The Difference is seeking a Head of the Inclusive Leadership Course to lead our year-long programme for senior school leaders, training 200+ headteachers, deputies and assistant heads annually to reduce lost learning and transform inclusion practice across England's schools.
This is a senior leadership role with responsibility for designing and delivering a sector-leading professional development programme, building strong relationships with school leaders and strategic partners, and capturing evidence of impact. The role will lead facilitation of regional cohorts, oversee quality assurance across all programme delivery, and work closely with MAT and LA leaders to scale understanding and reach.
The role requires regular national travel for programme delivery, regular office attendance and representing The Difference at conferences and sector events. You will work directly with the Deputy CEO to develop course content, identify opportunities for programme expansion, and ensure the course remains at the forefront of inclusion leadership practice.
We are looking for a confident leader with a strong track record in senior school leadership, programme design and delivery, and stakeholder management, alongside the ability to translate inclusion strategy into measurable outcomes for young people.
About The Difference
Every day, the equivalent of 5,500 children are suspended from England's schools, doubling their likelihood of being NEET by 24. The Difference is a young education charity founded to change this story through whole school inclusion. Since 2019, over 1,000 school leaders have completed the Inclusive Leadership Course. 94% report shifted knowledge of inclusion, and 64% of schools subsequently saw suspensions data buck national trends. The course has been the test bed for our Whole-School Approach to Inclusion, with principles now evident in the Schools White Paper.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead design of the Inclusive Leadership Course to ensure full engagement across the year and measurable improvement in Whole School Inclusion practice
- Lead facilitation on regional cohorts, building cohort buy-in and belonging while maintaining high engagement and satisfaction

Role overview

Line managing the Community Fundraising Assistant, you will effectively steward existing community and corporate supporters, identify new prospects and develop initiatives to engage our audiences.

About Chapter One
Chapter One's mission is to ensure that every child has 1:1 reading support at the time they need it most. We want a world in which all children have the literacy skills they need to thrive.
Our unique Online Reading Volunteer programme currently supports about 3,500 children a year. It pairs disadvantaged, struggling five to eight-year old (KS1) readers with reading support volunteers who come from over 180 local and national businesses. The volunteer task is very focused: readers commit 30 minutes a week to read with a child using a bespoke digital platform for an entire academic year. The results are transformative, boosting children's reading confidence and ability.

About the role
Chapter One is seeking a proactive, energetic and enthusiastic Corporate Partnerships Officer to be an integral part of a team which aims to both maximise corporate income and deliver an excellent partner experience.
Reporting to our Corporate Partnerships Manager, but also working closely with our Business Development Manager, you’ll support them both to deliver our annual volunteer targets and maintain our strong partner retention rate (currently 84%). This will involve supporting the account management of a portfolio of existing partners and the responsibility to nurture relationships to increase partner investment in Chapter One over time. The role involves collaborating across departments to ensure a seamless and positive experience for volunteers and partners.

Key Responsibilities
Partner Stewardship

As determined by the Corporate Partnerships Manager, lead the account management of a selected portfolio of corporate partners, achieving annual retention and growth targets for these partnerships.

The Major Giving Lead – Individual Donors will play a pivotal role in this new function, leading all relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNWI) and ensuring exceptional donor care and engagement. Reporting to the Head of Major Giving, this role is a senior, strategic position crucial to driving the organisation’s fundraising growth and deliver against our mission.
JOB PURPOSE
The Major Giving Lead – Individual Donors is a senior, strategic role within Magic Breakfast’s unified Major Giving function, acting as the organisation’s expert on philanthropy. This role will lead and manage relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), ensuring exceptional donor care, long-term engagement, and the growth of transformational gifts.
Working closely with the Head of Major Giving, the Major Giving Lead will help develop and embed a cohesive Major Giving strategy, fostering strong synergies across the Major Giving team. In partnership with the other Major Giving Lead (Trust & Foundations) this role will create unified stewardship programmes, prospect development strategies, and engagement opportunities, ensuring a seamless and compelling experience for donors across all major giving streams. It will also work closely with the Business Development Manager (Scotland) to ensure effective ways of working across devolved nations and to unlock opportunities for HNWI in Scotland.

In partnership with other teams and departments, develop, test and roll out new data-driven approaches to target and reach new HNWI and other major giving audiences.

