- Leading on the delivery of 2 x Individual Giving appeals per year (Big Give);
- Leading on our Gift Aid management for all donors;

- Maintaining up-to-date supporter records on our database and identifying opportunities to improve processes for tracking relationships and capturing data on our progress;
- Prospect Research for trusts, foundations, statutory funders, as well as major donors identified by the team;
- Acting as the Relationship Manager for a small pipeline of Trust and Foundations;
- Assisting in the planning, administration and delivery of fundraising and stewardship events;
- Assisting in regular reporting and updates to both staff and funders;
- Working with our Finance team to track donation payments, process invoices etc;
- Supporting the Senior Fundraising Manager and the Communications team in the online planning, administration and analysis of Individual Giving Programmes;
- Supporting with copywriting and pulling information together to share with funders;
- Support with management of donation platforms;

You’ll also need to be highly organised, ensuring that deadlines are met and that content lands in a timely manner. Through analytics, you’ll monitor engagement, using these insights to inform our evolving content plan and drive growth.
As well as creating compelling content for our core communications platforms, you’ll also provide valuable support to our ambitious press plan, helping to amplify the voice of Pilgrims’ Friend Society in local and national media.

- Young Professional Industry Engagement event programme - To plan, organise and deliver the annual three-week programme of CPD visits for a selected group of participants to industry hosts across the UK. Working with participants and over 20 organisations to schedule and deliver the programme.
- Furniture Making T-Level conference – Working with the Chair of the Education and Training Committee and selected members to plan, organise and implement a one-day conference on the practicalities of overing the Furniture T-Level in an educational setting.
- Organise and attend several regional career fairs and trade shows to promote the education and training initiatives and encourage young people to consider a career in furniture and furnishings.
- Plan and organise the content of an Education and Training slot at the annual Furniture Makers’ HR Conference to highlight key events and programmes.
- Ensure that equality, diversity and inclusion is considered in all aspects of Education and Training events.
Grants
- Administer a small annual grants scheme supporting colleges and universities which provide specialist furniture and furnishing education courses.
- Manage a travel bursary scheme to support exhibitors attending the Young Furniture Makers Exhibition.
Website
- Administer the jobs board featured on the My Furniture Career website, screening and approving posted vacancies as well as liaising with those posting jobs to confirm the status of the vacancy, sharing data once the vacancy expires and collecting feedback data from the poster.
- To work with the Digital Officer to agree a schedule of content for the website and its associated social media.
- Work with the Communications Manager and Digital Officer to promote the use of the website by the targeted audience group as well as the HR community to post vacancies to the jobs board.
- Produce a quarterly report detailing the usage and any highlights regarding the website.
- Report any technical issues to the website provider and liaise with them to fix the issue.
Reporting
- Quarterly reporting on activity and budget to the Education and Training Committee.

- Organise travel and accommodation bookings across the whole charity including fundraising events.
- Organise travel, meetings and staff attendance at events including the British Sarcoma Group conference.
- Make any bookings and arrangements for the team that involve financial transactions, for example booking travel, conferences, training courses, flowers for supporters and event purchases.
- Provide meeting room management, including bookings and catering.

What the job involves
We’re looking for an Income Processing Executive to join our Data Import Team. This role who will be vital in ensuring our regular giving income continues to grow and help to fund our research to stop prostate cancer killing men.
You’ll be responsible for the day to day running and upkeep of our regular giving customers’ details in our CRM, and for the preparation and submission of weekly payment files to our payment partner. This requires handling data effectively, promptly and above all accurately in line with our business priorities while ensuring best practice and compliance.
You’ll proactively engage regularly with other teams ensuring that our supporters are given an excellent service, that meets the business objectives of Prostate Cancer UK.
This role will take responsibility for checking that incoming data matches uploaded data, investigate and resolve discrepancies, and adjust gift data in our CRM, Raiser’s Edge, when required.

