SPANA - The Society for the Protection of Animals Abroad is the global charity for working animals in low-income countries. Since 1923, we have supported the welfare of working animals, including donkeys, horses, camels and elephants, in communities that depend on working animals for water, transport, agriculture and their very survival. Today, we support working animals across 26 countries, through a series of global projects and partnerships.
We are looking for a Global Resources Coordinator to ensure operations within our global resources team run smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities include providing general administrative support to different teams within Global Resources, manage supply of office resources and equipment, arrange travel, managing relationships with key suppliers, coordinating schedules and meetings and supporting HR administrative duties.
While we classify this role as hybrid, it's worth noting that the vast majority of your work can be done from the comfort of your own home. Occasional in-person visits to our London office (located in Borough High Street), and all-staff gatherings will be necessary. Our full time hours are 34.5 hours per week and we offer core working hours between 10am and 4pm.
Key responsibilities
- Assist staff and visitors with travel booking and coordination when travelling overseas, including booking flights, arranging visas and travel vaccinations.
- Main contact for travel agent building good working relationship.
- Support the Global Resources Director to coordinate and track all insurance policy renewals.
- Liaise with insurance brokers on renewals to ensure competitive costing and ensure timely renewal for all insurance premiums.
- Maintain and order office supplies, stationery, and equipment from the most competitive suppliers.
- Manage and maintain the fixed asset register.
- Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job adverts, preparing weekly vacancy listing, supporting interviews, checking references, and drafting employment contracts.
- Support induction processes for new joiners.
- Maintain the employee absent management system and support with any changes/updates.
- Preparation of documentation for all aspects of the employee life cycle, including leavers, changes to terms and conditions, maternity and paternity and flexible working requests.
- Support the Global People and EDI Manager to coordinate the appraisal process, ensure appraisals are conducted and collate training needs into a report for review and action.

The role
The Campaign Coordinator, with an excellent understanding of B2B, will coordinate business to business campaigns to increase awareness of Art Fund and its activities amongst arts professional audiences and their museum visitors. With demonstrable experience of managing marketing campaigns, they will deliver promotional activity to increase uptake of our grant-giving programmes, national events with museums, digital products and services for Museums.
The post holder will work with internal teams to implement activity across a number of owned, earned and paid channels (online and offline) and evaluate the success of campaigns and contribute to the continuous improvement of marketing activity.

About the role:
The SHP Somerset Cluster is based in the heart of the London’s theatre and shopping districts – the main hub is just off Drury Lane, with the other sites near Oxford Street and Tottenham Court Road. The aim of the service is to support people over the age of 18 to navigate various support needs and develop the skills required to maintain independent accommodation long term.
As a multiple disadvantage (MD) referral and move on coordinator, you will work as part of a larger support team to ensure that consideration is given to the individual experiences of multiple disadvantage when it comes to accessing and moving on from our service.
You will work with people from their first interaction with the service: at the point of referral, ensuring that all aspects of someone’s experience is considered by undertaking a trauma informed, culturally sensitive assessment and supporting your colleagues to develop their awareness of these experiences.
From here you will then support their journey through the service by working alongside other support staff to foster a culture of move on, supporting the development of holistic and realistic move on goals.
This work will be underpinned and supported through the development of a move on programme. This programme, developed and overseen by the MD Referral and Move on Coordinators in partnership with the Recovery and Opportunity Coordinators, will be not only look to develop confidence and ability to navigate social systems, but also be accredited through SHP’s AQA Registered Learning Centre.
In addition, you will carry your own caseload for people living in the step-down services to ensure that they are prepared, equipped, and confident about moving on. This may include identifying current barriers within the system that can prevent someone from moving on successfully or within their set timeframe.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
Service delivery

Ensure that all aspects of Rahab’s project activities are planned, organized and undertaken to fulfil their objectives within their required timelines.

Develop, organize, and maintain project documentation, plans, reports, and other project-related documents to monitor and track overall progress, outputs and achievement of milestones.

Variation clause

Duties and Key Responsibilities
This post holder will be part of the Advocacy and Policy Team and will be expected to contribute to the department’s wider objectives and planning.
Delivery of Outreach
- Coordinate the team to deliver outbound phone calls and taking inbound calls in a call centre model, including opening and closing
- Ensure that the quality of personal outreach delivery is consistent and in line with the agreed scripts and conversation structures to support students
- Ensure the team provide excellent customer service to students, at all times seeking to support students’ needs appropriately, clarifying information and providing appropriate solutions

The Role In Brief
This position plays a central role in the delivery of Koreo’s work; responsible for a portfolio of the company’s biggest and most established programmes. 1. Responsible for the successful delivery and development of a portfolio of national learning programmes and projects. This portfolio of work is primarily focused on cross-sector learning programmes that bring cohorts of people together around learning missions.