Work with our Prospect Researcher Manager to identify and execute opportunities to grow our prospect pool, including from across other teams, and to facilitate personal introductions and meetings with yourself or other Magic Breakfast employees/ volunteers – providing relevant briefings where appropriate.

Support and collaborate with the Business Development Manager (Scotland) where shared funder relationships or new opportunities arise.

Develop and implement tailored cultivation and solicitation strategies for new and existing HNWIs, leveraging and building relationships within and across Magic Breakfast networks’ to support our fundraising objectives.

The Senior Health Organiser will be primarily responsible for commissioning the delivery of health supporting activities and positioning our organisation to become a centre for innovation in health equity and community-led approaches to health creation.
The traditional healthcare system is set up to deal with sickness: making us better when we fall ill. But we know that health is created closer to home: in the security we feel in our housing, the strength of our relationships, the control that we feel over our environment, and the sense of purpose that drives us forward. Through our flagship Walworth Living Room project (see below) we aim to develop a space for a community facing rapid gentrification and growing inequality to gather, heal and build new visions of health: one rooted in our collective power and agency.
The aim of this work isn’t for Pembroke House to be commissioned by the state, but for us to support a flourishing community that traditional healthcare systems can respond and adapt to.
We’ve done a lot – from partnering with the South London and Maudsley NHS mental health trust on community-connections, to opening the Walworth Living Room with support from Impact on Urban Health, and resident-led research through our recent Social Model of Health work.
Today, the Walworth Living Room is home to a range of programmes that build community health through ranging from collaging, to fitness classes to shared meals. And it’s embedded in our wider-organising for a just neighbourhood – with a particular focus on food and housing.
We’re now looking for an inspiring individual to take this work to the next level, working with partners in and around Walworth to build and curate a programme that positions the Walworth Living Room as a pioneering centre for community-led health.

You will be passionate about a vision of health that starts with community and addresses the systemic barriers to health.
You will be a natural organiser, with the ability to build wide-ranging relationships and alliances with community groups and organisations who are working on programmes that build community health. Ideally, you will already have relationships with these types of organisations in and around Walworth.
You will be a well-organised person who has experience with all stages of event and activity delivery, from planning, to logistics, to delivery, to evaluation and monitoring, and can ensure activities are delivered well from start to finish. You will have the ability to manage multiple streams of work simultaneously, keeping projects with different deadlines on track.
You will have experience working in low-income/working class communities and communities of colour. You’ll be someone who does not approach this work from a “saviour” viewpoint, but someone who respects the experience and expertise in the community, and who is keen to work alongside community members and the staff team to plan work that reflects the interests of the people who use the WLR. You will care as much about the process of planning and as you do about the events themselves.

Prostate Cancer Research (PCR) is seeking a highly organised and proactive Patient Engagement & Programme Officer to support the delivery of several key patient-focused initiatives, including the infopool and Prostate Progress.
This role will sit within the Patient Projects team, providing operational, administrative, and patient engagement support across a range of programmes designed to support and empower men affected by prostate cancer.
The postholder will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth delivery of patient communications, programme logistics, digital resource management, and recruitment support for the national Prostate Progress research platform.
The role will be split approximately 50% supporting Prostate Progress recruitment and patient engagement activities, and 50% supporting wider programmes.
Key Responsibilities
Prostate Progress – Patient Recruitment & Support
Provide support to patients and participants, particularly during the upcoming national recruitment campaigns delivered with NHS DigiTrials.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing and triaging incoming emails and phone enquiries from patients responding to recruitment invitations or having issues using the platform
- Responding to patient queries using approved FAQ materials and support documentation
- Escalating complex queries or complaints to appropriate internal teams
- Liaising with our technical support team to resolve participant platform issues and triaging issues accordingly

We are seeking an experienced freelance Communications and Marketing Officer to lead and deliver our communications and marketing activity on a flexible, part-time basis.
Role Purpose
The Communications and Marketing Officer will manage the organisation’s communications channels and marketing activity, ensuring consistent, high-quality content that engages existing and potential new members, promotes activities, and enhances the organisation’s profile. This is a hands-on role requiring strong writing skills, digital marketing experience and coordination of print production and is supported by the organisation’s administrative assistant.
Key Responsibilities

Social Media & Digital Marketing

Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across social media platforms.

Develop and manage a content calendar aligned with organisational priorities.

Design and deliver paid social media advertising campaigns to promote membership, events, and key initiatives.

Essential

Demonstrable experience in communications and marketing, ideally in a membership or not-for-profit setting.