The Royal Hospital Chelsea is the home of the Chelsea Pensioners (known as In-Pensioners). It has a rich history and provides supported accommodation as well as residential and nursing care for approx. 300 retired soldiers. An exciting opportunity has arisen at the Royal Hospital Chelsea where we are seeking an exceptional individual to join the Health & Wellbeing team in a new role as Tenancy & Contributions Officer.
The Tenancy & Contributions Officer will lead on the delivery and continuing evolution of the tenancy agreement (known as the In-Pensioner Agreement). Part of the delivery of the agreement will be coordinating the process of setting and reviewing In-Pensioner’s personal financial contribution to the Royal Hospital. The role also requires the individual to support with benefit applications as required, as well as undertake other housing management related tasks on behalf of the organisation.
In addition, the role is also a core component of the recruitment process for new In-Pensioners being the point of first appeal should a candidate be unsuccessful in their application to join. Contract

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic Planning and Organisational Leadership
• Lead the development and implementation of Girls Not Brides’ people and culture strategies to deliver on the vision, mission and goals set out in the Secretariat and Partnership strategies, 2022-2025.
• Lead the creation of an inclusive organisational culture, values, plans, and HR policies that are rooted in and informed by a deep commitment to the values of Girls Not Brides and to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI).
• Contribute to broad organisational leadership and strategic development, as a member of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT).
• Advise and inform the CEO, Board and SLT colleagues on strategic issues relating to Human Resources, People management and organisational culture.
• Responsible for planning and monitoring the directorate’s budget.
Talent Acquisition
• Lead the development and implementation of Girls Not Brides’ people management and acquisition strategies to deliver on the vision.
• Oversee the development of strategies to identify talent; establish and oversee equitable and inclusive recruitment and hiring processes for all employees.
• Oversee the development of a comprehensive onboarding and staff orientation strategy.
• Oversee offboarding of staff, including exit interviews; analyse data to surface potential cultural issues or other staff concerns; make recommendations to the SLT for continuous improvements.

Staff Well-Being
• Lead on the development and implementation of a staff well-being policy and oversee the effective use of processes for day-to-day provision across the organisation.
• Oversee development and implementation of programmes, initiatives, and ideas to enhance and maintain staff well-being across the organisation.
• To provide leadership, direction and co-ordination for the Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) and staff support services, including occupational health.
Organisational Culture
• Oversee the review and implementation of organisational core values that guide the organisation’s policies and procedures.
• Oversee the implementation of policies and programmes that ensure diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) in the organisations.
• Oversee development and dissemination of HR policies and procedures that maintain and improve employee relations and shape organisational culture.

We are an ambitious, dynamic and impactful charity. Following their sons’ diagnosis of Duchenne muscular dystrophy (DMD), Emily Reuben and Alex Johnson founded Duchenne UK in 2012.
DMD is a devastating progressive condition diagnosed in early childhood which causes all the muscles in the body to gradually weaken. There are currently only very limited treatment options for DMD, so Emily and Alex set up Duchenne UK to change this.

Including checking and holding site-based certification, arranging annual reviews, arranging testing and monitoring at each site in particular related to Health and Safety legislation to include, though not limited to, electrical testing, gas testing, legionella testing, fire assessment Ensure that accurate registers are kept of asbestos, and hazardous substances across all sites Ensure minutes are taken at any operational meeting in particular, estates and Health and Safety meetings Provide monthly reports to SMT Attend monthly Services SMT, providing reports as required by the COO Management responsibilities To manage and provide strategic leadership to the Site and Cleaning teams To provide monthly supervision and ensure structures are in place for effective appraisal, personal development and performance management of the Site and Cleaning Teams To take all possible precautions to safeguard the welfare and safety of staff, pupils, students, visitors and the public, by implementing all policies related to safeguarding, health, safety and risk To manage the Maintenance and facilities budget in conjunction with SMT and the annual service development plans Adhere to the Premises Policy, working with SMT to ensure that new premises acquisition is managed appropriately, and disposal is managed in a timely and effective manner General Adhere to BeyondAutism’s Safeguarding Policies Work within the organisational Diversity Policy to promote equality of opportunity for all students and staff, both current and prospective Maintain high professional standards of attendance, punctuality, appearance, conduct and positive, courteous relations with students, parents and colleagues Adhere to policies as set out in the staff handbook Comply with the Data Protection Act/GDPR Undertake other reasonable duties related to the job purpose required from time to time Navigate our Carbon Neutral ambitions by formulating and driving the charity sustainability targets This is not an exhaustive list of duties and responsibilities, and the post holder may be required to undertake other duties which fall within the grade of the job, as reasonably directed by the COO. Due to our ongoing growth in order to meet increased local demand for existing and new services, we are now looking for an Executive Assistant to support the Senior Management Team (CEO, Head of Community Programmes, and Business and Events Manager) by carrying out a range of administrative tasks for each member of the team.
This role will be crucial in enabling the senior managers to focus on their responsibilities for growing and managing the organisation, and assisting in our mission to support a healthy and cohesive community in south Westminster through a range of activities and services.
