The Role

In April 2021 the Domestic Abuse Act received Royal Assent. The Act introduces a new civil Domestic Abuse Protection Notice (DAPN) to provide immediate protection following a domestic abuse incident, and a new civil Domestic Abuse Protection Order (DAPO) to provide flexible, longer-term protection for victims. DAPOs can impose both prohibitions and positive requirements on perpetrators. We were commissioned by the Home Office to design a triage model that will assess individuals for the suitability of these interventions; this triage model will be rolled out in the pilot sites which are going live in May 2024 and will be tested and evaluated in order to prepare for national roll out in 2026.The Programme Manager will oversee the roll out and delivery of the DAPO pilot Triage Model.

The Role

The Operations Manager's role is critical to the charity's long-term sustainability and is pivotal in ensuring that we remain relevant and necessary.

This is an internally focused role in our service delivery, covering clients' and volunteers' journeys. You will be part of the management team, ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of our central team's support to our network of branches.

We are looking for an experienced project manager to manage the development, delivery and review of the National Bereavement Care Pathway (NBCP) partnership project and embed it across NHS Trusts in Northern Ireland to drive up standards of care. This pathway addresses the inequity of bereavement care offered to, and experienced by parents when a baby dies. The project is being sponsored by the Public Health Agency in Northern Ireland.

This is a high-profile and rewarding role which will involve developing and delivering a NBCP in Northern Ireland which is parent-centred and drives up standards of care. You will use your project management skills to help to initiate, develop and deliver the project, taking an early view whether to adopt a phased or an all-in approach amongst NHS Trusts in Northern Ireland. About the role 

We're looking for a highly motivated and skilled Bid Manager who can actively craft commercial tender submissions and work with the team to ensure we submit high-quality, winning bids within UK government procurement rules.

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to cover parental leave. 

The successful candidate will have accountability for several key areas of operational delivery of BITC’s programmes across England, Scotland and Wales. This role will ensure the high quality and consistency of performance through these aspects of operational delivery and development, working closely with businesses, internal stakeholders and external partners. This role is responsible for leading and managing a high-performing team, delivering programmes and contractual obligations across their patch. The post holder will lead on driving programme/contractual performance (both KPI’s and financial) motivating and inspiring the team.  They will also have responsibility for ensuring continued funding from key partners and securing new income; monitoring and reporting on this important activity as it contributes to BITC's vision within a set geographical area or programme/project areas.

The successful candidate will have knowledge and experience of:

· Managing the delivery of contract and programmes to meet contractual obligations

· Working with business, schools and/or community organisations to create beneficial relationships

· Providing leadership, motivation and development for a dispersed team to achieve excellent results for businesses and beneficiaries

· Securing funding for impact programmes

This is a fixed term contract for approximately 10 months to cover parental leave.

The Role In Brief

This position plays a central role in the delivery of Koreo’s work; responsible for a portfolio of the company’s biggest and most established programmes. It will be a varied role and will require someone to lead project teams in the design and delivery of high quality national learning programmes, while also playing a key role in the development of Koreo as an organisation
better able to build a just and regenerative future.

1. Responsible for the successful delivery and development of a portfolio of national learning programmes and projects. This portfolio of work is primarily focused on cross-sector learning programmes that bring cohorts of people together around learning missions. Examples include Civic Futures and the London Engagement Collaborative
with the GLA.
2. Responsible for sustaining and growing the portfolio, and with it Koreo’s profile, network, and income. This might be focused on developing the existing programmes in the portfolio, or could include wider writing, public speaking, pitching and networking
which support the distribution of the work.
3. An internal leadership role in developing a just and inclusive culture in which a diverse team can do its best work. This includes line management of one Project Coordinator, development of organisational practice and process, and work with the team on culture and development.

The RSCM is on a mission to enable the flourishing of church music, and in particular to get children singing.

Working across the whole charity, you will work to sell existing products, courses and events, as well as membership subscriptions. With a passion for the power of singing and music, you will persuade musicians, teachers and members of church communities of the value of RSCM’s offerings. You will build and leverage a network of advocates to help spread the word, accelerating take-up and growing the RSCM’s reach in churches and schools.

