We are seeking a Programme Manager to support the delivery and continued development of the Academy’s Systems Approaches in Government programme.
The role
As the Programme Manager, your role is pivotal in supporting the delivery and continued development of the Systems Approaches in Government programme, driving the advancement and application of systems approaches across government. You will have strong programme management skills and experience that you can apply to mobilise systems approaches and their application in an engineering policy context.
Working closely with the Programme Lead and Programme Officer, your responsibilities encompass a diverse array of tasks, from coordinating the delivery of workshops and projects to nurturing relationships with stakeholders within and beyond government. Collaborating with policy experts and external partners, you'll spearhead initiatives aimed at promoting systems approaches, both internally and externally. Through the development and dissemination of learning resources, you'll equip Academy colleagues with the skills needed to embed systems approaches into policy formulation and societal responses.
You will champion the adoption of innovative approaches to address complex societal challenges, aligning with the overarching programme vision and Theory of Change. Within your role you will be responsible for ensuring accurate monitoring and reporting of the program's impact. You'll also be instrumental in maintaining operational efficiency by overseeing processes, managing risks, and fostering stakeholder engagement through effective database management.
In addition to operational duties, you'll play a vital role in elevating the programme's profile through integrated marketing strategies and collaborative partnerships. By leveraging the programme's outputs and networks, you'll contribute to the broader strategic objectives of the Academy while actively engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
Your role extends beyond the confines of the programme, as you'll contribute to cross-Academy initiatives and foster a culture of continuous improvement. By promoting diversity and inclusion and sharing best practices, you'll help shape a dynamic and forward-thinking environment.

Location
Our light, spacious head office is based in a fantastic location in central London with views over St James’s Park and close to the West End. The Ripple Pond is a charity that supports adult family members of physically and/or psychologically injured British Armed Forces personnel and veterans. Many of these individuals and family members are hard to reach and often isolated.
Your role will be to ensure that more and more of the military community, professionals and other interested parties know who we are and how to access our support.
You will also help to organise our exciting programme of online talks and activities for our Members (service-users) to help ensure they are well-informed, involved and feel part of a supportive community. Making sure that Members are always involved in generating ideas and production.

This role is about;

• Work with the Communications Team to plan and deliver communication and participant recruitment campaigns and implement appropriate strategic marketing for each project.
• Arrange photography and video documentation as necessary.

General Administration
• Ensure all day-to-day project administration is carried out efficiently and appropriately.

Role Purpose
The Community Engagement Manager (Maternity Cover) role will be a critical piece of our Community Programmes team, which provides support to founders at every stage of their startup journey. The Community Programme offering includes a roster of events including panels, masterclasses and workshops, as well as mentoring and coaching opportunities, and peer-to-peer engagement opportunities. We work with an exciting range of partners across the private and third sectors to connect underrepresented founders to networks and capital that will help launch and grow their mission-driven businesses.

Graduate Community Engagement
- Maintain the community engagement strategy for enhanced engagement between founders and a more cohesive founder journey across all stages

World Child Cancer is seeking an experienced corporate and philanthropy fundraiser to join our growing team and play a vital role in improving the chances of survival and quality of life of children with cancer in under-resourced countries.
About World Child Cancer
Over 400,000 children worldwide develop cancer each year. Childhood cancer is most often curable, with over 80% survival rate in high income countries. However, in many low-and-middle-income countries survival rates are often 25% or lower.
World Child Cancer’s goal is to help redress that inequity and improve the chances of children with cancer to survive and thrive in under-resourced countries. We currently work with local hospitals in 12 countries in Africa, Asia and Mexico to enable children with cancer to have equal access to the best possible treatment and care through awareness raising on signs of childhood cancer, providing financial, logistical and emotional support to address barriers to access treatment, training of healthcare workers and advocacy.
Overview of the role
This newly created Senior Philanthropy and Partnerships Manager role will play a key part in raising income from companies and philanthropists to help achieve World Child Cancer’s mission.
You will be passionate about enabling children with cancer to have equitable access to quality treatment wherever they are born. Galop, the UK’s LGBT+ anti-abuse charity, is seeking a Survivor Engagement Manager. Galop works directly with thousands of LGBT+ people who have experienced abuse and violence every year. We specialise in supporting victims and survivors of domestic abuse, sexual violence, hate crime, and other forms of abuse including honour-based abuse, forced marriage, and so-called conversion therapies. We are a service run by LGBT+ people, for LGBT+ people, and the needs of our community are at the centre of what we do. We are looking to recruit a Survivor Engagement Manager. This new role will lead the development of Galop’s approach to survivor engagement, ensuring that LGBT+ survivors are at the centre of all of our work. This role combines the need for a strategic outlook, alongside practical frontline skills in working with those who have experienced trauma. You will be experienced in managing complex projects that centre survivors and juggling competing priorities. You will be a team player who is able to work collaboratively across the organisation, including staff, volunteers and trustees, bringing people together to make change. Anti-oppression and a clear understanding power and power dynamics will be at the heart of your practice, designing processes, systems and projects with the most marginalised within our community in mind.
