya, India, New Zealand and South Africa. Since 2012, there have been more than 9,000 attendees at courses outside the UK.
The purpose of PET is to raise standards of care for children with epilepsy. A UK faculty team delivers a 3-day launch programme in-country to faculty teams recruited locally, who commit to delivering a minimum of one course per year for 5-years. The purpose of a launch event is to train the local team to deliver courses without reliance on UK faculty members. Roll-out is achieved through a healthcare partnership with the national paediatric or epilepsy organisation.
The purpose of the International Education Manager is to project-manage ‘launches’ and provide additional support to further develop International Education at the BPNA. You will work closely with colleagues and volunteers both in the UK and internationally to plan, problem-solve and to monitor progress against objectives. You will be expected to develop strong project plans and budgets and to ensure that all projects are delivered on time and within budget. The role will involve travel to launch sites in order to run the launches and train local administrators. You will support the ongoing development of the international PET Programme, including managing the travel of 18 international Country Leads to the UK in March 2027. You will also provide continual excellent stewardship to international faculty both established and new. We are looking for an experienced international development professional, who also has events and project-management experience. You will need to be flexible, organised, have meticulous attention to detail, be able to work to tight deadlines and be comfortable working in a global team with colleagues across different time zones.

JOB PURPOSE
The purpose of the International Education Manager is to successfully deliver international PET launches and rollouts and support the on-going delivery and development of the international PET programme. This role will:

· Travel to launch sites to manage launch events and to train local administrators to run PET courses.
· Manage project budgets and collate data for project reporting.

Role Purpose

About the Role
As Grants and Information Officer, you will play a central role in delivering our services. You will manage grant applications from initial assessment through to decision and award, contribute to committee processes, and support the wider operations of the charity.
Key Details
- Reporting to: CEO
- Hours: Part-time (21 hours per week)
- Working pattern: Flexible and hybrid working available (minimum one day per week in the office, typically Thursday)
- Salary: £28,000 – £31,500 FTE

Key Responsibilities
Casework
- Manage applications from initial assessment through to committee review
- Liaise with beneficiaries and maintain accurate, confidential records
- Prepare agendas and take minutes for committee meetings
- Signpost applicants to other appropriate sources of support
Finance
- Administer grants within agreed limits
- Arrange payments to beneficiaries and service providers
- Support audit processes
Grants Management System
- Maintain and update the grants database (Benefactor)
- Produce reports and review system content as required
Administration & Resources
- Update and maintain internal resources, including application forms, guidance, and standard communications
- Support website content updates
- Maintain standard operating procedures
- Provide general office administration support
Additional Duties
- Attend and support the AGM and other organisational meetings
- Represent the charity externally when required
- Support the CEO with fundraising strategy and policy development
- Undertake other duties as required in a small team environment
About You
You will be:
- Educated to degree level
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Experienced in working with databases and updating websites
- Familiar with fundraising applications and/or the charity sector (ideally benevolent funds or welfare services)
- Knowledgeable about the UK statutory benefits system
- Familiar with accounting software such as Xero or Dext (desirable)
- Highly organised, with the ability to prioritise a varied workload
- Adaptable and comfortable working in a small team
- An excellent communicator, both written and verbal
- A collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Confident in problem-solving and decision-making
- Sympathetic to the charity’s mission and values

We are looking for an Education Quality Coordinator who will be responsible for supporting our academic representation work at UAL, who will build engagement levels, impact, and visibility with a variety of stakeholders.
You will support and inspire elected student leaders to lead their own campaigns and lobbying activity and have the opportunity to lead on the development and delivery of a range of events including our Annual Arts Awards which celebrate staff and student representatives who have gone above and beyond for students at UAL.
As part of a busy student-facing team you will support and deliver year-round student activities and events which seeks to engage students in the quality and experience of their education while at UAL. Key tasks will include, facilitating our academic representation structures, collaborating with schools and colleges, delivering training and events, writing papers, and supporting student feedback.
The role involves significant partnership working directly with students, academic representatives, our full-time officers, various teams in Arts SU and University of the Arts London. You’ll work closely with teams overseeing Democracy and Influencing, Student Communities and Advice.
Job Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with key staff and stakeholders within the UAL Colleges to enable the development and delivery of Arts SU’s course-based activity and opportunities programme for the college.
- Recruitment, training, and development of course reps and school reps within UAL.
- Responsible for supporting student representation within UAL Colleges including coordinating the collection, analysis, and dissemination of student academic feedback through academic based campaigns, meeting notes, reports and committee papers within the College.
- Contribute to the strategic and operational planning of the Education Quality Team.