The post holder will be expected to work to actively drive sales of RSCM products such as ‘Hymnpact!’ (a singing resource aimed at encouraging singing in primary schools), sales of events such as singing courses, and membership subscriptions; and in some instances voluntary giving. Some of the work will be in support of RSCM Enterprises, RSCM’s wholly owned trading subsidiary.

The sales plan will be delivered with some assistance of external contractors (e.g. social media), and with input from individuals across the organisation.

The post holder is responsible for selling to individuals, corporate customers (such as school federations) and organisations (e.g. choral societies) including through appropriate organisational networks. Job Title: Partnership Development Manager

Salary: £34,500.

Contract Type: Contract for 18 months; there is a strong possibility that currently anticipated growth in the team may see this role become permanent during the contract term. The latest research suggesting that the number of children and young people at risk of hunger has rocketed to three million means that one in five children don't have enough to eat.   

When a child is too hungry to learn, when they’re aching for something to eat, they can’t concentrate. They can’t absorb information. Big feelings and worries can be impossible to control. They fall behind in their studies.  

Magic Breakfast provide a nutritious and filling breakfast to over 200,000 children and young people every school day. We work with schools in areas of high disadvantage, helping staff target the children most in need without barrier or stigma.   

Magic Breakfast are ambitious to grow our impact in order to remove hunger as a barrier to learning for all children and young people in the UK. To do this, we need to continue to grow our fundraised income, of which new corporate income is a significant element.

• Making use of multiple tactics to secure meetings with prospects including, for example, cold calling, emailing, running events, event networking and social selling on platforms like LinkedIn.
• Ensuring that risk-screening and due diligence processes have been completed in line with Magic Breakfast’s Ethical Fundraising and Due Diligence policies. 
• Understanding each prospect’s strategic interests through meetings, discussions and research and defining the mutual advantage in partnership. 
• Developing and delivering engaging, relevant and impactful pitches and written proposals to prospective partners.

The Business Development team are responsible for leading on new and emerging opportunities to support people with substance misuse issues – securing opportunities to deliver residential rehabilitation, community, housing and prisons services.

As Strategic Partnerships Manager, you will collaborate with the Head of Strategic Partnerships, New Business Manager and Senior Membership Officer. Main Role Responsibilities

• To work with the Head of Commercial and Events on the development of the commercial strategy with the support of Trustees, the senior leadership team, members and other staff and stakeholders as necessary. 
• To be responsible for identifying and delivering key income streams, as outlined in the commercial strategy to meet agreed financial targets and KPIs.
• To manage existing and develop new relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfactions whilst achieving and maximising income opportunities. 
• Measure and evaluate the success of the commercial strategy business development and income generation workstreams.
• To represent the NFCC to corporate audiences and at corporate events, delivering pitches and presentations.
• To continually be researching new business opportunities for specific target markets. 
• To develop new corporate partnerships through relationship building.
• To be responsible for the account management of appropriate partnerships and provide the highest level of relationship management.
• Preparation of reports, briefing papers and other information on various matters, when required.to the senior management team and Trustees including liaison with senior members and officers across the National Fire Chiefs Council, other relevant staff across Fire and Rescue Services.
• Act as liaison and first point of contact for commercial enquiries into the NFCC and  dealing with them as appropriate. Enquiries may be from within the organisation, other fire and rescue services or elsewhere. 
• To create and assist in the drafting of timely and well-informed reports, business cases and provide advice regarding commercial developments.
• Develop an effective network with Fire and Rescue Service sector groups and other internal and external stakeholders. 
• Establish and maintain management processes and systems that provide for clear and understandable management information.

This role will provide strategic oversight and direction for Lepra’s institutional fundraising function to deliver on the restricted and unrestricted income targets. Line managing and leading the Trusts and Foundations Fundraiser in the delivery of the trust fundraising target, and working with the programmes teams in the UK, India and Bangladesh to identify and develop applications to statutory sources and major trusts, leading on the development of detailed project proposals.

The salary for this position is £28,723 (FTE £35,904) – Manager Level, part time (28 hours – 4 days per week).
